98 Degrees are BACK with a brand-new album! *GIANT SQUEE*

As if the THE PACKAGE TOUR (aka the most perfect tour lineup ever with New Kids On The BlockBoyz II Men, and 98 Degrees) wasn't enough to catapult you right back into the the '90s, 98 Degrees has just announced the release of 2.0, their first studio album in more than 10 years!! That's a whole 10 years without a song as important as "Give Me Just One Night (Una Noche)," which is UNACCEPTABLE on all levels.

The boys' new album will drop May 7, and while we're sure the songs will sound a bit more mature than we're used to (it's been a decade, after all), we're really hoping they don't totally ditch the tender "take me to the prom and get me a corsage" vibe of songs like "Invisible Man." About their forthcoming disc, Nick Lachey commented, "We are really excited to bring our fans new music and get out on the road. This is a long time coming." Uhhh, WE KNOW -- the last time I heard a 98 Degrees song was when I slow-danced to "The Hardest Thing" at my bat mitzvah. Still, we welcome the boys' return with open arms! Just be sure to ditch any and all coordinated outfits... men over 30 should steer clear of matchy-matchy.
