When their powers combine, Don Miggs, Michael Lombardo and Walker Adams become MIGGS, an alt-rock band whose sound is perfect for that snowy winter night where you'd rather sit around and talk ish about your ex than go out and party. In other words, if their single "Let The Games Begin" was released in 1999, it would have been the best song on the "Cruel Intentions" soundtrack. That is obviously a compliment considering we miss '90s alternative something fierce.
Without making them sound like a posse of cheap streetwalkers, MIGGS has been around the block. Music veterans in their own right, the band has already released several full-length albums in addition to averaging about 150 tour dates per year. Their previous single, "Girls & Boys," reached No. 42 on Billboard’s Adult Album Alternative chart, and in 2009 a relatively unknown MIGGS landed themselves a spot on "Good Morning America." Definition of "on their grind" right there.
While Don Miggs' voice is gritty and raw, most of the band's melodies are rooted in pop, which has allowed MIGGS to tour with some pretty massive contemporary bands: Maroon 5 and Plain White T's, to name a few. If all these endorsements aren't enough to thrill you, maybe now's the time to mention that Lindsay Lohan is making her acting comeback in their forthcoming video for "Let The Games Begin." Sounds like it's time to start paying attention to these guys.

Guys, we ask you: Does this look like the face of a criminal?
Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 120 days of jail time at Lynwood Correctional Facility for probation violation.
The star of the upcoming "Gotti" film was sentenced to 120 days in jail after violating her parole.
Lindsay, who was accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store in January, has also been ordered to to complete 480 hours of community service; 360 of those hours must be performed at the Downtown Women's Center, and the remaining 120 hours will be served at the L.A. County morgue.
Lindsay! While we hope the community service will serve you well, we confess that we wish we could take a time machine back to the era when "exhaustion" was your biggest issue. When instead of jail, you went to the serenely named Promises to regain control and a zen outlook on life. Just think, if Regina George doesn't have patience for anyone failing to wear pink on Wednesdays, what would she say about a prison-issued jumpsuit? We're hoping that you lock it up (this questionable behavior) literally AND figuratively and get back on track.
We're rooting for you, Lindsay.

Last night, Justin Bieber appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!," along with his pal Diddy, to promote his just-released movie, "Never Say Never." Justin has been on the promotional trail for a while now, beating the drum to drum up business for his movie. And it would seem that the monotony and pressure has finally got the best of him, when he allowed Jimmy Kimmel, WHO DOES NOT HAVE A BARBER'S LICENSE, to give him a haircut.
The result is what you see above. "You look like a young Lex Luthor," said Kimmel, comparing Bieber to the "Superman" supervillain. It was all in good fun; everybody knows that Bieber's hair is his calling card. One thing that I'm wondering is this: If Bieber got his wig chopped, would that make his dolls, with the signature swoop haircut, more or less collectible? I'm going to call my investment banker and find out.
You can watch Bieber's appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" here. "Never Say Never" is currently taking over the world, in theaters, today.

It hasn't been a great week for Lindsay Lohan. Ever since she hung out with Kanye West last Friday night it's all been going downhill. And before we see a tweet from Kanye saying we're blaming him for Lindsay's problems, let us just say, WE ARE NOT BLAMING KANYE WEST.
OK, with that out of the way, we see Lindsay Lohan, above, surrendering herself at the Los Angeles Superior Court today. Lohan was being arraigned for felony grand theft stemming from an incident involving her either borrowing or taking a necklace from a Venice Beach store.
Lindsay obviously went with a really nondescript outfit that wouldn't garner any attention. No she didn't. She showed up looking like Sharon Stone from "Basic Instinct"!
And let's all acknowledge that that is exactly the kind of comparison you want to draw when entering a courthouse. A+ job there.
Lindsay Lohan's legal woes will no doubt drag on for the next few weeks. We will keep you updated if she wears any other fashion homages to famous femme fatales.

Like many people, Lindsay Lohan's weekend had some peaks, and it had some valleys. On the plus side, she got to hang out with producer, singer, rapper, celebrity provocateur and fashion maven Kanye West. The pair were spotted together (not, like, together-together) at the Giuseppe Zanotti Design Store opening at BOA in Los Angeles.
On the downside, Lindsay Lohan found herself in yet more legal trouble. The actress, who only recently seemed to be getting her life back on track after a stint in rehab, is now under investigation and will reportedly be charged with a felony for grand theft.
Maybe Kanye gave Lindsay a pep talk, maybe he did a dramatic reading of the lyrics from "All Of The Lights," or maybe he just told her, face to face, how he felt about her various forays into the world of fashion. Either way, we're sure it was a tender moment for the both of them.
Check below for another shot of the odd couple.
