NEW ALBUM RELEASES

+ Britney SpearsBritney Jean: Britney’s BACK! And with a club-ready vengeance, too, as the shake-your-booty lead single, “Work Bitch,” proves. More dance floor burners come by way of “Tik Tik Boom” featuring T.I., “Til It’s Gone,” and “Body Ache.” Meanwhile, “Perfume” showcases Britney’s softer, more vulnerable side. Additional guests include the album’s executive producer, will.i.am (“It Should Be Easy”), and little sis, Jamie Lynn Spears (“Chillin’ With You”).

TransitFutures & Sutures: The Boston lads all-acoustic six-song EP features new versions of tunes culled from their last two albums, Listen & Forgive and Young New England. Watch their beer-soaked, Boston-loving video for “Young New England.”

Check out more new album releases, upcoming TV appearances, and performances after the jump.

Leona Lewis, Christmas, With Love: The British “X Factor” champ turns to Motown and Phil Spector-vibed sounds for inspiration on her Christmas album, where she mixes classic cuts, such as “Winter Wonderland” and “White Christmas” with originals (“Your Hallelujah,” “Mr. Right”). Listen to the Leona-penned “One More Sleep.”

+ Paul OakenfoldCream 21: The two-disc dance extravaganza celebrates the 21st anniversary of U.K. club Cream with a collection of jams mixed by one of the venue’s original resident DJs, Paul Oakenfold.
