This is exactly how we feel about Miley Cyrus wearing a Speedo.
We've seen Miley Cyrus perform in a giant adult baby onesie with a cartoon face, an oversized jersey, tight white leggings and, most notoriously, nothing but mascara on.
So what does she have planned for her 2013 EMA performance this Sunday night? The show's in Amsterdam, so might we see Milers in some herbal apparel? Will she pull the ol' weed socks out of her EMA suitcase again?
Perhaps. But aside from promising an out-of-this-world, alien-themed EMA performance, there's a chance, albeit however remote, that Miley may follow in the Spandex-encased footsteps of 2013 EMA emcee and professional party enthusiast RedFoo and wear one of his signature Speedos.

No, no, lads, we're glad YOU came.
Remember how The Wanted stopped by our offices to go "Live From MTV" on Tuesday afternoon? (If you're anything like us or just generally HAVE A HEART, you've been playing their live "We Own The Night" performance on repeat for the past three days.) Well, now we've got our hands on all eight clips from the live-streamed special, including their stirring acoustic rendition of "Glad You Came."

Watch out, Gaga, Adam's comin' for you!
Oh my god, Glamberts, sorry we're late -- had to duck out of the hospital before the doctors came back. Oh, wait, you wanna know why we were being treated? Ummm, only because we suffered a flawlessness-induced cardiac arrest to the supremest degree after watching Adam Lambert SLAY his rendition of Lady Gaga's "Marry The Night" on Thursday night's episode of "Glee." Sh-duhhhh, did we really have to spell that one out?

Ke$ha and Pitbull continue to yell "TIMBER!" in their lyric video.
Ke$ha and Pitbull's collab "Timber," otherwise known as their song about well, WOOD, has just gotten a lyric video. And no, sadly it's not a montage of Ke$ha and Pitbull holding chain saws, wearing helmets, and pretending to be an integral part of the logging industry.
Rather, we're treated to sexy clips of a shadowy lady silhouette dancing (see above), a huge crowd waving their hands in the air (presumably like they just don't ca-- never mind), and some stock shots of a well-lit cityscape. Because there are lots of trees in cities, right?

Watch Sleeping With Sirens perform "Satellites" on Buzzworthy Live.
Orlando post-hardcore outfit Sleeping With Sirens already know how to fill up a stadium with booming, echoing guitar chords and high-pitched, sing-screeching vocals. But can they take things down a notch in an acoustic-only set? Well, we're happy to report that yes, they absolutely can. (That's what you call versatility, folks!)

Watch Kate Davis sing "Roar" to a room full of cats. Then FALL IN LOVE WITH KATE DAVIS.
We've been privately stanning for folk/pop singer-songwriter Kate Davis for a while now (listen to "Movie" -- it sounds just like an earthier Regina Spektor).
And what better way is there to expose y'all to Kate's lush melodies, pitch-perfect vocals, and artful songwriting than by showing you this video of her singing Katy Perry's "Roar" to a group of VERY ADOPTABLE cats at the The Humane Society Of New York?
Ummmm, BRB, quitting my job to go to the Humane Society and ADOPT ALL THE CATS.

For when it feels like you're the only uncoupled human being in existence...
ICYMI, we've been fans of Tori Kelly for a while now. Ever since we first heard the vocal chord-defying riffs and runs on her YouTube cover of Michael Jackson's "P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)," we were hooked. Now, thankfully, she's back with "Dear No One," a video that's all her own.
Just in time, too! Sometime between our "Buzz On" post about Tori and now, the YouTube legal powers that be removed the audio from her M.J. cover. But IDK, maybe it's, like, symbolic? You know, with the release of her Foreword EP at the end of last October, Tori's no longer the amazingly talented girl on YouTube singing other people's hits -- she's the amazingly talented girl singing hits all her own. Yeah? Foreword? More like FORWARD. Get it? Yup, WE'RE PRETTY DEEP.

That takes some serious balance, guys.
Gimme a K! Gimme an A! Gimme a T! Gimme a... OK, you get the idea.
But maybe my little cheer will help you remember that time Katy Perry opened her hosting gig at the 2008 EMA in Liverpool by performing "I Kissed A Girl"? And that she arrived on stage surrounded by cheerleaders and straddling a
phallic giant Cherry ChapStick? PSHHHH, yeah, you remember that! Because that was the EMAs' 15th anniversary show! #ExtraSpesh
"I've never done anything like this before, so if I pass out mid-sentence, or I throw up all over my cheerleaders, I'm sorry," said Katy at the time. "I'm only used to hosting Scrabble games at my house." Awww, so humble! So good at balancing normal, just-like-us activities with literally balancing on a huge Cherry ChapStick!
Which really begs the question: What's Katy gonna do at her "Unconditionally" performance THIS year??

Chvrches explore dystopian themes in their new "Lies" video.
Perhaps it's just because of the Glasgow connection, but this new video from Chvrches has us thinking about the classic dystopian film and book "A Clockwork Orange." It doesn't hurt that the treatment for the Scottish synth-pop trio's "Lies" has a retro-futuristic story of brainwashing and media saturation at its heart.

We have one thing to say: NAILZ.
It sounds like somebody brought Ms. Demi Lovato some hot cocoa and ear warmers to thaw her out of her poignant "Let It Go" clip for Disney's upcoming film "Frozen," because her new lyric video for "Neon Lights" is hot-hot-HOT! Like, we're almost tempted to lick our finger and touch our butt while making a sizzle noise -- but, oh yeah, it's not 1999, SO TALK TO THE HAND. (Wait... )
