Usher’s stepson was declared brain dead after a tragic accident over the weekend.

+ Usher‘s 11-year old stepson Kyle Glover was in a tragic accident on Friday. He was reportedly struck in the head by a Jet Ski while riding an inner tube in a lake in Atlanta, Ga., and was declared brain dead yesterday. Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster are reportedly at Kyle’s side. (MTV News)

+ Beyoncé‘s dad, Mathew Knowles, has announced two new Destiny’s Child albums. The two comps will comprise formerly unreleased material from Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and they’re slated for release in November. (MTV News)

+ Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Questlove, will.i.am and Bruno Mars will star in animated form in an upcoming episode of “The Cleveland Show.” The episode is entitled “Menace II Secret Society” and airs Oct. 7 on Fox. (Rap-Up)
