Pop quiz: Which one’s Lady Gaga, and which ones are Muppets? GO.
When Lady Gaga decided to celebrate Thanksgiving with a televised special, she knew that she had to turn to “the most creative minds” that she knows. Who might that be? Uhhh, The Muppets, obviously! (Apologies to Jeff Koons and Marina Abramovic. Sorry, bebs!)
Although we won’t get to catch the “Lady Gaga & The Muppets’ Holiday Spectacular” until it airs on Nov. 28 (aka Thanksgiving, aka “BWARRRGH, PIE” Day), thanks to a clip that aired on today’s episode of “The View,” all the puppeteered pieces of felt are starting to come together. Combined with our vast knowledge of everything ARTPOP, here’s what we think we might see on the “Dope” singer’s TV special.
1.) You know how Gonzo suggests they use chickens in the finale?
Well, what if Gaga sees his fowl wager, and raises him a goose?

2.) Imagine if Gaga performs “Applause,” and when she sings “To crash the critic saying, ‘Is it right or is it wrong'”…
… the camera pans to Statler and Waldorf, cackling from their perch!
3.) Three words: “SWINE.” IN. SPACE.
4.) Speaking of pigs, why doesn’t Miss Piggy make an appearance in the sneak peek?
Whoops, our bad. We just think you’d make an amazing duet partner for Gaga on “Venus“!
Nope. Shut it down. R. Kelly, or bust.
