Now we get the ultimate lowdown with a sneak at her new "VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul" photo. She's also letting us in on some of her favorite movies -- Hint: They're comedies. Because she's the best.
First up, let Kelly Clarkson in a sequined tank get you revved up for "VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul" (as only sequins can). The event pays homage to soul music, and judging by the gorgeousness of Clarkson's pic, we can expect an equally stunning performance. The evening also includes powerful performances from Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Hudson, Jill Scott and Florence + The Machine. "VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul" airs Dec. 19 at 9 p.m. ET on VH1.
Next up, a video clip has Kelly dishing on where she gets her sense of humor -- from hilarious movies! "I always quote 'Dumb & Dumber'... that and 'Talladega Nights'!" The singer giggles through some of her favorite movie moments, and fans even get a few reenactments of the movies' most quotable lines (hilarious gestures, free of charge). She insists that her impersonations don't do the flicks justice, but we beg to disagree.
