Miley Cyrus has always been an all-American girl in our eyes, but this photo of her waving at her royal subjects fans like a posh beauty queen pretty much seals the deal: Girl looks like Miss America, y'all!
The "You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go" singer was photographed looking GORG in Hollywood, and while we think that short haircut gives her an elegant edge, it definitely helps that she seems to have mastered the parade wave (that's elbow-elbow, wrist-wrist for all you newbies).
But if Miley was seriously interested in competing in the infamous pageant, she'd be a sure winner: Girl's got the talent portion down (um, obvs), she's mastered the sweet factor (ever see her with a puppy?), and she's a passionate humanitarian (like when she posed for a NOH8 photo shoot). In the essence of Beyoncé: She strong enough to take the crown, then get back to business.
