Katy Perry is head-to-toe blue on the cover of Teen Vogue.
It's not often that a human being can look stunning in head-to-toe blue, but naturally, the immortal goddess that is Katy Perry manages to pull it off. Sporting her Smurf-like (in a good way) blue hair, Katy works a structured blue dress with yellow gloves and some cuters lightning bolt earrings. She's almost smizing and looks like a badass while still maintaining an air of femininity (when it was practically yesterday that she was all G.I. Jane in her "Part Of Me" video). Skills, ladies. Live 'em and learn 'em.

Inside Teen Vogue, Katy opens up about everything from the way she feels about her fame, how she feels about her fans reactions to her music and why she decided to release her "Part Of Me" 3-D concert movie. Katy admits, "I'm tired of being famous already! But I'm not tired of creating. Fame is, I think, just a disgusting by-product of what I do. It's quite a delicate creature -- it's a wild animal of sorts. It can love you, and then it can attack you." On why she chose to release her forthcoming film, Katy explains, "I wanted to show people this parade that surrounds me... I wanted them to see the engine. I think sometimes they look at me and wonder, 'How is it possible that she continues to have this kind of success? Why are the stars so aligned for her?' But, while that is a factor, it's not the whole story. I also work my tail off!" We never doubted that for a second, gurl.
