The great queen Beyoncé once told us that girls, they "run the world," and last night the AMAs were yet another example of this phenomenon. Taylor Swift took home Favorite Country Female Artist, Favorite Country Album and Artist Of The Year, Nicki Minaj nabbed Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Artist and Katy Perry scored a special achievement award for being the first female to have five No. 1 singles off the same album. Nice work, women!
Besides sweeping the whole award show, the ladies also found time to hang out, and thankfully a photographer captured their laugh session in THE CUTEST PHOTO OF ALL TIME!!!!! Taylor Swift and BFF Selena Gomez joined Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry backstage, and they managed to crack themselves up, probably thinking about all the kids that used to make fun of them in high school (best feeling ever). I could go on and on about how all of their dresses should be hanging in my closet right now, but that would take much longer than you have. Instead, we just want to congratulate the ladies one more time and officially decree to the men of the world: STEP YO GAME UP.
