Taylor Momsen Is Obsessed With Puppies, Sunglasses & Die Antwoord (VIDEO)

Taylor is as enthusiastic about puppies as she is about some terrifying South African performance artists.

When we first thought about bringing The Pretty Reckless' Taylor Momsen in for a round of "10 Things I'm Obsessed With," I have to admit I was a little concerned all 10 of them might be scary goth references I didn't get. Not the case! Turns out the "Just Tonight" singer is into her puppy, her guitar (named "The Punisher"), The Beatles and writing songs: "You write a lot of bad songs before you write good ones. And when you write a good one, it's the best feeling on the planet. And then having fans sing them back to you is the second best feeling on the planet."

New Video: Fiona Apple, 'Every Single Night'

In "Every Single Night," Fiona Apple's first music video in seven years, the inimitable singer-songwriter gives us just a glimpse of what the nightly fights inside her head look like. And to be honest, we're not sure if we're glad we got the invite -- she's wearing an octopus as a hat, her boyfriend is part farm animal, she keeps her brain in her purse and the Eiffel Tower has seen better days.

In the Joseph Cahill-directed clip, Fiona reluctantly walks us through a day/night in the life of her thought process. In between shots of a giant snail taking over France and Fiona throwing fish to a hungry alligator, we get the impression that the "Not About Love" singer probably excelled in story time as a kindergartner: hella imagery up in here. The stripped-down, sparse track goes the opposite direction for its visual counterpart -- it's one of the busiest clips we've seen this year, let alone from Fiona Apple. It's bizarre, whimsical and a bit unsettling, and probably exactly what Fiona fans expected in the first video from The Idler Wheel.... If this is what Apple's fights with her brain look like, we're wondering what goes on in there when they're getting along.

Taylor Swift Dress-Up Watch 2012: She's Still Doing It (PHOTO)

Taylor Swift is still dressing up on her downtime. We're jealz.

While the rest of the country's little girls who love to dress up end up growing up and squeezing themselves into boring ol' business casual every day, Taylor Swift actually gets to play dress-up as an adult. ALL THE TIME. I was under the impression that celebs were always busy diversifying their stock portfolios or getting massages or Googling themselves, but apparently T. Swift spends 99 percent of her free time with her pals wearing veils and flower hats and stuff. The other 1 percent, obviously, is spent with her cat, Meredith.

We've been on Taylor Swift Dress-Up Watch for a good handful of months at this point, and the "Safe & Sound" singer still isn't sick of it! Hey Taylor, IDK if you know this, but you are a celebrity -- a very famous one, and that's basically like being an IRL Pretty Pretty Princess. You know you can like, call fashion designers, get free clothes and do this outside of your house at movie premieres and red carpet events, right?

Whoa. Whoa. WHOA. Selena Gomez is upping the hotness ante times infinity on the cover of the new issue of Elle. She looks like a full-grown adult serving serious face, dressed in a beautiful gold embellished gown and red lipstick that we're currently Googling. Uhh, "Wizards Of Waverly Place" WHO?

Inside the issue, Selena opens up about what we're all wondering: what it's really like to date Justin Bieber. It turns out it's even better than we imagined -- dude is actually a hopeless romantic. About Biebs renting out the Staples Center in L.A. for a solo date with Selena, the "Love You Like A Love Song" singer said, "If I'll share anything with you, it's that he really is a hopeless romantic. I had just mentioned it in the car -- all I said is that I really want to see Titanic again, and then." Yo Sel, you got any tips on how to ask your boyfriend for a private Usher concert? Congrats On Your Engagement, Miley Cyrus! We Wrote You A Letter About It!

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are engaged!

Miley Cyrus! Super-duper congratulations on your engagement to your boyfriend of three years, Liam Hemsworth! Not only is he a total Baberham Lincoln, but it seems like he really treats you well -- at least according to all the stalking I've done on Twitter.

Some people might be all, "Miley, it's not being very Miley of you to get married at 19 years old." And yeah, maybe 19 is a little young. But you've been famous since you were like, 0.5 years old, so your 19 is probably different and more experienced than most of America's 19. I am a little concerned as to who's going to rent the car when you guys go on vacay as Liam's just 22 himself, but I'm sure you guys are fully capable of crossing that bridge when you get there...by foot.

