Watch Jim James perform live in Austin at MTV/VH1/CMT’s “Live In Austin” showcase.

Not sure if you’ve heard, but there’s this little thing called SXSW happening in Austin all week. Not really a big deal, just a GIANT industry conference covering music, movies, tech, and, well, tacos. Our much-anticipated¬†2013 mtvU Woodies showcase is scheduled to go down on Thursday, March 14. Last night MTV, VH1, and CMT teamed up to present their own MTV/VH1/CMT “Live In Austin” showcase, featuring My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James (aka “Yim Yames”), ensemble pop players Youngblood Hawk, ’80s-inspired pop-rock troupe Guards, country-soul singer Elle King, and more. If you didn’t have a chance to catch the show last night, or are one of those poor unfortunate souls who didn’t make it to Austin this year (*points at self*), now you can watch the performances from the comfort of your computer screen. Ain’t the internet grand? Check it out below!
