+ VH-1 reality star and Poison frontman Bret Michaels probably does NOT need to be reminded to "Open Up And Say... Ahh" for a Vicodin cocktail after getting pretty banged up at the Tony Awards last night. He suffered a broken nose and sundry other minor injuries when a piece of the set fell on top of him during the opening act. Get better, Bret! (MTV News)

+ Tons of stars like Rihanna, Adam Levine and his hot tattoos, Zac Efron (meh) and more turned out on Sunday, not just for the Tonys but for the Lakers vs. Magic game in L.A. (Neon Limelight)

+ A Jeff Buckley biopic may be in the works again, with James Franco among the brooding teen heartthrobs interested in the role. Franco is a dead ringer for Buckley, but can he sing?? (The Tripwire)

+ Possibly trying to make up for the debacle that was her Species-esque hairdo at the 2009 Movie Awards, Megan Fox moooooooore than redeemed herself at the premiere of the Transformers sequel in Japan. YOWZA! (Socialite Life)

+ Today's Twitter fight is brought to you by the picture of sobriety Lindsay Lohan and resident hottie Dr. Drew. (PopEater)

+ And speaking of sober sallies, Pete Doherty was holed up in a airplane restroom shooting smack like a pro. (Celebrity Smack)

Alex Greenwald -- Phantom Planet frontman, Mark Ronson collaborator, and former model -- used to be so freaking hot it was almost impossible to look at him without thinking "nasty thoughts," as Janet Jackson once said. But not long ago, a paparazzi photo popped up in which the once-smokin' Alex looked like a straight-up hobo. Still, who'd he have hanging on his arm? British supermodel and Met Ball belle Agyness Deyn.

While we've got no problem with some slight shagginess, Alex Greenwald has seen better days, and his unkempt hair looks gnarlier than ever. (A tip: lather, rinse, repeat... repeat... repeat...) Still, Alex bagged a supermodel, so maybe the joke's on us.

Anyway, the shaggy/smoldering combo of Alex Greenwald and Agyness Deyn reminded us of some more hot chicks and the mangy men they love. So check out more of Buzzworthy's favorite guys who look like they live in boxcars and the beautiful babes who love them anyway.

Ryan Adams: Alt-country musician Ryan Adams won the heart of pop-folk singer Mandy Moore, who's had high-profile romances with tennis hunk Andy Roddick as well as Wilmer Valderrama and Zach Braff, while Ryan dated pretty Parker Posey. But it was ultra-shaggy Ryan who swept Mandy off her feet: Ryan and Mandy got married just last month. Hopefully the groom, uh, groomed for the big day.

Alex DeLeon: Okay, Alex DeLeon -- who's been linked to the radiant Demi Lovato -- used to be way more polished, but when he came to MTV for The Cab's Buzzworthy interview in March 2009, his broken-ended hair, fuzzy facial hair and leather accessories kinda made him look like he was running from the law. Bring back unquestionably hot Alex!

Ben Gibbard: Indie superstar Ben Gibbard's sensitive vocals are the perfect match for Zooey Deschanel. Zooey, dubbed "the rich man's Katy Perry" -- oh snap! -- by one site, has had leading roles in a slew of movies like Elf, where she showed off her vocal cords and her adorablility. Even though the oft-unshaven Ben's been featured on UglyMales.com (to the objection of many commenters, to be fair), he and Zooey matched up not only musically, but they're also engaged. Aww! Indie romance!

Joe Trohman: It's clear that Pete Wentz-ian man-glam is not Joe Trohman's style. But there are other ways to stand out besides looking like a homeless man who wandered off the street and onto the stage. His disheveled, mountain-man look has still been described as "wonderfully hobo-esque meets Jesus." True! We're not saying Joe's not hot. We just miss his From Under The Cork Tree-era/ "Dance Dance" short hair. Still, he nabbed a super-cute girl and put a ring on dat; he and Marie (above) are engaged.

+ More hobo guys and hot girls after the jump.

Ever secretly wanted to be a fly on the wall during someone else's breakup? (Wait, you have?? Um, CREEPY alert!) Look, we're all in favor of voyeurism (in moderation) but we can't think of anything less fun than getting in the middle of someone's Horrifically Awkward Life Moment.

But good news for those of you who actually like seeing two people's once-blossoming romance disintegrate right before your very eyes: Maroon 5 just made an awesome new video that lets you watch lead singer Adam Levine's romance go from lovey-dovey to mopey, post-breakup pouty in four minutes flat!

So check out "Goodnight Goodnight" (the new video off M5's It Won't Be Soon Before Long), admire the litheness of Adam's "In Bed Alone ... Again" body and ask yourselves why he'd ever choose moody, sullen isolation over making out with a hot Gisele Bundchen lookalike. (Also, what's up with all those band before-and-afters? We know, it would have been weird to leave them out of the video entirely but, c'mon, how frickin' upset are they gonna be over some other dude's ex-girlfriend?)

Jorma Taccone is used to playing and writing funny -- he's an actor and Saturday Night Live writer (you have him to thank for the "Iran So Far" sketch featuring Maroon 5's Adam Levine and Andy Samberg and the much-forwarded "Chronicles of Narnia (Lazy Sunday)"), and if you haven't seen his Lonely Island sketches, then you need a new life.

And while breakups aren't usually a laughing matter, there's still something hilarious about watching him get his heart ripped out in Gnarls Barkley's latest video, "Who's Gonna Save My Soul." The rolling peas -- and the fact that the heart totally looks like the Twizzlers mouth -- only darken the black comedy. The whole thing brings new meaning to "I Will Possess Your Heart," and speaking of Death Cab for Cutie, Gnarls' attempt at a DIY heart transplant is far funnier than DC4C's attempt in "Title and Registration." (Watch it below.)

