+ So, the rumor that Kanye West is working with Justin Bieber on his Believe album is true. Justin retweeted his friend Kenny Hamilton's tweet of a photo from their late Friday night recording session. "Putting the finishing touches on the album and it's gonna be special! @justinbieber @kanyewest #Believe," Hamilton added. (Rap-Up)

The standard cover features a black-and-white photo of Biebs, and he revealed a sepia-toned version tweeting, "and this is the DELUXE #BELIEVEalbumCover - #52DAYS - excited? expect the unexpected."
