I'm not saying that T. Mills' "F*** Em (With My Vans On)" is one of the most played songs in my iTunes because I NEVER use curse words and that would be crude -- actually, JK, I am saying that. I can't stop listening! So when I had the chance to sit down with the up-and-coming rapper, I had a hard time not blushing. I even asked him about the song in question. Scandalz!

While T. is still working his way up the rapper hierarchy, he's not letting his n00b-ness get in the way. When it comes to collabos, he's aiming high: "Anything that I could do with Kanye West would be like -- that's like the stamp for me to know that I've kind of made it." (We'll put in a call for you, bro. See what we can do. #justkidding #wewish) As for who he'd like to collaborate with romantically, we weren't really surprised by his answer: "Nicki Minaj! Just 'cause that new [Big Sean featuring Nicki Minaj "Ass (Remix)"] video is..." OK OK, WE GET IT.

When we asked him about sticking to his word, T. Mills confessed that he will actually... romance a girl with his Vans on. "If she asks me to, yeah. You know, it's all up to her." Chivalry personified, ladies and gentlemen. But as his face tattoo would tell us: "FTH" (aka "f*** the haters").

+ Hear more about his hookup horror stories and who else he'd like to work with in T. Mills' video interview below.

To be honest, I assumed the video for Kelly Clarkson's powerful "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)" would consist of women fighting off bad boyfriends and storming off victoriously to go find hotter guys and/or buy out their local Chanel store as an homage to being self-sufficient. However, Kel's new video took a different, less anti-men literal approach, and we completely love it.

Remember when Kelly reached out to her fans regarding a potential flash mob for her video? Well, if you spent hours practicing the dance moves, it's probably paid off since you're now in an effing Kelly Clarkson video! Kelly's flash mob themed video features tons of fan-made flash mob clips: girls rocking a fist-pump on the beach, a troupe of co-eds doing some seemingly dangerous karate chop moves in the middle of NYC's Times Square and a trio of girls triumphantly raising their hands to the sky in the middle of an empty basketball court.

It all comes together in the end as Kelly herself joins in on the flash mob fun and does the choreographed dance moves with a ton of her pals. And what sends a bigger "eff you" to a DB ex more than synchronized dancing? Well... a lot of other stuff, but Kelly kept it classy. As always!

As badass as we all think Rihanna might be with her racy videos and four-letter-word-filled Twitter, she's actually a softy at heart. The "We Found Love" singer found some love with fans as she left the Armani Hotel in Milan, Italy, yesterday while she paid her pop star due dilligence and signed some autographs for fans. You can't fool us, Ri. We've seen your vacation photos; we know you're just like the girl next door... with really expensive clothes and Jay-Z's cell phone number.

But Rihanna owes a lot to her fans. "We Found Love" was the most listened to song on Facebook in 2011, which is impressive considering it was just released in September. That means that people everywhere were listening to it over and over and over and over again, which makes me feel much more sane. I seriously started to wonder if I had some kind of mental problem because as soon as I thought I was going to switch to a different song, nope, I'd just hit play again. Rihanna's "We Found Love" is like a sleeve of Oreos -- before you know it, the whole thing's gone and you're crying on the floor of your bedroom. Wait, what?

Just in case you're ever feeling too young (LOLLLL), remind yourself that Cody Simpson was born in 1997. That will bring you right back down to Earth. The "Not Just You" crooner and We The Kings' frontman Travis Clark recently performed a show together, and Travis tweeted this photo. He said, "Chillin backstage with my boy sharing Aussie stories!" I wonder if they also shared great-place-to-find-guy-necklaces stories. Those are always riveting.

We knew Travis was friends with Demi Lovato, but now he's snatching up Cody Simpson, too? Unfair, Trav. How do you do it? Is it your really down-to-earth personality? Or the fact that you seriously seem chill as hell and completely zen about everything so people can't help but want to be your friend? No, I don't think it's any of those things. It's got to be your hair. LOOK AT IT. It's lustrous. LUSTROUS, I TELL YOU!

The only thing better than being hot and talented is being hot, talented and charitable. Not only are pop-rockers (and thanksGIFing alums) of Honor Society owning the soul-pop music game, but they're doing good at the same time: Honor Society has teamed up with the Salvation Army for the "Rock The Red Kettle" tour. During the day, the guys volunteer in each city they travel to at a Salvation Army location organizing food drives, toy drives and helping serve food to those in need. At night, they melt faces + hearts onstage. Kinda like Superman... or something.

To raise more awareness on all the good The Salvation Army is doing, the boys have created a video that documents their "Rock The Red Kettle" experience and speaks of their incredible partnership with the charity. Shot beautifully in black and white, the video shows Honor Society doing everything from playing a rousing game of dodgeball with underserved kids to standing outside with the famous Red Kettle asking for donations.

If you want to see the "Red Kettle" tour in all its glory, stop by a special Rock The Red Kettle show this Saturday, Dec. 17, at the Universal CityWalk in L.A. with special guests Colbie Caillat, or check out the final show of the tour Sunday, Dec. 18, at the Roxy. And find out how you can do more and give back every day at MTV Act. Charity is sexy, guys. Get involved.

2011 was full of HUGE music moments, many of which we hilariously recapped in our Year In Pop Music GIFs roundup (you're quite welcome)! But some of our favorite musical memories of the year took place live on an MTV stage. We wanted some extra help when narrowing down the top 10 live MTV performances of 2011, so we asked you guys to weigh in. In the end, it was a knock-down, drag-out fight between Paramore's "Brick By Boring Brick" at the Fueled By Ramen 15th Anniversary show -- Paramore's performance landed at No. 2 -- and 30 Seconds To Mars' unforgettable "MTV Unplugged" performance of "Hurricane." This is also why we let you guys pick -- we couldn't!

