Oh, the angst! In the new video from Nat & Alex Wolff (formerly of Nickelodeon's "The Naked Brothers Band"), the New York City alt-rock duo unleash enough pent-up rage to give Nirvana a run for their money. Or maybe not -- but with their shaggy hair and cheek-pinch-worthy cuteness, it's hard not to be charmed by the band's wholehearted attempt at aggro-ness.

The second single from Nat and Alex's debut album, Black Sheep, the punk-fueled "18" captures the pain of being underage (Nat turns 17 next month; Alex just had his 14th birthday) and dealing with cruel and clueless parents, portrayed here by a scary-perky couple stylized to look like a mom and dad from some 1950s sitcom. While Nat and Alex tear it up in a trashed rehearsal space, their video parents torture them by dancing terribly, spontaneously turning into vampires, slipping on the creepiest clown masks ever and subjecting Nat to a seriously disturbing spanking session.

After a birthday cake catches fire and Nat bashes his guitar through a glass door, the singer (looking something like Julian Casablancas's baby brother in sunglasses and an army jacket) gets magically transported to a kid-populated beach where he finally achieves the bliss he's screaming for in the song's ridiculously catchy chorus ("When I'm 18, I will be free"). Here's to freedom and fang-free parents for all.

Lady Gaga stepped out in New York City last night to cut the ribbon at her own Gaga's Workshop, a part toy store/part fashion haus located in Barney's New York. And of course she didn't do it with your run-of-the-mill giant pair of scissors. No! Gaga used some "Edward Scissorhands"-looking contraption while wearing a custom-designed Chanel ball gown. And pearls. Because no outfit is complete without pearls.

Gaga's Workshop is kind of a one-stop shop for all things Gaga -- apparel, accessories, cosmetics, toys, etc. You'll find 220 Gaga-themed gifts, including a chocolate shoe that retails for $95. (Lest you fear that's a frivolous purchase, Gaga is donating a quarter of the sales of her Barney's bits and bobs to her anti-bullying Born This Way foundation. Yay!) She's even included stiletto stockings, perfect for your mantel this holiday season! My stocking growing up had a cat on it, and when you pressed a hidden button, a Christmas song would play. I'm not sure where I would be in my life right now if I grew up with a patent-leather stiletto boot stocking that I unwrapped every Christmas, but check back with the kids of America in about 20 years and we'll know soon enough.

And now, to uncover the truth behind those Lady Gaga Christmas album rumors swirling around on Twitter this morning! If it's true, I hope to find both her Christmas album and those ginormo scissors in my stocking.

We have a lot of talented people that work here at MTV, and one of them, with the help of some adult beverages, inadvertently put together the words "Thanksgiving" and "GIF." What does that give us, math majors? ThanksGIFing! And given that this is Thanksgiving week, we're going to be rolling out exclusive GIFs from some of our favorite acts every day on MTV's Tumblr. It's kind of like Thanksgiving and Christmas in one!

This GIF of Joe Jonas is just a little preview of what you'll get this week. Honestly, though, I'd be happy with just this one -- Joe Jonas in a black tank top staring at a camera on a loop? Sold.

Check out mtv.tumblr.com all week for LOL-worthy, reblog-appropriate GIFs, and don't forget what Thanksgiving's all about, folks -- telling your family what you're thankful for and then obsessively checking Facebook and Tumblr on your phone for the rest of the meal.

"The MTV Iggy Show" brings us the happening sounds from around the world, and as host Heather Holliday tells us in Episode 6, "You never have to leave your couch." Consider it your passport for globe-trotting, without the hassle of customs and shelling out for plane tickets. This week's destinations include Iceland, London and China.

First up is Iceland, which brims with excellent music talent of all genres. Indie rockers Who Knew just released their debut album, Bits and Pieces of a Major Spectacle, in 2010, which they recorded at Sigur Rós' and their own studio. Check out their "Sharpen The Knife" video -- the group of goats they play for may appear unmoved by Who Knew's catchy refrains, but the song garnered them tons of love.

Next we hit London for Lioness. She's been in the hip-hop and grime game since 14, and her roar has been heard as part of the M.Y.T. (Master Youth Team) trio, and also with her brother and cousins in Mastermind Trooperz. Through her skills and mixtapes she's built a name for herself, and she's traded verses with other grime gals such as Lady Leshurr and Amplified Dot. Watch her dubstep-flavored "Don't Tell Me" video, where the club banger tune gets everyone moving.

Finally, Beijing, where AV Okubo resides. Their video for the punked-up "Breakwave" plays out like a movie (with credits and subtitles), and has a plot that involves electrified paddleball, Ultraman/lazerbeam-eyes and animation interspersed within it. Not sure what the story's actually about, but with all its jumbled cult pop culture references, it's ass-kicky regardless.

Stop back next week for another around-the-world musical voyage with "The MTV Iggy Show."