+ Apparently, not everyone enjoys getting clocked by Amy Winehouse. And her latest victim isn't pulling any punches in today's tabloids. "She was in front of me at the bar and suddenly turned and walloped me three times across the face. It really stung," says 29-year-old Wayne Lindsay of the slap-happy singer. Meanwhile, a "source" close to Winehouse counters: "She's not a shrinking violet and isn't afraid to stand up for herself." Well, obviously. (Mirror)

+ If you thought Usher was serious about his music, wait till you hear what he has to say about fatherhood. (Essence)

+ Maroon 5's frontman Adam Levine proves he's not exactly the outdoorsy type by suggestively gripping a garden hose. (Popwrap)

+ Without the thesaurus-wielding Tim Gunn on hand to guide her, rocker-turned-designer Avril Lavigne has trouble "making it work." (Idolator)

+ You may have already known that Taylor Hicks (a.k.a. the prematurely grey-haired American Idol winner) just landed a plum role in the Broadway production of Grease. But here's something you probably didn't know: Hicks says the inspiration behind his costume came from "doing séances to channel Elvis, [who] told me that I needed to wear a midnight-blue, rhinestone-studded suit." Okay then! (MTV)

If you tuned into TRL today for Spankin' New Ladies Week, you may've heard New York Giants star Osi Umenyiora drop Jessica Simpson's name when asked about his favorite female artist. He's clearly keeping tabs on the former MTV reality star, because he also mentioned her upcoming country album.

No, not as in "we'ze just country,"driving-with-your-toddler-in-your-lap-Britney-style country. As in classy, Carrie Underwood-in-diamonds country. Lately, Jessica's been spending lots of time in Nashville recording a country follow-up to 2006's A Public Affair. According to Papa Joe, the album's almost done, and now she's setting her sights on a possible reality show, possibly on MTV sister network, CMT.

The lovely, talented, tall and gracious Sara Bareilles -- she of "Love Song" fame -- stopped by 1515 yesterday. We sat down and talked about touring with Maroon 5, her insatiable appetite for pizza, and her unabashed adoration of TV's Dorothy Zbornak. Read on, won't you?

Buzzworthy: Tell us about shooting your "Love Song" video? Where'd the idea come from?

Sara Bareilles: I got a treatment from the director, Josh Forbes, who was great, and I knew as soon as I read it. I was like 'This is it! This is the video!' There was a lot of green screen and post-production, so it was cool to use a lot of your imagination and just get lost in the music because that's all you have. It happened all in one day, so it was very fast-paced. There was a lot to do and they had a ton of work to do after that. But it was really fun.

BW: How was touring with Maroon 5 and Paolo Nutini?

SB: Well, Maroon 5 definitely pranked me on my last night out with them. They ran on stage in their underwear during my last song! They just came on and they. scared. the. s--- out of me. I didn't know what was happening I just saw the crowd erupt in applause. But touring with them was a great experience. I've known them a long time. They've always been like big brothers. They're really wonderful and supportive, always kinda rooting for me and my bandmates. And Paolo was such a sweetheart. We really got along with him and his crew well. They've got big hearts.

BW: Would you ever do an official collaboration with any of them? Maybe with Adam Levine?

SB: Right now I'm so focused on trying to create a solid image of who I am in the music industry and trying to create that personal connection with who I am and what I'm saying, so I don't feel ready for a collaboration yet. But there are so many amazing people. I'd love to get to that point. There's a lot of female artists I'm inspired by, like Feist and KT Tunstall.

The guys in Maroon 5 were determined to make it in the music biz, no matter what. Members Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael and Mickey Madden met in high school in L.A. Their first band, Kara's Flowers, quickly nabbed a record deal and released an album, but it flopped and they were dropped from their label. But Adam and his cohorts weren't about to give up, so they changed their sound -- and their name -- and eventually landed on Octone Records. The rest is history. Since 2002, Maroon 5 has been bringing their brand of soulful rock to eager audiences.

All their hard work and determination has certainly paid off -- especially since they're up for a Moonman for Best Group at the VMAs! We're totally lovin' their dancey new tunes, especially "Makes Me Wonder." Something about all those flashing lights and neon signs makes us want to tear up the dance floor!

Marc Jacobs has been collaborating with renown skate shoe company Vans for a couple years now, cranking out metallic, leather and corduroy versions of the classic slip-ons, plus polka dots and other cool, clever prints. But his Fall 2007 line is probably his dopest yet. We love the tongue-in-cheek outlines of the classic sneaker and wingtip slip-ons. And the primary-colored sole featured on several other upcoming versions are tres nautical, and honestly, when is nautical NOT in? They're available in Marc Jacobs stores (and probably whichever online sneaker site you may obsessively visit) beginning in June. Check out Complex mag's blog and Sneakerfreaker.com for more of the rundown.

And... since couture kicks are the new dress shoes, there are tons of celebs we could see rockin' these… Adam Brody AND Adam Levine definitely come to mind. And speaking of Maroon 5's stylish lead singer: his family owns the posh California m. fredric boutiques -- think Kitson but without the kitsch -- (peep their MySpace page here), and they're L.A. Fashion Week staples, so no WONDER he always looks great. And speaking of WONDER, check out Adam and the boys doing "Makes We Wonder" live from their 'TRL' Spankin' New Music Week performance just yesterday.
