While The City's Roxy Olin wore a dangerously revealing jumpsuit today (was I the only one holding my breath the whole time?), Alexa wore on a fall-forward chiffon-trim black-and-white silk blouse from J. Crew. Here's what else Alexa Chung wore on today's episode of It's On With Alexa Chung.

Tuesday, October 27
+ Shirt: J. Crew
+ Jeans: Topshop
+ Shoes: Marni
+ Necklace: Iosselliani

Pick up this gorgeous silk top for yourself. It's $98 at JCrew.com.

Gather 'round fashiony friends. It's time to talk brilliant blazers and leather bottoms (again) -- in this case Ashlee Simpson's leather pants! Here's what Alexa Chung wore on today's episode of It's On With Alexa Chung.

Thursday, September 3
+ Cardigan: PPQ
+ T-shirt: J. Crew
+ Skirt: American Apparel
+ Shoes: Marni
+ Stockings: Hue
+ Necklace: Iosselliani

These white blazers with black trim are SO deliciously Gossip Girl gone REAL bad. The cropped tux jacket on the left is by Jaeger London, and it's $371 at My-Wardrobe.com. The mohair jacket on the right is Marc Jacobs, and it's $2002 at My-Theresa.com. (Sorry.)

This American Apparel black circle skirt is $45 and it's almost enough to make me want to learn to ice skate. Almost. (BTW, is that model one of the porn stars? I so can't even keep up.)

Okay, let's discuss Ashlee-Simpson and her LEATHER PANTS! First of all, can you even BELIEVE a human body came OUT of her human body?

Anyway, Pete Wentz's wifey was in some TIIIIIGHT-ass leather pants. Want your own? The leather pants on the left are Preen, and they're $808 at Matchesfashion.com. Saving for college? (Snore!) Get the leather pants on the right at Alloy.com for $39.90. Boing!

It's not easy to step into Natalie Wood's ballet flats (although, here's a little musical theater lore -- Marni Nixon sang Natalie Woods' parts in the film version of West Side Story!), but after seeing Taylor Swift -- who'll be performing at the 2009 MTV VMAs, and who's nominated for Best Female Video for "You Belong With Me" -- sing her VMA homage to West Side Story's "Tonight," you'll soon see why she's about to leave her own mark on the classic song. Taylor's taxi ride version of "Tonight" is a little less country, a little more rock 'n' roll, and all Broadway belt.

You'll be able to watch Taylor's "VMA Side Story" video  later tonight. But until then, watch exclusive interview footage of Taylor Swift on the Nashville set of her VMA promo shoot, and see how New York City helped give her that Broadway brass. Plus, hear all about how Taylor Swift first met 2009 VMA presenter Katy Perry and 2009 VMA performer Pink at last year's VMAs.

+ Watch Taylor Swift's "VMA Side Story" interviews after the jump!

WOOD HEELS! WOOD HEELS! ZOHMAHGAH! WOOD HEELS! Oh yeah, and is Seth Green not the cutest human (besides Michael Bruno)? So, to recap today's episode of It's On With Alexa Chung: wood heels, Seth Green, Nick Kroll, a bananas Flo Rida performance AND cats. And gymnastics, courtesy of Make It or Break It's Chelsea Hobbs. All in just one episode of It's On With Alexa Chung. Okay. Here's what Alexa wore today.

Thursday, August 13
+ T-shirt: Alexander Wang
+ Cardigan: An Alexa find from the Portobello Market in London
+ Shorts: Re Collection
+ Belt: J.Crew
+ Necklace: Chanel
+ Shoes: Marni

Alexa picked up her striped cardigan at the Portobello Market in London. Shop closer to home: this Urban Outfitters striped cardigan is just $48.

Okay, YAY it's time to talk wood heels! These Brian Atwood heels are cork and wood and patent leather, and they're so wonderful I'd marry them if that were more acceptable. Get them for $199.50 at theOutnet.com.

Additional wood/ cork heeled beauties from Brian Atwood. $199.50 at theOutnet.com.

Um, hi. These wood heels are FOURTEEN BUCKS. Forever21.com. I KNOOOOW!