MTV let fans vote for their favorite 2011 MTV live performance, and the results are as varied as you guys are. Internet faves Odd Future came in at No. 10 with their WTF-inducing performance of "Sandwitches" at the mtvU Woodie Awards, while Jack's Mannequin's stripped-down rendition of "Release Me" for his intimate "Buzzworthy Live" session came in at No. 8. The belly rub that almost broke Twitter -- Beyoncé at the VMAs -- got a spot in the top five, and Mac Miller's fans made sure his feel-good track "Knock Knock" got a spot in the top three after dude shut it down during his Chicago performance earlier this year.

But it was 30 Seconds To Mars' Echelon that got the band's performance of "MTV Unplugged" performance of "Hurricane" that earned them the No. 1 spot. And if you understand even a small percentage of the dedication of the band's fanbase, than this should come as no surprise to you. Watch 30 Seconds To Mars accept their award for Best Live MTV Performance Of 2011 in the video below, congrats to 30STM, but perhaps even more congrats to the Echelon. You cannot be stopped.

+ All this week, MTV will reveal the best artists, songs and movies of the year. Come to MTV News each day to see more big reveals, and check out more of MTV's Best of 2011 music, TV, movies and news coverage.

You would think that professional hair whipper Willow Smith would bust into an interview turned all the way up to 11. But such is not the case for the "Fireball" singer. We sat down with her just a short while ago to ask her all the pressing questions (Chores! Christmas gifts! Favorite YouTube video!), and she was one of the calmest people we've ever interviewed! Just one more friendly reminder not to judge a book by its cover.

"She didn't give me any advice," Willow said about Nicki Minaj, her "Fireball" co-star, "But we hung out, and it was awesome!" Spoken like a true 11-year-old. (Never grow up, Willow. Justin Bieber has already let us down!) As for the dance craze she started with her song "Whip My Hair," the littlest Smith isn't actually sick of people wanting to show her how much they've practiced. "It doesn't get old. They're fans and I love them and it's just a fun game to play." It's also a dangerous game. Read: possible neck brace scenario.

As for what she wants for Christmas, it's... NOTHING! Willow gave us the sweetest answer ever: "I have everything that I would possibly imagine. I have a family that loves me and that's... more than most kids have. And it's really awesome for me to experience this life... because most kids don't have this life, and I'm trying to reach out to them and help them." Yes, an 11-year-old is more selfless than you. Feel ashamed!

Gym Class Heroes are really into collaborations right now, guys. First, they grabbed Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine for their track “Stereo Hearts," then they got OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder on "The Fighter." Now they've teamed up with pop goddess and "Gucci Gucci" cover queen Neon Hitch.

GCH and Neon's collabo is titled "Ass Back Home," and it's the second single off Gym Class' latest album, The Papercut Chronicles II. Both the song and the video speak of the hardships that come with being in a long-distance relationship and wishing that your loved one's ass was, well, back home where it belongs. Shot while Neon and GCH were on tour in Europe, a fiery redhaired Neon Hitch plays Travie McCoy's love interest as she cries: "I don't know where you're going/Or when you're coming home.../I don't know where you're going/Get your ass back home."

In his own words, Travie explained to Ryan Seacrest, who premiered the video yesterday: "'Ass Back Home' is all about trying to keep a relationship going while we're all out on the road all the time. The song was actually inspired by Matt's [Gym Class Heroes' drummer] relationship with his girlfriend and realizing why he is so zen on the road."

OK, sure, maybe saying "Get your ass back home" isn't the gentlest way to beg your significant other to come back to you, but it's a blunt and direct approach that we completely appreciate. Our suggestion is that you hop on a plane, Segway, golf cart or whatever the eff it takes to get yo' asses back home to your boyfriends and girlfriends. Like, STAT. And bring some damn flowers while you're at it.

Hot Chelle Rae, one of our favorite breakthrough bands of 2011, recently stopped by MTV HQ to record a little acoustic set for us, and it was really hard to contain our excitement (as in... I might have "had to use the bathroom" near the studio about 100 times while they were here). And because Avril was so good at making Christmas cookies, we asked the "I Like It Like That" boys to show us their kitchen skills by decorating some Christmas cookies, too,  the thought being maybe all adorable singers are good at decorating Christmas cookies. Um, and let's just say if this had been a coloring competition, Hot Chelle Rae would be WAY outside the lines.

Lead singer Ryan Follese acted as MC and judge for the holiday baked goods bonanza, while Nash, Ian and Jamie duked it out in three rounds of decorating madness. And we don't think we're going out on a limb by asking these dudes to keep their day jobs -- their "decorated" cookies are some of the wackest desserts we've ever seen. I'm talking to you specifically, Jamie: WHAT was that star cookie?! Those ornaments are for AMBIANCE, not consumption. Oh well. Points awarded for creativity (and because you're very cute). To Hot Chelle Rae's cookie-making credit, they were only allotted 30 seconds per cookie. Lesser artists might've crumbled under such high stakes... Get it? Crumbled? HA!

After Hot Chelle Rae finished up playing merry cookie-making elves, we got a chance to eat the leftovers (I know, I haven't washed my hands since in the hopes I'm living with some kind of HCR DNA on me). The results? Two thumbs-up for taste, "A" for effort, but a solid "D+" for execution. Just being honest!

+ See which member of Hot Chelle Rae wins the cookie competition in the video below, and watch their "Buzzworthy Live" performance of "I Like It Like That" after the jump.
