Congrats to MGK for winning MTV2's exclusive EMA! You've earned it!

MGK is a HARDWORKING rapper. When you're kicking it with dudes like Diddy and Waka Flocka Flame on the regs and are up against 2 Chainz, A$AP Rocky, Mac Miller, Big Sean, and Tyga for the "U.S. Artist About To Go Global" award at the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards, you know you're doing something right. And that's exactly why we're so psyched about MGK's big win! 'Cause nabbing that particular EMA is a MAJOR testament to his grind. As a Buzzworthy fave and PUSH alum (we're still using his Grilled Cheese afterschool snack recipe), we wanted to extend EVEN MORE props over to our main man, MGK.

Carly Rae Jepsen and No Doubt make an adorable holiday card, dontcha think?

It's kind of hard to believe that "This Kiss" singer Carly Rae Jepsen would get starstruck, but we definitely don't blame her for clamming up around pop music vets No Doubt! Because IT'S NO DOUBT. Obviously. After performing her smash "Call Me Maybe" at last night's 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards (along with Rita Ora, Psy, Muse, The Killers, Pitbull, and more), Carly made a cameo at the EMA after-party, where she snapped a photo with fellow EMA performers No Doubt. What can we say, it was a busy night!

Star Spotting: All Three Jonas Brothers Occupied One Small Couch At The 2012 MTV EMA (PHOTO)

The Jonas Brothers on one tiny couch is almost too much to handle emotionally.

The mere sight of all three Jonas Brothers together again brings a tear to our eye, but seeing all three Jonas Brothers together again while all (basically) sitting on one teeny, tiny love seat at the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards? It's TOO MUCH TO TAKE! Not only is the above photo a study in male perfection, but it also reaffirms our belief that genetics are EVERYTHING. And the Jonas Brothers have a very special DNA code that we need to duplicate, bottle, and sell. In a non-creepy way, of course.

Buzz Bites (11/12/12): Taylor Swift And Justin Bieber Win Big At MTV Europe Music Awards

Taylor Swift scored three MTV EMAs last night.

+ Congrats to Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber, who each took home three MTV Europe Music Awards last night. Taylor scored Best Female, Best Live and Best Look, while Justin nabbed Best Male, Best Pop and Best World Stage. Check out the complete winners list. (MTV News)

+ While Justin Bieber did well at the EMA, less happy news surfaced over the weekend that he and Selena Gomez have split. "I don't know what's going on in my life... To even assess that it doesn't make sense 'cause I have not made any comment," he told a radio station. (MTV News)

+ Rihanna had a busy weekend. In addition to debuting new song "Stay" on "Saturday Night Live," on Friday she let fans and industry people listen to Unapologetic ahead of its release in exchange for donating goods for Hurricane Sandy relief. (MTV News)

+ Nick Jonas is featured in People Magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive 2012" issue. He and his dog Elvis appeared in the "Sexy Guys Who Love Their Dogs" section. (Just Jared Jr.)

+ While we're still begging for new music from Justin Timberlake, we also love his recent (non-music) collabo with Timbaland. The pair spent time over the weekend handing out supplies to Hurricane Sandy victims in Queens. (Rap-Up)

+ Major Harris, former member of The Delfonics and singer of the solo hit "Love Won't Let Me Wait," passed away on Friday. He was 65. (Billboard)

11 Must-See Photos From The 2012 MTV EMA!

If you saw the 2012 MTV EMA, then you're probably already familiar with the fact that Rita Ora made a birdcage and an umbrella look sexy, Muse sent chills across Germany with their supernatural performance of "Madness" (complete with glasses from the future), Taylor Swift showed up, CLEANED UP, and shut down the show -- and the circus. And Psy proved that "Gangnam Style" translates roughly to "eff yeah" in just about every language. But there were still plenty of EMA moments you may have missed and really shouldn't have! Good thing I've got eyes in the back of my head, front of my head (SERIOUSLY thankful for that one) and in places far away, like Germany! Bitte enjoy these must-see photos from the 2012 MTV EMA! Vielen dank! And Carly Rae Jepsen, if you're reading this, rufen Sie mich vielleicht!

Pitbull performed, and I'd make the obvious joke, but it looks like Pitbull already made it. (THIS GUY knows what I'm talkin' about!)

Super gorgeous Taylor Swift is probably asking super gorgeous model Anne Vyalitsyna (and Adam Levine's ex!) WTF is up with that random foot almost touching her head. Gross, right?

Conor Maynard and 50 percent of Jedward marvel over the fact that their hair is blowing in the exact same direction at the exact same time and they didn't even plan it.

Sorry. You can't have EMA host Heidi Klum's job because it's already been taken by Heidi Klum.

Taylor Swift Is The Queen Of Side Eye At The 2012 MTV EMA (PHOTOS)

Taylor Swift was the irrefutable Queen of the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards. In addition to her circus-themed performance of "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" (Taylor's amazing circus jacket, top hat, and sparklers, FTW!), Taylor took home three EMA awards, had a good chat with David Hasselhoff, found a new bestie in Lana Del Rey, and although we didn't think it possible, managed to look EVEN MORE SURPRISED THAN USUAL at her win(s). So if all that good stuff happened, then why's she throwing mad side eye on? We have theories.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West get "laid." HAHAHA, get it?? Because they're laying on each other...

By now, we're all verrrrry well acquainted with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian and all the ridiculously coupley things they do. Need a recap? We've seen "Kimye" coordinate their halloween costumes as Catwoman and Batman and then as a sailor in love with a mermaid. Can't stop the cute! They've also partied with Nelly and Ashanti, gone house-hunting, and engaged in hardcore cuddle sesh. But, never in the history of all Kimye updates, have we ever seen them in as comfortable of a state as when they were basically vertical at the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards. HA HA! Get it? "Laid"? You know, because Kanye's LAYING BACK and Kim's LAYING ON HIM. Because they're totally LAID BACK, both literally and figuratively. Ha. Double entendre! God, what'd you guys think?? Keep it clean, people! -- this is a family blog.

Taylor Swift Was The MOST SURPRISED SHE'S EVER BEEN At The 2012 MTV EMA! (PHOTO)

Taylor Swift has never been THIS surprised before.

At this point, we'll well aware that Taylor Swift is prone to looking shocked when she wins things. (Remind us never to throw her a surprise birthday party, because for all we know she could become the first 22-year-old singer to go into cardiac arrest.) Although we've seen her looking surprised at a bajillion award shows (srsly, lady, we love the humble attitude, but when will it finally absorb that you are FABULOUS?), we've never (ever) seen her looking as surprised as she did at the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards.

Lana Del Rey And Taylor Swift Make SUCH Cute Besties At The 2012 MTV EMA! (PHOTOS)

Lana Del Rey and Taylor Swift have a bestie-a-thon at the 2012 MTV EMA.

Lana Del Rey and Taylor Swift might as well go out and get a family-sized pack of friendship bracelets, because LOOK at how much BFF-dom is emanating from these photos of the two winners at the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards tell us. I can't confirm that this is this is the first time that Lana met Taylor (OMG! "When Lana Met Taylor" has SUCH a good Lifetime TV movie ring to it, no?) but from the awe-struck look on both of those punims, they were probably all like "I just met you, and this is crazy!,” and then they sealed their BFF status. Also, prettiest bestie couple EVAR! Maybe aside from Katy Perry and Rihanna. OK fine, it's a tie.