We already gave the ladies a shout-out for all their American Music Awards success, but girl power wasn't the only noticeable thing going on last night. Our boy Justin Bieber made three separate fashion statements throughout the evening, and we just can't decide which was our fave -- your workday may have been filled with fighting off the Monday blues, while ours involved obsessing over Bieber's style at the AMAs. #HardDayAtWork

The "Mistletoe" singer defined dapper in his tux while getting cozy with Selena Gomez in the audience, and he looked out of this world with a space suit-inspired AMA performance outfit. But since we're ultimate fashion experts paid to make the tough choices, we're gunning for the bright yellow zebra pants bro wore when he DOMINATED his surprise appearance during the LMFAO finale performance with the Running Man. Judging by Justin's smirk, we're thinking it was his favorite, too.

Most dudes would get laughed out of the club if they showed up looking like an MC Hammer flashback, but Justin's not most dudes -- he's famous! That's just one (of many) job requirements of being a well-known heartthrob: the ability to woo the world in even the most questionable fashion choices.

In a world full of Auto-Tune, it's refreshing to stumble upon a band that's raw, organic and -- dare I say it -- uses real instruments! Don't get me wrong, I love a T-Pain jam as much as the next person, but sometimes you just need to hear the sweet sounds of a real harmonica, accordion, mandolin, trombone and guitar to set your mind at ease. Maybe that combination of instruments isn't exactly traditional, but that's what makes up Terraplane Sun, a five-piece blues/folk rock quintet that hails from Venice, California.

Sonically, the boys of Terraplane Sun range somewhere between slap-happy bluegrass and gritty organic rock, with a tinge of soul and country occassionally thrown in for good measure. Visually, the boys of Terraplane Sun range somewhere between handsome, hot and even hotter, while their unassuming style makes their bold sound even more surprising.

On "Funnel Of Love," lead vocalist Ben Rothbard's piercing vocals tear right through the pounding drums and slinky guitar: "Here I go/I'm going down, down, down/My mind is a-blank/My head is a-spinning around and 'round/And I look deep into the funnel of love." While it's my personal favorite, "Funnel Of Love" isn't the only standout track -- several other TS tunes have gotten lucrative placements in shows such as Showtime's "Nurse Betty," FX's "Damages" and A&E's "Intervention." Hello, royalties.

If for some ridiculous reason Terraplane Sun isn't massive soon, I will personally call the music industry and complain. Side note: I also might have some words with them about getting Justin Timberlake back in the studio.

Way back in the day when Justin Timberlake was still making music and cargo pants were all the rage (that's 2002, y'all), Jennifer Love Hewitt sang! And you thought girl's only talent was being a flawless screamer in "I Know What You Did Last Summer." It's our job to bring on the flashbacks, and her "Barenaked" video doesn't disappoint. And if this relic teaches us anything, it's to drink tons of water and take our vitamins 'cause almost 10 years later, she looks the same!

The bubble pros over at "Pop Up Video" are offering up some behind-the-scenes dish on the singer's so 2000s single. We learn that none of the actors were ever really naked (sorry, guys) -- they were actually wearing nude underwear. We also get schooled on some "before they were stars" moments and discover that Jennifer used a not-so-famous stylist at the time: RACHEL ZOE! We also find out that JLH got her start as an actor on "Kids Incorporated" alongside someone you guys might have heard of....Fergie! Now, run off, take all this Jennifer Love Hewitt wisdom, and use it to better the world.

+ Watch Jennifer Love Hewitt's "Barenaked (Pop Up Video)" below, don't miss "Pop Up Video" on VH1, Wednesdays at noon and 12:30 p.m. ET, and make your own Pop Up Video!

Like all good boy bands must do, Mindless Behavior has hopped aboard the Christmas song train! On "Christmas With My Girl," Mindless Behavior packs their abundance of swag into a tightly knit, supercute Xmas track chock-full of reindeer bells and other appropriate Christmas-y sounds.

While the song is totally holiday cheerful, let's remember this is Mindless Behavior, so obviously "Christmas With My Girl" sounds like it could also slay at the clubs, too. The song begins with a laid-back rap about Christmas gifts: "Your presence is the only present that I really wanted/It's priceless/Comin' over?/I got you something gorgeous/I've been saving up so I could afford it." We'd like to think "saving up" means stocking away that weekly $5 allowance, but we have a sneaking suspicion that it actually means writing a check against a massive record advance. But moving on.

Vocal verses are up next and the boys sound surprisingly convincing as they swear, "All I want for Christmas is my girl/All I want for Christmas is my girl." Last I checked, most 14-year-old boys were still in the "girls have cooties, give me an Xbox" stage. Kids these days...

Oh, you know, last night was just another casual date night for Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber. The duo went to Friendly's stopped by the American Music Awards and chilled with their pals Jaden Smith, Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry while wearing sweats a stunning metallic silver ball gown and an immaculately fitting tux. Really nothing to write home about. But I guess that's just how things roll when you have a super rich romantic boyfriend who rents out entire arenas just so you guys can have a private screening of "Titanic." Anyway, moving on.

At last night's AMAs, in addition to looking totally stunning, Justin and Selena got their PDA on as they canoodled in their seats. And by "canoodled" I actually mean OMG, guys, they're totally in love! Not to get all "body language expert" on you, but it's blatantly obvious that Selena's completely comfortable with her man. She's totally at home resting her head on his shoulder, and wait a sec -- we can't help but notice Selena's very strategically placed hand. We're not gonna fully call this out since Justin's not even legal yet, but I think the look on Justin's face says it all.
