+ The May 2013 issue of Cosmopolitan features Against Me! lead singer Laura Jane Grace sharing an intimate account of her first year as a woman. In December 2012, Laura Jane opened up about her transition and her new sense of fashion on  MTV's "House Of Style" (watch the episode below). In her May Cosmopolitan feature, she writes about breaking the news, transitioning, performing (her voice remains unchanged), her daughter, and more. Laura's wife Heather also opens up about their relationship. (Cosmopolitan)

+ Adele, Alicia Keys, and Rita Ora each individually appear on the rotating cover for the May edition of ELLE, which is their "Women In Music" issue. Adele also receives a tribute in the mag from fellow musicians Katy Perry, Britney Spears, John Mayer, and Barbra Streisand. (Billboard)

+ Watch Radiohead collaborators Thom Yorke and Nigel Godrich answer fan questions about relationships for Rookie's "Ask A Grown Man" series. + Justin Timberlake stopped by the White House yesterday to participate in "Soulsville USA: The History of Memphis Soul." Justin and fellow workshop musicians Ben Harper, Mavis Staples, and others also performed. Their "In Performance At The White House" will air April 16 on PBS. (E!)

+ Snoop Lion has teamed with MTV and Jewelry For A Cause to help cut down on gun violence by creating limited edition "MTV x Caliber" bracelets made from the steel of illegal guns. Proceeds from the jewelry will benefit Newark Police Department to help fund future gun buyback amnesty programs. (MTV News)

+ Speaking of Snoop Lion, or Snoop Dogg aka "Nemo Hoes," check out his latest GGN YouTube show (NSFW) where he interviews Azealia Banks. They bonded over Twitter trolls, giggles, and a shared interest in a certain illegal activity *cough*. (Rap-Up)

The 2013 MTV Movie Awards are just a few days away! And we've been finding out SUCH GOOD ISH over the last few weeks, like who's nominated for "Best Musical Moment" (obvs our favorite category), and that "Pitch Perfect" funnygirl Rebel Wilson will host the show! But wait, here's the best thing we've heard in a minute: Kim Kardashian will be presenting at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards! And not just presenting... she'll be INTRODUCING Selena Gomez's live performance of "Come & Get It"! WE'RE NOT WORTHY! And we haven't been this excited since we heard about Kim and Kanye's little 'Ye-to-be!

+ Rejoice! Adele is back in the studio working on her new album! According to British paper The Sun, she's working with producers James Ford and Kid Harpoon, both of whom worked with Florence + The Machine. "Adele wants to move with the times and is trying to make her new record sound as edgy as possible," a source said. (Idolator)

+ Selena Gomez will perform at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday at 9 p.m. ET., and she's given us some clues about what to expect, style-wise. "We're doing it kind of the theme of the video, which isn't out yet. It's going to be very earthy," she told Ryan Seacrest, and added that she'd wear her hair in "really cool braids." (MTV News)

+ Boy band vets 98 Degrees have some sage advice for newbies, including having a strong support network. Nick Lachey also joked, "And stay away from Taylor Swift! She'll write a song about you... [The song will] be a hit, but it will be about you." (MTV News)

+ And speaking of Ms. Swift, Taylor invited cancer survivor Kevin McGuire and his family to the 2013 American Country Music Awards where the two spent some quality time together backstage and over the weekend. Taylor = all class. (Just Jared)

+ Concerts can get pricey, but Kid Rock is giving fans' wallets a break. He's offering $20 (!!) tickets to his summer tour and $4 beers, value food packages, cheaper parking, and special $20 merchandise. His tour with ZZ Top, Uncle Kracker, and Kool & The Gang kicks off June 28 in Bristow, VA, and concludes Sept. 15 in Tampa, FL. (Billboard)

Paramore will take over the MTV Newsroom for an exclusive live performance in front of an audience of their most fervent fans, plus a 30-minute interview with MTV News' James Montgomery and a Twitter Q&A session.