The important thing to remember here is not only that you guys have one of the most adorable "How'd you meet?" stories ever (on the set of "The Last Song"), but also that Liam looks really good in a suit. And should you choose to, you'll probably make really adorable gluten-free babies.

Congrats, Milers! And congrats to Liam for wrangling the girl who can't be tamed! Wedding in the U.S.A.!

PHOTOS: The Best Of Kim Kardashian And Kanye West!

We've been all about Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's love affair since the get-go. I like to pretend that it was a total "When Harry Met Sally" moment -- Kanye was probably all "I love that you are the last person I want to talk to before I go to sleep at night" at a New Year's Eve party, and Kim probably had a Cher moment in "Clueless," all, "Wait, I love Kanye!" At least we're hoping that's how their initial relationship talks went.

Regardless of my weird celebrity fantasies, when Kimye first emerged as a real-deal couple circa early April 2012, we couldn't have been more excited. These two have seen their fair share of crappy ends of the public relationship stick, so every photo that emerges of the two of them smiling, GENUINELY, and AT EACH OTHER, just sets our cold, little shriveled hearts of fire. We're pulling for these two, so we thought we'd recap their relationship thus far with our BEST OF KIM KARDASHIAN AND KANYE WEST PHOTO GALLERY. This totally isn't creepy at all, by the way.

Star Spotting: We Just Remembered That We're Mandy Moore Stans

How could we ever forget we were Mandy Moore stans?!

Mandy! Babe! Where have you been all my life? We've been spreading the love so much lately to our other flawless queens -- Miley, Beyoncé, Britney, etc. -- that we totally forgot how much we love Mandy Moore. So glad to see you around these parts again, girl. Put your feet up, stay a while.

The "Extraordinary" singer was snapped looking like actual royalty yesterday, as she and her fabulous white dress made their way to the CFDA Awards. We don't really know what those are (we leave those Google duties to MTV Style), but we hope Mandy was honored in some way? Best ponytail of the night, perhaps? Prettiest girl ever, maybe? Girl we most want to go to brunch with? We'd give her all three titles if it was up to us.

Video Premiere: Man Overboard, 'Dead End Dreams'

Man Overboard are chasing their dead-end dreams one kickflip at a time.

If I could do being younger over again, I'd definitely do it as a somewhat teen-ish looking dude/skateboarder in a pop-punk band. Those guys have the best time! New Jersey-based fivesome Man Overboard proves it in their latest video, "Dead End Dreams," and it's giving us mad nostalgic New Found Glory vibes.

Inspired by Pennywise's "Same Old Story" video and directed by Rob Soucy, Man Overboard took to the streets of Philadelphia and Williamstown, N.J., to to sing-scream their song of rebellious melancholy: "How can I save the world/ Too busy trying to see a girl/ I'll be bold if I can /Figure out how old I am." In between shots of the band killing a house party we wish we were invited to, we follow behind a skater as he kickflips through the streets of Philly, reminding us to soak in our youth while we can. (Our knees could never land those ollies these days.)

Man Overboard might think they have "nothing to show" for their dead-end dreams, but they still ended up on Warped Tour this summer. Check 'em out in the States and when they join NFG, Less Than Jake and The Story So Far overseas this fall.

Star Spotting: Hilary Duff Might Be The Only Person Who Laughs While Exercising

Hilary Duff thinks something's really funny while she bikes for charity.

While the rest of us try hard at maintaining our best Ice Cube face at the gym in an effort to ward off any eye contact whatsoever, Hilary Duff  thinks the stationary bike is the perfect time to let the LOLs out. The ever-adorable new mom and her sister, Haylie, were on hand for the Pedal on the Pier charity event in Santa Monica recently, and Hil must have seen the most hilarious ish right before this photo was snapped...because Haylie's all, "HILARY I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU THINK IS SO FUNNY I'M DYING OMFG."

But who can blame Hilary? She has a lot to celebrate these days: She just had a really adorable baby with a really adorable husband and she posts photos of her little one on Twitter all the time. She's got it all, y'all! I'd be LOLing all day, too.
