NEW ALBUM RELEASES
+ One Direction, Take Me Home: On the quintet's sophomore album, the puppy- and fun-loving 1D are poised to take over even more airwaves. "Live While We're Young" is already a record-breaking hit, and like the sunny vibes found on their single, the album plays like the soundtrack to your current crush, from the strutty "Kiss You," to the acoustic ballad "Little Things" and "Last First Kiss." There's also the dance-pop of "C'mon C'mon," the catchy "Back For You," and the yearning "They Don't Know About Us."
+ Christina Aguilera, Lotus: Aspiring singers on "The Voice" look up to coach Xtina for her vocal chops and success, but inspiration goes both ways, she told MTV News. "Understanding and seeing firsthand through the eyes of... aspiring artists, at the beginning of their journey, to be a part of their journey... and to sort of regain some of that back for myself," said Christina. Watch the sexy, murderous "Your Body" video (+1 on the killer stilettos), the piano ballad "Blank Page," and the club-banger "Let There Be Love."
+ Various Artists, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 2: The time has come, you guys: the last installment of "The Twilight Saga." It's our final moments with Edward, Bella, Jacob... *sheds tear* #TeamEdwardJacobSandwich. But cheer up: The soundtrack is here for us to relive our fave moments for eternity. Highlights include Green Day's "The Forgotten," Ellie Goulding's "Bittersweet," St. Vincent's "The Antidote," Passion Pit's "Where I Come From," and Feist's "Fire In The Water."
Check out more new album releases, upcoming TV appearances, and performances after the jump.
