With all the gems Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland have offered us from their solo albums, it’s nice to take a moment and remember the homegirls’ roots. Wayyy back in the day (OK, not that long ago, but in our hearts it feels like FOREVER) the ladies were known only as Destiny’s Child. Along with Michelle Williams, the threesome shook the club (and our cars and our minds) with some major jams like “Jumpin’ Jumpin’.” Thankfully, VH1′s Pop Up Video dissected the music video to do their part to keep the girl group’s history alive.

To maintain total street cred, learning everything about Destiny’s Child is as easy as watching the video and taking notes. In case you’re not in the mood to study, here’s the ultimate cheat sheet with five things we bet you didn’t know about “Jumpin’ Jumpin’.” There is a pop quiz later (get it?!).

1.) The song/video is 11 years old! #saddestfact

2.) The girls’ record company didn’t like the video because the shaking effect made them sick.

3.) Three Ferraris were wrecked on set while filming the driving scene. You know, NBD.

4.) The group manager’s (and Beyoncé’s dad’s) hand makes an appearance as the door opener.

5.) The girls sold 15 million copies of Writings On The Wall.