Oh yeah, and get youse a gorgeous feather headpiece like the one Chelsea Hobbs was wearing at Pluma. They're like $48-ish each and handmade (!!) at Plumashop.com.

HUGE Alexa Chung day today! Adam Sandler and Leslie Mann, the GLOWING and radiant Nelly Furtado -- watch her brand-new "Manos Al Aire" video here if you haven't yet -- a live Passion Pit performance, and Michelle Collins talking about nips! You can't BUY that kind of good, American entertainment with actual money. Anyway, here's what Alexa wore today.

Thursday, July 30
+ Sweater: J. Crew
+ Jeans: Topshop
+ Heels: Marni
+ Necklace: J. Crew

A great grey V-neck sweater is a wardrobe staple, but you know what also should be a wardrobe staple? This SWEET vampire-inspired grey Topshop sweater designed by German designer Markus Lupfer (Madonna and Gwen Stefani are fans). It's sooo delightfully Rocky Horror/ Twilight-meet-Rolling Stones, and it's $170 at Topshop.com.

And check out Forever 21's black Deco-inspired bib necklace. It's just $6.80, which is like less than one of those huge Jamba Juices.

FINALLY! Ashley Tisdale addressed those nasty Cobra Starship copycat accusations on today's episode of It's On With Alexa Chung, stating that she hadn't really heard of them... until she had. (Good save!) The Tiz, who's in Boys Like Girls' new video, Christian Finnegan, Keri Hilson, and Alexa's STUNNING platforms were almost too much to handle on what would've been an otherwise snoozetastic Tuesday. Good thing you tuned in. Here's what Alexa wore today.

Tuesday, July 28
+ Shirt: Marni
+ Shorts: Levi's
+ Shoes: Marni

If that Marni face shirt Alexa wore on the show today looks familiar, it's because you also saw it on Alexa in British Vogue. Can't shell out the pounds/ Euros/ bucks for Marni? Try this face tee instead. It's by Junk Food, and it's $24 at TheDenimShop.com.

Or, get this face t-shirt from Forever21.com. It's got eight faces on it, and it's $10.90. That works out to barely a buck a face!

Alexa's amazing shoes are also Marni, but if the heels and price are too high, how's bout these Charles David Mary Jane platforms. $137 at Endless.com.

I'm also feeling on these Maloles two-tone suede Mary Janes. Like a lot. They're $190 at Farfetch.com, and when I sleep tonight, they will dance in my dreams.

After a brief hiatus, British grime MC Lady Sovereign's returning to the scene with her new electro-dance track, "I Got You Dancing," (listen here) from her upcoming album, Jigsaw, due April 7, 2009. But there's already another Lady on the "Dance" floor, and that's Lady Gaga, whose single, "Just Dance" is a ubiquitous hit. So is there room for just one "Lady" on the scene, or do we detect a Lady-on-Lady melee?

So let's examine the similarities and differences that could either unite Lady Gaga and Lady Sovereign to a common cause or create the biggest entertainment industry battle since Arsenio Hall and Roseanne Barr!

+ Lady Sovereign came from the humble beginnings of a housing project. Gaga attended New York City's Convent of the Sacred Heart -- where Nicky Hilton matriculated -- and attended NYU's Tisch. Lady Sovereign went to the school of hard knocks while Gaga's got a song called "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich." Do we smell socio-economic tensions? Advantage: Lady Sovereign for her in-tact street cred and street smarts.

+ They both have normal-people names: Lady Gaga's is Stefani, and Lady Sovereign's is Louise Amanda. Advantage: Tie! Though if we had to pick a normal-person name, we'd go with Stefani for sure.

+ Lady Sovereign dresses slightly like M.I.A., while Gaga dresses slightly like a tranny. Fightin's not easy in six-inch patent-leather Marni booties. (Also, since she's usually in some form of David Bowie war paint, we've never even seen Lady Gaga's real face.) Advantage: Sovereign, who's almost always seen in sneakers. Or "trainers," if you will.

+ Sovereign kept company with Jay-Z, who signed her to Def Jam in 2005, while Gaga hangs out with Colby O'Donis. Advantage: Sovereign, obviously.

