After Nicki Minaj hit the Grammy stage to perform her new song "Roman Holiday," I was a little scared that homegirl was crossing over to the dark side. I'm all for controversy and shock value, but ugh, religious garb is so dark! Not a ton of self-expression going on with those robes, right? (I think that's the point.) So I was happy to see Nicki back to her colorful self (literally) when she arrived to a MAC event in New York City last night in one of the brightest outfits on the planet! Seriously, you could probably see it from space. Oh, and we LOVE that blonde she has going on -- it's like she's literally become a Harajuku Barbie (we're still trying to figure out exactly what that is).
And we need to ask: Where did Nicki Minaj learn to pose like that? We know the "Super Bass" singer isn't exactly a "smile for the camera" type of gal, but how does she manage to make her face look like she just smelled old milk while her body looks like she's walking the runway? Maybe that's just what happens naturally when you're wearing THE GREATEST PAIR OF SHOES EVER.
