Chelsea Handler is a notorious offender. Offender of celebrities great--Robert Pattinson--and small--Snooki. (And by small, we mean tiny in size, of course!) So what's Chelsea going to do when she hosts the 2010 MTV VMAs? Have a few vodka tonics and hope for the best? Go out there guns blazing? In her new VMA promos, she faces the music. And that music happens to be a seating chart of all of the VMA stars in the audience that night. And it's not looking good. Chelsea's offended them all. Except for one man. And that man is Kid Rock... Well, at least for now.
In her Chelsea Handler's first VMA promo video, Kid Rock takes on the comedian and VMA hostess. In Chelsea's next VMA promo video, Kid Rock and Chelsea colorfully outline the conditions of a game of "Would You Rather" involving Lady Gaga and Snooki.

Katy Perry indulged in all manner of teenage dreams during her cohosting gig last night at the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles. The "California Gurls" singer shared hosting duties with the male cast members of "Glee," using the show as an opportunity to go back to school.
Perry dressed up as a cheerleader, a prom queen, a goth, a hippie and a mouth-gear-wearing nerd. Perry ably handled hosting duties (and costume changes), as celebs such as Sandra Bullock, Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson and Megan Fox all took home awards.

Justin Bieber's world domination is showing no sign of relenting -- there's a Justin Bieber movie in the works, and he clobbered Lady Gaga in YouTube views and internet searches, which isn't easy to do. Consequently, his legend continues to grow. Behold "Fame: Justin Bieber," the "Baby" singer's very own comic biography.
"Fame" has previously documented the ascension of such stars as Lady Gaga and Robert Pattinson. Bieber's edition of "Fame" tracks his rise from Canadian obscurity to internet sensation to global phenomenon. And, most important (if the cover art is anything to go by), it puts a lot of emphasis on the magical powers of Bieber's scarf! And you know how we feel about J.B.'s scarf game.
"Fame: Justin Bieber" debuts this October.

The 2010 MTV Movie Awards red carpet was full of bright summer colors tonight. But of all the hues the ladies wore, red, white, and silver dominated the most.
RED: Anna Kendrick stepped out in a patterned Zac Posen dress, Miranda Cosgrove looked lovely in Versus and Lo Bosworth wore a draped pleated gown.
SILVER: Audrina Patridge looked like a walking mirrorball in an asymmetrical sequin-covered mini with matching silver shoes, Katy Perry wore a Zuhair Murad dress with strategically-placed rhinestones (after all, she went braless, as she told Christian Siriano), and Rock & Republic heels. And Lindsay Lohan walked the carpet in a silver Pamella Roland jumpsuit, which covered her SCRAM bracelet.
WHITE: Vanessa Hudgens wore a Jenny Packham dress with Diego Dolcini heels, Paris Hilton went for Blumarine (which she said was one of her favorite designers in the pre-show!) and Katerina Graham rocked a one-shoulder mini with multiple ruffles.
MEN IN TEES: As for the men, some of our favorite boys decided to take a more casual approach with T-shirts. "Twilight" stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner both wore V-necks, while Snoop Dogg told the world that "Kobe Is King" with his top.
