Though it's not an official single, Rihanna and Coldplay's duet "Princess Of China" off the band's Mylo Xyloto disc is already No. 4 on iTunes -- BALLER STATUS. So Coldplay decided to say a quick "Thanks" to Rihanna by covering her latest smash "We Found Love" during their stop at BBC's Radio 1 Live Lounge.

As you might expect, Coldplay completely reworked Rihanna's Calvin Harris-produced club jam and turned "We Found Love" into a soft, uptempo ballad. Led by a piano melody, Chris's voice puts a new spin on the dance-pop track: "Yellow diamonds in the light/Now we're standing side by side/As your shadow crosses mine/What it takes to feel alive/It's the way I’m feeling, I just can't describe/It's the way I'm feeling now." Chris throws in a few of his signature falsetto notes too, just in case anyone didn't think this cover was emo enough.

I know we're supposed to focus on the music and all, but can we just take a second to imagine Chris Martin as the leading man in the video? Going on a drug-fueled binge with Rihanna and trying to win her affection by pulling off some dope moves at the skate park?! He's such a good little British boy! He would never! Also, original video stud Dudley O'Shaughnessy (aka the BOXER who punches things) and wifey Gwyneth Paltrow might have something to say about that.

I don't know about you guys, but if paparazzi was following me around everywhere, I'm guessing that the photos they would snap of me at the airport would be among my least flattering. Lucky for Avril Lavigne, that is not the case for her. The "What The Hell" singer was spotted recently catching a flight in Toronto, and she actually looked happy in the process. Not that we're saying Avril isn't a cheerful gal, but the airport is seriously like, one of the most miserable places ever. #firstworldproblems

Between the lines at security to having to take your shoes off in public (so gross) to the woman next to you waiting THE ENTIRE FLIGHT before eating her McDonald's Crispy Chicken Sandwich, allowing the smell of that mystery sauce to permeate every seat surrounding her (true story), flying is just kind of obnoxious. But wait, I'm forgetting that Avril is rich and famous! They don't fly with commoners, LOL! She probably has a McDonald's on the private jet she's flying. And like, a free spa or something. And gold champagne. I don't think that exists, but I've never flown private.

Rapper Mac Miller has taken inspiration from some unlikely places, but in his new video for "Party On 5th Ave," the 19-year-old Pittsburgh native keeps it in the family. Inspired by his grandfather, Miller looks into the future, imaging himself and his crew as old men, living out their golden years on mobility scooters and engaging in traditional activities for elderly people such as carjacking, bashing and spray-painting cars and staging light saber-inspired cane fights.

After Miller and his entourage role around a park on mobility scooters, the crew stages a party/b-boy showcase in full costume, which we'll assume is not the part inspired by his grandfather, before the rapper tries, and fails, to outrun his younger, more athletic counterparts.

Miller recently performed at Chicago's House of Blues for MTV's "Live in Chicago" event, which saw the rapper perform "Best Day Ever (Remix)," "Knock Knock" and "Smile Back," the latter taken from his upcoming debut Blue Slide Park.

Incidentally, now that "Party On 5th Ave." exists alongside Tyler, The Creator's performance in Pusha T's "Trouble On My Mind," isn't it time for a "Best Use of a Mobility Scooter" category at the O Music Awards?

Blue Slide Park is scheduled for release Nov. 8 via Rostrum Records.

If you were expecting a video for a Beyoncé song called "Party" to be about like, fantastical forest creatures or something, then you either do not know English or you know nothing about how Beyoncé gets down. As we saw in the "Party" video preview a few days ago, we knew we were in for a slo-mo backyard summer party featuring Beyoncé and some of her friends (including sister Solange and BFF Kelly Rowland). The full-length version does what Bey will be doing in about four months -- delivers! (Badum-ching.) Think "Why Don't You Love Me" but set in the '90s -- AKA, MOST EPIC PARTY EVER.

In her "Party" video, hostess with the mostess Beyoncé throws an old-school summertime budget backyard party in a trailer park for about 30 of her closest pals -- by "budget" we're taking plastic drink cups, blow-up pool toys and a good ol' "sitting on the toilet, doing my makeup myself" session (ladies, I know you feel me). But because she is Beyoncé and richer than everyone ever, she teases us commoners with a few touches of how she really parties: fur coats, designers shades and a gold party hat that probably didn't come from the drugstore.

J. Cole shows up to the get-together empty handed (some wine would have been nice, J), bringing nothing but his verse on the remix: "We out in Abu Dhabi, we like to party/We don’t cause trouble, we just ride Bugatti..." Beyonce and guests dance around him, continuing to live it up, and by the end of the video you're asking yourself why your parties aren't like Beyoncé's. Drippin' swaggu, indeed.

We're no Sherlock Holmes, but maybe Beyonce's cluing us in on a tiny secret with her latest outfit. We already know homegirl is alllll about making some serious fashion references in her music videos, but what if her recent color choice is letting us in on a little secret (hint, hint). OK, do we have to spell it out -- does baby blue = baby boy?!

