Wiz Khalifa knows what's important in life: Diamonds! (We totally agree, by the way). And also smoking medicinal herbs that are basically illegal in all 50 states. But at least dude knows what he wants, right?

Wiz's new song "Rich People" speaks of his rise to fame and new found "cool" status amongst the wealthy elite. Set to Meek Mill's raucous "House Party" beat, Wiz raps about all the dope new stuff he has now that he's a celeb: "I smoke good every day/I probably live the life you wish you could every day.../But now I'm hoping off of jets/And these people cutting me checks.../These diamonds I got on/They are baguettes." But Wiz isn't fooled by any of it. He's totally hip to the fact that he's only invited to the cool parties 'cause he's got mad dough in the bank: "And I say people 'cause I'm rich/And rich people show me respect." Listen, even if you were going bankrupt, Wiz, I'd totally invite you to my party! Granted, there may be cheaper champagne and a significant caviar deficiency, but you're totally invited nonetheless.

And FYI, I too happen to have a penchant for baguette diamonds! So if you've got all this extra dough hanging around, feel free to send one my way. Platinum preferred, size 6!

Just when you thought Miley Cyrus' "Party In The U.S.A." video couldn't possibly contain even tiniest possible speck, not even the most high-powered-microscope scoping neutrino, of excellence, VH1 goes ahead and gives Miley's magnum opus the Pop Up Video treatment. And JUST LIKE THAT, "Party In The U.S.A." just got a little more awesome.

I won't spoil all of the secrets of Miley's "Party In The USA" Pop Up Video, but I will reveal that the video gets into the long and short of Miley's underage short shorts and finally solves the age-old question, WHAT THE HELL happened to that giant American flag? And in case you're not already nodding your head like yeah, hopefully this Pop Up image of Miley and not ONE but THREE pop-up Britneys will convince you to watch. God bless America.

+ Watch Miley Cyrus' "Party In The U.S.A" Pop Up video, don't miss "Pop Up Video" on VH1, Wednesdays at noon and 12:30 p.m. ET, and make your own Pop Up Video!

Nick's little bro Aaron Carter is taking his show on the road. And not just any road! He's headed to Broadway! Looks like Aaron's year is ending on a high note -- he started out 2011 with a rehab stay, but we're glad to hear he'll star in an Off-Broadway production of "The Fantasticks," according to Playbill.com. Lest you think this is Aaron's first trip to the acting rodeo, ladies, this Carter's a seasoned thespian. His previous roles include Broadway's "Seussical" and a 2009 stint on "Dancing With The Stars." (NOT that we have is IMDb profile memorized. Even though we do.)

Aaron will star as Matt in the Tom Jones- and Harvey Schmidt-penned musical, which happens to be the longest-running musical in the world. "Never in the 51-year-history of 'The Fantasticks' have we opted to cast someone with Aaron Carter’s level of fame, instead quietly enjoying our reputation for giving many future stars their first professional performing gig," Tom Jones (not this Tom Jones, by the way) said in a statement. You can check Aaron out at the Snapple Theatre Center beginning Nov. 7. If you see us -- we'll be the one hysterically screaming outside of side door waiting for Aaron to come out -- please do say hello!!

Your older sibling probably remembers New York rock trio Nada Surf as the perennial MTV staple whose hit "Popular" remains, 15 years later, the single most useful piece of romantic advice we received growing up. But the group has hardly rested on their laurels since then, releasing a steady stream of critically acclaimed albums. We've got their latest track "When I Was Young," which draws on youthful nostalgia and its relation to growing up.

"When I Was Young" opens with delicate guitars, and singer Matthew Caws intimately singing about his younger days. As the track builds in intensity, the song illustrates the carefree nature of most childhoods and the realization that as you get older, you simultaneously are forced to make serious decisions and cede control of certain aspects of your life. Serious stuff. As Caws sings the chorus of "When I was young/I didn't know if I was better off asleep or up/Now I've grown up/I wonder, what was that world I was dreaming of?" over a pop-rock bed, you can hear the acceptance-tinged nostalgia in his voice.

For their first album in two years, the group worked in member Daniel Lorca's Williamsburg, Brooklyn, loft nicknamed "The Sitcom" because, as the band noted in an official statement, it "regularly hosts a revolving cast of colorful characters and some legendary parties." The band wouldn't elaborate, but you can at least hear the fruits of their labor below.

Nada Surf's latest, The Stars Are Indifferent To Astronomy, is out Jan. 24 on Barsuk Records.

We shouldn't even have to tell you that any soiree thrown by Beyoncé is gonna be the best party you'll ever be lucky enough to get invited to during your entire time on this earth. But if for some weird reason you don't believe us, then this preview of Beyoncé's "Party (Remix)" video should serve as proof enough.

In the 30-second clip, we see Bey throwing a kick-ass summer fete complete with beautiful flowers, colorful drinks and booming music. She reclines on a lounge chair in shades (LIKE A BOSS) in the middle of a backyard, showing off her hot bikini before hopping in the pool to cool off with her pals. By "pals" we actually mean her famous sister Solange Knowles and pal J.Cole who also contributes some new swag to the updated "Party (Remix)." Oh, and Kelly Rowland is slated to make an appearance in the video, too. It's like "Where's Waldo? Friends Of Beyoncé" edition.

+ Watch a preview of Beyoncé's "Party (Remix)" video below, and catch the full version when it premieres Wednesday, Oct. 26 on BET's "106 & Park."

OK Katy Perry, we truly hope you have an amazing 27th birthday and all, but don't you think it's a tad rude to make the rest of the world's 27-year-olds feel totally inadequate? I mean, you're NOT EVEN 30 YET and you've already married the man of your dreams, toured the world, broken Billboard records and been nominated for a bazillion awards. Oh, and like we even need to say it: You're also reeeeeeally pretty!

We haven't even gotten into your personality yet! You're mad cool! You indulge in your zombie tendencies, you're big into oral hygiene, you don't mind farts and you're totally down to be "one of us" for the day by doing normal things like riding public roller coasters. You're seriously OWNING the multifaceted game.

So now that you've already accomplished being perfect on the inside and out, go celebrate your day! Maybe snuggle up in bed with your hot hubby Russell Brand and watch a "Real Housewives" marathon while eating unlimited amounts of sashimi. Or maybe just do what I did on my last birthday go around the corner to Baskin Robbins and get yourself an ice cream cake. Wait, who are we kidding? If we were you, we'd charter a private jet to Paris, have a shopping spree at Chanel, and like, rent out the Eiffel Tower... just 'cause we can.

Whatever you do decide to do today, Katy, we wish you the happiest of birthdays! And if there's an extra seat on that private jet, we can clear some room on our schedules.

Selena Gomez is the kind of adorable that just makes you want to pinch her cheeks. Or bite her cheeks. Or put her on two pieces of multigrain bread and eat her up. (Too far?) So adding a puppy to a photo of Selena is like Photoshopping a bunch of flames onto a pic of Justin Timberlake -- it's amplifying the best part, duh.

Despite telling her Twitter followers that she's been fighting a killer cold, the "Who Says" singer looked like the picture of health yesterday as she smiled and waved for the cameras outside of a concert venue in London, Ontario, with her new puppy Bailer that she shares with boyfriend Justin Bieber. Note to self: I didn't know it was allowed to pair thigh-high leather boots with a college sweatshirt. This opens up a whole new world of possibilities re: laziness and my wardrobe -- pajamas on the top, Bebe on the bottom. All hail Selena, queen of cuteness AND comfort!