+ Sovereign toured with Gwen Stefani, while Lady Gaga's often compared to Gwen Stefani. Advantage: Sovereign. Unless you are smoking wackycracky, you should not be comparing Gaga and Gwen. Seriously, are you high?

+ Lady Sovereign favors crimped hair and has partially upgraded to a more sophisticated, Lily Allen 'Q4 '08 blunt cut. Gaga's still rocking the blunt-cut Janice Muppet wig. Advantage: Nobody wins. Fail.

+ Lady Gaga's been nominated for a 2008 Grammy, but Lady Sovereign's been compared to Eminem. Advantage: Lady Sovereign. Eminem comparison crushes Grammy nom!

Winner: Should a Lady Sovereign-Lady Gaga kerfuffle scuffle ensue, we've got ten pounds on Team Sov.

Watch Lady Sovereign perform "Love Me Or Hate Me" live at MTV.

Like us, Colby O'Donis is both simultaneously intrigued and mystified by Lady Gaga, who delivered a laser-sharp performance surrounded by a bunch of beauty queens attempting to dance in bikinis and heels at the Miss Universe pageant this past Sunday.

Colby referred to the avant garde artiste as "very abstract" and confirmed that Gaga's glittery, latexed look isn't just for show: "It's not just a front for the camera," he said. "She's like that every day! She'll probably be home, and like most people are in pajamas, but she's probably wearing, like, a tight leather outfit, relaxing on her couch in like these extreme glasses!" Right you are, Colby. She's a one-woman couture culture club.

Watch our exclusive, in-depth exploration into the depths of Lady Gaga's fashion-of-the-future style (truly, we'd punch a toddler for those Marni heels), and then check out a bonus video of Lady Gaga discussing her favorite places to shop -- and party -- in New York City. Plus: Watch Lady Gaga discuss working with the New Kids on the Block and check out her first Buzzworthy interview and photos here.

So the other day, the sweet, charming and extremely laidback Adam Brody stopped by "TRL." Here's an interview with the man himself, by the way. Anyway, we loved him as "The O.C."'s Seth Cohen, who, despite playing a lovable dork, looked good in his own right -- most often in Penguin. And we most certainly love Adam's street style, as he's often spotted rolling down the street walking his dog Penny Lane in a super casual well-worn, fitted vintage T and some slightly narrow but not blood-constricting jeans. Love it! Fortunately we were able to extract him from his adoring throngs of young female fans and pop a few style questions on him.

But first... if you missed the show, you're probably wondering what he wore! Drink it all in ladies…

adam.jp></i></i></i>g

Swoon! He was looking sartorial and positively professorly in a grey-ish blazer by Marni. And his perfectly fitted button-down shirt was from the hyper-celeb-forward line Band of Outsiders.

We were super surprised to discover that Adam does not work with a stylist -- all of that comfy, scruffy, crumpled cuteness is his a style all of his own. Here's what else he had to say about his own personal style when we sat down and chatted about style with him.

MTVStyleblog: You do all of your own shopping?

Adam Brody: Well, I like vintage stuff, it just takes a lot of time because everything fits so differently. I'm rarely ever in the mood to try on 20 pairs of pants, so I don't know, there are a few stores around LA. I like American Rag because it's got both, half vintage and new. I end up going to the new because, once again, I'm really lazy.

MTVSB: Do you have any favorite brands or designers?

Adam Brody: I like these Band of Outsiders shirts because they fit. I like all of the styles that fit narrow. I got a suit from Marni which is mainly women's stuff, but it fits really well. The guys' stuff fits pretty well, which is cool. As far as brands, I love Levi's jeans if you can get them to fit right. I have never had a brand new pair of jeans that I've actually liked as much as a 20-year-old pair. It's like leather, it needs to be worn in. I hate when it's starchy…

MTVSB: Do you have a go-to piece of clothing that you can't live without?

Adam Brody: I have a leather jacket at home that I wear a lot that I bought at some random boutique here in New York, but it's the only leather jacket that's felt natural on me. It's like a warm-up jacket, sort of Fred Perry, so it's got elastic cuffs and sleeves and it's really thin. It's the only leather jacket I put on where I don't feel like an idiot. It fits good.

Ok, let's get to the stealing!