The "Party" singer was all smiles while being snapped strutting the streets of New York City a few days ago, and she was in some serious heels AGAIN! While showing off her baby bump, Bey also sported some MAJOR blue accessories -- a bright leather jacket and a matching polka-dot scarf -- that practically (maybe) screams, "Read between the threads, people!"

Beyoncé and Momma Knowles already know the gender of the little kiddo, but they won't spill the beans. So while there will be no official public confirmation, we imagine Beyoncé's just going to play with our minds through gender-specific fashion accessories during the next few months. BTW, B, if this is the color inspiration behind the gigantic nursery for the future baby, we totally approve.

Put a siren sound in just about any song and we're basically obsessed (HELLO, Beyoncé's "Ring The Alarm"). Put a siren sound in a blazing hip-hop record and we're insta-ready for the club. "Slight Work," Wale's Diplo-produced new jam, features Big Sean and of course, some real-life siren noises. The rest of the track is sparse, leaving ample room for us to try to memorize the swagged-out verses from both Big Sean and Wale.

Wale's verse is up first, and it illuminates all the amazing qualities Wale believes he possesses: "Ain't nobody checking for your garbage/Lot of intuition, I ain't even finish college/Never hit the mall and forever get it all." And no, we're not going to interpret this verse as a narcissistic blackout episode. In fact, we're all about self-confidence up in here so if dude wants to rhyme on all his special gifts, so be it.

Big Sean's dapper, smooth flow mellows Wale's vibe but like his cohort, Sean chooses to rap about all the good ish his celeb status now affords him: "You make 25 a year/I make 25 a night, woah.../Probably in your girl's dreams/Probably in your daughter locker.../I’m one hell of a guy, looking down on a cloud/That's one hell of a high." OK, so maybe he could have slipped in a line or two about world peace. But the the truth is he probably could steal your daughter. Dads, watch yo backs!

"Slight Work" is slated to appear on Wale's forthcoming release Ambition, out Nov. 1.

So yesterday, Jessica Simpson tweeted a photo of herself on the toilet. Not just any toilet. A toilet at Bergdorf Goodman. (FANCY!) Jessica's toilet tweet was accompanied only by the simple phrase "Short girl problems." And of course, we have just SO many questions about this scenario.

1.) Is photographing yourself in a restroom the new owling (which, obv, was the new planking)? Because Gaga is also guilty.

2.) WHY isn't Jessica Simpson wearing shoes, for the love? SHE OWNS A HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL SHOE COMPANY! OR is she shunning shoes because her feet are swollen due to her reported pregnancy?

3.) WHO TOOK THIS PHOTO???? Short girl problems mean you probably do not have go-go gadget arms with which to take a toilet self-portrait, right?

OH, Jessica Simpson. Despite the fact that we now know your feet don't touch the ground when nature calls, you and I both know I'm STILL going to love you forever. But please don't tweet another pic of you on the john. This is all I'm asking of you.

2.) While some reminisce about the days of getting detention with old high school pals, Justin Timberlake fondly recollects causing mayhem with Ryan Gosling during their "Mickey Mouse Club" days. Just more proof that bad boys grow up to be hunks. (PopSugar)

3.) Katy Perry's recent birthday reminds us not only to celebrate her musical successes but also her tresses. The head turner's locks have changed so much over the years that we're betting peeps can't guess her natural color. Hint: It's not pink. (TheFABlife)

4.) If all the goodies from Kelly Clarkson's recently released album, Stronger, just isn't enough to hold over devoted fans, here are some of her greatest live performances. If that's not enough, you might be addicted. (Idolator)

5.) Taylor Swift doesn't just sing (and glisten) like an angel, she lives the part. The adorable do-gooder donated 6,000 books to a struggling library near her hometown. Bookworms are officially cool all over again. (ONTD)

6.) Jessie J likes how Britney Spears smells! The singer adores Brit's "Fantasy" perfume and sprays it for good luck before every performance. That's putting pheromones to good use.(Monsters And Critics)

7.) JoJo gets inspiration from the likes of Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber and joins the cover-your-favorite-contemporary-musician trend with an acoustic version of Rihanna's "What's My Name?" Heads up: Girl does it justice. (Pop Dust)

8.) Justin Bieber may have duets with Mariah Carey and Usher, but he's not the only holiday crooner this season. The "Glee" kids are back with their second Christmas album, and it's promising the voices of the winners from this past season's "The Glee Project." (PopCrush)

9.) While most parent date nights involve splitting dessert at Applebee's, Pink leaves the kid with a babysitter and hits a jazz club stage for an impromptu performance. Watch Pink seriously KILL jazz standard "Summertime." (BuzzFeed)

10.) Those looking to relive the early millennium can thank Britney Spears. The pop princess is recruiting Backstreet Boy Howie Dorough to open for a few of her South American tour dates. (MTV News)
