Is Justin Bieber's "Hold Tight" a booty call? #ImportantQuestions.
Are you going commando right now? We hope so, because if you thought that Justin Bieber was taking a break from his ongoing quest to drop EVERY PAIR OF PANTIES EVER, then you'd be wrong AND overdressed.
In a new Twitter segment called #MusicMondays, Justin has spent the last couple of weeks releasing slow jam after panty-dropping slow jam ("All That Matters" and "Heartbreaker"), and today's #Mondays offering is no different. Cue: "Hold Tight," Justin's musical booty call about being obsessed with someone. (Whose name can only be Selena Gomez.)
Listen to Justin Bieber's "Hold Tight" after the jump.
Set to a sparse and unadorned track, "Hold Tight" serves as the ideal vehicle for Justin's silky, smooth-like-FULL-FAT-butter pipes. As a few synths ping in the background, Justin lightly coos: "Something like Ziploc/ But a lip-lock/ Want you wrapped around my arm/ Like a wristwatch."
About his new love song, Justin revealed: "This song is about the rush you get when you have that feeling. No matter how hard you try, you can't let that person go. You just want to hold on as tight as you can. I tried to capture that with this one."
Now, after listening to "Hold Tight," all we can think about is how Selena and Justin should totally reconcile! She's crying after concerts because she "can't see her fans," which we all know is code for "I'm singing this weepy song I wrote about Justin." And the "Believe 3D" star? Bro is straight releasing an ENTIRE collection of sad slow jams that might as well be titled "I miss you, Selena." C'mon, you two! I know it's been a year since you broke up, but how do you expect us to move on if you won't?
