Pleasantly plump: that's how Timbaland looked back in 2003. According to the new issue of GQ, super producer Timbaland has lost 150lbs (!) by eating right and pumping iron.

Maybe he knew all along that he was going to be producing mega-hits for super sex symbols Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake one day. And he knew that he was going to be in their videos. And he knew that he would have to look good. Extra points for him for not needing to go the Celebrity Fit Club to route get there.

Those folks at apple are such a tease! Check out the first commercial for one of the most coveted tech items...ever...the iPhone. How many of the faces can you recognize? And the movies? The first one to get all of them right, gets a brand new pat on the back from us. Now, for the next one, we suggest doing a music video version, and of course you have to use Lionel Richie's "Hello" (one of the most non-intentional creepy music videos of all time).

So apple, now that we've given you your next campaign, can we get the iPhone now, please, please?

The body didn't change. The technology didn't change. So how the hell did Nike Air Force 1 kicks remain so hot for so long? Because they didn't mess with a classic. But you can't just sit on your throne forever, you gotta move and shake things up. And for their 25th birthday, they flipped it kid. In this part one of a three part series, we visit the exclusive Nike Force space to check out the history of the shoe, newly designed City Pack, and $2,000 handmade anaconda and crocodile editions. Yeah, that's right, $2Gs

Now this is just wrong. You just cannot have two of the world's sexiest, curviest, most dancing-est songstresses writhing and grinding in the same video!

What's funny is that we've all mistaken Ms. "Hips Don't Lie" Shakira and Ms. "Bootylicious" Beyoncé ...for one another in pictures in the past (admit it!).

In 'Beautiful Liar," they totally play it up by having their famous curly manes in similar styles, and especially in the scenes where they're dancing next to each other -- both in black outfits! The video goes for an '80s look with the fog, soft lighting, and neon lights. But, um, we only noticed those effects on our fourth time watching it. Yeah, we were too busy staring at all the swaying. Rewind!

Can you dig it? The year was 1990 and this disco/house/hip hop/r&b trio of international DJs/producers/performers blasted us back to '60s every time this trippy, loud, silly video came on. We shook to Booty Collin's funky bass lines and tried our best to imitate A Tribe Called Quest's Q-Tip's nasal voice.

Thanks to movies like Sienna Miller's Factory Girl a lot of designers have jumped on the mod look lately. But Deee-Lite was on it even before Austin Powers, baby! (OK, yes, and we know this is more of a late '60s and early '70s look than true Brit Mod but come on...)

Is Christina Aguilera's new look not one of the biggest transformations in recent pop memory? Have we already forgotten her Xtina "Dirrty" video? We complain when our stars gets trashy, but when they clean up, we say nothing.

In her Grease meets the USO video "Candyman," she proves that you can still look hot without having to wear leather chaps (not that there's anything wrong with that).

The lesson? Marriage saves some pop starlets and ruins others. No names.

We go from interviewing former tween-queen Hilary Duff about her new clothing line, Stuff, to chatting with the reclusive designing duo of Proenza Schouler about their collaboration with Target, and get the raw scoop from highly opinionated fashion school students about spring fashion.

We love the trend of high-end designers doing limited lines at lower price points... it's about time "real" people got access to good style. Keep it coming!

The '90s are hot. Especially '90s hip-hop. And the Fu-Schnickens are one of the overlooked groups of that era. Case-in-point: They weren't even in the running for MTV's Greatest Hip-Hop Groups of All-Time debate.

They jumped on the kung-fu tip years before the Wu-Tang Clan, and even featured then Orlando Magic's Shaquille O'Neal on one of their singles. But when it comes to style, their best video was "La Schmoove." Check out the head-to-toe lime green denim outfit, the blinding fluorescents, flat-tops, and Phife of A Tribe Called Quest's tie-hat. Yes, at the time, they were all cool.