As any true fan knows, Paramore's got so much going on right now that it's hard to keep everything straight. So we'll break it down for you: There's the band's "Still Into You" video, which premieres very soon (but NOT SOON ENOUGH, because we want it NOW!). Their self-titled album drops on Tuesday, April 9 (but you knew that), and a free e-book, "Writing The Future," is available now! So, what could we possibly have to add to Paramore's packed schedule? How about that Paramore's live performance and interview streaming live at MTV this Monday, April 8 at 5 p.m. ET?! Yup, not a drill or a dream. This is really happening, to quote Thom Yorke.

The "Now" singers are coming to MTV News on Monday, April 8, at 5 p.m. ET for an exclusive live performance (we've been speculating about the set list all day) as well as an in-depth interview with MTV News' James Montgomery. But it's not just our questions the band will be answering -- you'll have a chance to pick their brains, too! Submit your questions for the band by tweeting @MTVNews using the hashtag #AskParamore, and Tamar Anitai, MTV Buzzworthy's managing editor, will select her faves to use during the show. Yep, the 2013 MTV Movie Awards are just around the corner (next Sunday night, April 14 at 9 p.m., to be exact), but not everything about the show is movie-related (not knocking those films, though -- "Hunger Games" FTW!). Last week we told you that "Spring Breakers" star Selena Gomez will perform her new single "Come & Get It" at the Movie Awards, but how's this for a plot twist? Macklemore & Ryan Lewis will also hop onstage to perform their brand-new single "Can't Hold Us"! And that's not everything: The "Pitch Perfect" cast will re-unite onstage for a live a capella mashup! Aaaaannd cue the squealing.

Taylor Swift is among the artists who will perform at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards on May 19.

+ Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, and Miguel will perform at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, airing May 19. Each of them are nominated for the fan-voted Milestone Award. Prince, who will receive the Billboard Icon Award, is also performing. (Billboard)

+ The Flaming Lips and Ke$ha are collaborating again, this time for a full album. The Lips' Wayne Coyne revealed the album name, Lip$ha, during a Reddit AMA session. "She's funny, she's humble. She's badass. She's everything. She's awesome," he wrote. #cosign. (Pitchfork)

+ No need to call in sick to class with Bieber Fever in Norway. Five Norwegian schools rescheduled midterm exams so that students could attend Justin Bieber's Oslo concerts on April 16 and 17. (E!)

+ Watch the teaser for Rihanna's FOX TV special, "Rihanna 777," which airs May 6. The special will chronicle the world promo tour Rihanna took with 256 fans and journalists traveling together in a Boeing 777. "One woman takes on the world," reads the commercial's tagline. (Rap-Up)

That's correct: Ryan Cabrera has a tattoo of Ryan Gosling.

If anyone understands what it's like to obsess over our husband-to-be Ryan Gosling, it's us. Heck, if anyone understands Gos-themed shrines, it's us, and that's because we built them. Ryan Gosling is a saintly alien sent down from Planet Perfect to make critically lauded movies, successfully break up NYC street fights, and look unfairly hot, bearded, and humble at all times. And honestly, it's not like we haven't thought about tattooing Ryan's face on our body, but setting that plan into motion is an ENTIRELY different thing. That said, the DEAD LAST thing we ever expected was for pop singer Ryan Cabrera to get a Ryan Gosling tattoo on his calf!! (Unless this is one of those two-days-late April Fool's jokes, in which case, we fell for it.) Also, you remember Ryan Cabrera! He's the singer of such songs as "On The Way Down" and "I See Love," and the guy who dated Ashlee Simpson and Audrina Patridge from "The Hills." Yes. That Ryan Cabrera, and he's got a Ryan Gosling tattoo, and his hair is still able to do that, so clap for that.

Well, all we can say is at least Ryan's new tattoo a.) matches his first name and b.) is only on his calf! Totally cover-up-able. Because it could be in way worse place...like right above the butt -- a Ryan Gosling tramp stamp. Then again, is that REALLY such a bad thing?

Ryan Cabrera is heading out on tour with Tyler Hilton, Teddy Geiger and Mikey Deleasa next month, which means you have numerous opportunities to see the Gosling tat in person.
