B.o.B's been staying low-key since his debut album B.o.B Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray wooed the radio last year. His playful hits about beautiful girls and falling in love helped the rapper break into the Top 40, and now he's back with "Strange Clouds," the grimy first single off of his sophomore album, featuring Lil Wayne.

As the track begins, a techno beat mixed with a hearty bass sets the tone as the rapping duo start ominously chuckling together. B.o.B. and Weezy most likely have the giggles because they know comparing anyone to Ramen noodles is, like, the ultimate diss: "I'm top chef, you Top Ramen, I'm top shelf/No last call, to the bartender, what you got left?" Later, Lil Wayne's growl steps in with a few rhymes that remind us that these two guys are out for a night of trouble (like we needed the reminder?). Oh, and the whole "strange clouds" reference doesn't exactly have to do with inclement weather: "And all we do is light it up/All night, all you see is strange clouds."

Sorry, weather nerds -- there's no actual mention of crazy-shaped cumulonimbi here. Just B.o.B. and Lil Wayne throwing down for a night of partying as usual.

B.o.B.'s yet untitled upcoming album is due out in October.

Ahh, Avril Lavigne. Today's not only your birthday. It's a day to stop and think about the fact that you've achieved more in the past decade than most of us scrubs will do our whole lives! It seems like yesterday when you first hit the scene with "Complicated" jam--you were just 17!!!! Now you're a grown-up who's inspired the world to adore cute sk8ter bois and celebrate the unending cuteness of punk fashion. Plus, you've got that SEER-EE-US-LY hot boyfriend, Brody Jenner. Life. IS. GOOD!

Now, on your 27th birthday, we wish you many more years of success and happiness. You deserve it! You work hard! Today, you should play hooky! You should take full advantage of your special moment and embrace all those "birthday freebie" offers on your special day. Go get some free toppings on a scoop of frozen yogurt, an on-the-house b-day coffee, or just get serenaded by the waitstaff at Applebee's. Sure, you're probably financially comfortable and don't mind paying for things, but it's the small joys that make life worth living!

Anyway, no matter how you celebrate, just remember to make sure you keep getting asked for your ID. Even if people think you're old enough to be at a bar (they probably don't, since you still look 12!), just ask them to ID you. That's the secret to everlasting youth.

Happy Birthday, Avril Lavigne!

Singer-songwriter Katie Herzig might not be a household name quite yet, but we can can almost guarantee you've heard her music. She's had seven songs on "Grey's Anatomy," songs on the "Sex And The City" soundtrack and songs in Target, Honda and Samsung commercials. Helllllo, royalty checks.

Katie's latest video, "Free My Mind," is a cute, cheeky clip set to an indie-pop song that speaks of well, freeing one's mind. The completely adorable video features a fun time-lapse of a totally wild, possibly Lady Gaga-esque gown being custom-made for Katie. And this dress isn't made out of fabric -- the time-lapse reveals that it's actually made up of everyday found objects like paper, staples, Q-tips, nails and colored Post-its. As we see the dress being constructed and fitted to Katie, she sings, "My mind is like a heavy hand/Always making more of what really happened/A critical imagination/Always working overtime.../I never had my mind made up before the bomb dropped."

We're not quite sure what a paper ball gown has to do with freeing one's mind, but we'll rock out with some high school English right now and guess that maybe the dress signifies getting rid of one's tendency to conform? Or maybe Katie's just in the midst of a really big DIY phase right now. Whatever the case may be, too much cute to pass up.

On the final track on his forthcoming debut album, Cole World: The Sideline Story, due out Sept. 27, this week's MTV Push Artist, J. Cole, shows his softer side on "Daddy's Little Girl." Don't get us wrong, the song is still about an exotic dancer, but this time J. goes into the story behind the stripper (and not just how hot she is).

In the moving video, we discover that "Daddy's Little Girl" was trained to be a classic ballerina but now she uses her dance skills in the strip club. Gone are the days of pink sparkly tutus and pointe ballet shoes -- well, kind of. Ironically, the stripper still wears her ballet shoes while she dances for men.

Aesthetically, the video is a mix between close-up shots of J. Cole and intertwined flashbacks of a young girl in ballet class juxtaposed with her older incarnation dancing on the strip club stage. As the former ballerina hops up on the stripper pole, J. Cole rhymes, "Bet you I can drink it straight/Without even throwing up/She said 'Daddy, what you think?'/Little girl you're growing up."

Toward the end of the video, we see a gorgeous adult ballerina twirling around the stage, leading us to believe that maybe the stripper has returned back to her ballerina roots. But soon we see "Daddy's Little Girl" receiving thunderous applause at the club. She's still dancing. But she's not dancing "Swan Lake." Way to get us crying before lunch, J. Cole.

