2011 MTV VMA Winners List

Who run the world? Girls! Adele and Katy Perry dominated the 2011 VMAs, picking up a collective seven Moonmen, including Video Of The Year. Perry beat out Beastie Boys and Bruno Mars, among others, to snag the Video of the Year award for her extravagant “Firework” video. The singer also grabbed awards for Best Collaboration and Best Special Effects for “E.T.,” her collaboration with Kanye West.

Adele’s sophomore album 21 continued her conquest of everything. While lead single “Rolling in the Deep” lost for Video of the Year, it grabbed Moonmen for Best Editing, Best Direction, Best Art Direction and Best Cinematography. Check out the complete winner’s list below!