Without sounding overly dramatic, we've almost lost it a few times while waiting for Kelly Clarkson's official "Mr. Know It All" video to be released. "Mr. Know It All" the song is fully special enough, but the wait for the video became that much more excruciating when we saw some behind-the-scenes photos.

When the pics came out, we were left to our own devices and imagination to guess a plotline. And not to toot our own horn or anything, but we kinda sorta got it right! As we predicted, the "Mr. Know It All" video shows a super gorg Kelly going off on the titular know-it-all. There are tons of glamour shots in between her tell-off reminding us that even though she's a badass chick, she's also realllllly pretty. What we didn't guess was that all of this goes down in a large abandoned warehouse that's plastered with about a million Kelly Clarkson press clippings on the wall. Some clippings ask "Why So Single Kelly?" and others reference the painful experience Kelly endured when tracks off her forthcoming Stronger album leaked before their official release. TAKE THAT, MEDIA! (Oh... wait. That's also us.)

At the end of the "Mr. Know It All" video, in what is clearly a cathartic release, Kelly starts ripping off all the press clippings only to reveal that they were blocking a huge window and subsequent dirt road. If you got past eighth-grade English, you might realize that this window is actually a metaphor for opportunity -- an opportunity for Kelly to get the hell out and tell the haters where to go. GET. YOURS, Kelly Clarkson.

Justin Bieber is like, SINGLE-HANDEDLY bringing the romance back. Seriously, we live in a culture that's so romance-free that we personally have to turn to vampire fiction featuring 100-plus-year-old undead relics of the last thread of chivalry to which we're desperately clinging. Justin Bieber, the modern-day Valentino, rented THE STAPLES CENTER on Friday night to watch "Titanic" and chow down on some delicious steak in a massive arena of peace and quiet with girlfriend Selena Gomez.

While you spent your weekend discovering the addictiveness that is "Bridezillas" (just me?), Lady Gaga was performing at the iHeartRadio festival in Las Vegas. She was practicing her gymnastics while she was at it. Mother Monster arrived on stage in a nylon bodysuit and pasties riding what looks like some kind of motorcycle/keyboard hybrid. Then she proceeded to straddle the keyboard and bend over backwards during her set. You know, because she's Lady Gaga.

I'm just wondering exactly what kind of yoga it is that Lady Gaga is taking. When I get on a yoga kick, I feel relaxed and sleep better. When Lady Gaga takes yoga, she does the splits upside down on a musical instrument. What am I missing here? Is it because I'm not doing my yoga in heels?

New York-via-North Carolina rapper and MTV Push Artist of the Week J. Cole had already had his name on hip-hop fans' lips when he became the first signee to Jay-Z's fledgling Roc Nation label. While the Hov's co-sign expanded Cole's stature, the rapper had already built up his name through a series of independently released mixtapes, including 2007's "The Come Up." With next week's release of Cole's official debut, Cole World: The Sideline Story, we've got a mess of videos detailing the past, present and future of the buzzed-about rapper.

In the first video, Cole tells us how he got started in music at just 12 years old through an older cousin, but quickly realized he was better than most 18-year-olds and wanted to pursue a career in hip-hop. The rapper reveals the only reason he applied to St. John's University was to live in New York and land a record deal. We've also got videos on Cole's reaction to getting signed to Roc Nation -- "I can't even say it was a dream come true because I never thought it was possible," admits the rapper -- and a brief history of his less-than-stellar encounters as a battle rapper.

Cole also talks about finding the balance between "flash" and "real life" by "staying connected to real-life stories" and reveals to MTV's Sucker Free all the guest appearances on the album, including Drake, Trey SongzMissy Elliott and his boss Jay-Z. "If it was up to me, I'd live in the studio all the time," admits the rapper. We wouldn't have a problem with that.

Finally, watch Cole's "Can't Get Enough" and "Work Out" videos below.

Cole World: The Sideline Story is out Sept. 27 on Roc Nation.

Maybe Rihanna has moments when she can't believe that her life is real. In between all the superyachts, ad campaigns and rocking sophistication like a pro, there have to be times that seem too good to be true. Sometimes a girl needs to just pinch herself on stage in front of a gazillion adoring fans to prove that this perfectly toned booty life is the REAL DEAL! Or maybe she just wanted to feel her own booty... AGAIN.

The "California King Bed" singer bounced in a iridescent two-piece and paired the mildly revealing outfit with some sassy fishnets while on stage in Rio de Janeiro last night. Looks like girl's sultry body language has no problem translating to her foreign fans!

Rihanna's eye for style has been proven yet again. One day she's all "first class glam" while stepping off the airplane covered in elegance, then the very next day she's showing peeps she has nothing to hide by grasping her incredibly firm... cheek. Note to self: Hit the gym. IMMEDIATELY.
