I'm not the only Buzzworthy-ville resident with a raging Boys Like Girls crush -- Hi Paul DiGiovanni! It's me! We should totally hang -- nor am I the only one in the "business" with one (I'll go ahead and consider myself in the business): Ashley Tisdale, for one, "i'm-your-biggest-fan"-ed her way into the group's latest video -- also the title track of Boys Like Girls' upcoming sophomore album, Love Drunk.

So yes, Tisdale is a BLG lover; she professed her longing at The Jingle Ball in New York -- and in this Buzzworthy interview -- and gave a big "Hell, yeah'" when the guys asked her to be in their "Love Drunk" video, which was filmed at the Redondo Fun Factory, where I'd reeeeaaaaaally like to go, preferably with Boys Like Girls, specifically/preferably with Paul.

And what did we learn, boys and girls? Well, Tisdale, it turns out, doesn't have to do a whole lot, if you get what I mean: Walk into a room. Half-smile. Done. Every boy loves you. But I suppose if Ashley Tisdale really did walk into a Redondo Fun Factory-type establishment, she could jump from guy to guy, game to game, without saying much -- and still start fights.

And what else? Um... lead singer Martin Johnson can really... "relate" to the camera, can't he? Don't get me wrong, I only have love for Paul, but I would totally trade places with the camera guy just to be on the receiving end of those Johnson looks. Deadly!

FINALLY! Ashley Tisdale addressed those nasty Cobra Starship copycat accusations on today's episode of It's On With Alexa Chung, stating that she hadn't really heard of them... until she had. (Good save!) The Tiz, who's in Boys Like Girls' new video, Christian Finnegan, Keri Hilson, and Alexa's STUNNING platforms were almost too much to handle on what would've been an otherwise snoozetastic Tuesday. Good thing you tuned in. Here's what Alexa wore today.

Tuesday, July 28
+ Shirt: Marni
+ Shorts: Levi's
+ Shoes: Marni

If that Marni face shirt Alexa wore on the show today looks familiar, it's because you also saw it on Alexa in British Vogue. Can't shell out the pounds/ Euros/ bucks for Marni? Try this face tee instead. It's by Junk Food, and it's $24 at TheDenimShop.com.

Or, get this face t-shirt from Forever21.com. It's got eight faces on it, and it's $10.90. That works out to barely a buck a face!

Alexa's amazing shoes are also Marni, but if the heels and price are too high, how's bout these Charles David Mary Jane platforms. $137 at Endless.com.

I'm also feeling on these Maloles two-tone suede Mary Janes. Like a lot. They're $190 at Farfetch.com, and when I sleep tonight, they will dance in my dreams.

In part 1 of Cobra Starship's HIGHLY anticipated MTV Buzzworthy Blog Q&A, Gabe Saporta, Ryland Blackinton, and Alex Suarez cover the following topics:

+ Guy Ripley!

+ Not skydiving.

+ A camping trip gone horribly wrong.

+ Drinkin' beers and shootin' deers.

But Cobra Starship's interview takes a decidedly ugly turn when the guys answer a question about Ashley Tisdale and the curious and coincidental case of her album, Guilty Pleasure, and her song called "Hot Mess." Um, don't shoot the messenger...

Watch Cobra's Buzzworthy fan Q&A after the jump, and stay tuned for parts 2 and 3.

It was either the French, the Afghans, Mario Puzo, or the Quentin Tarantino who said "Revenge is a dish best served cold." Were they right? Who knows? Everything I needed to know I learned from pop culture and music videos, which have taught me that when it comes to getting even, nothing beats the ass-kicking, window-smashing, good old-fashioned REVENGE video. (And leaving a horse head in someone's bed.)

Check out 10 classic videos where artists get mad, get even and get revenge by trashing their ex's place, taping themselves in naughty situations (right, Justin Timberlake?), putting the hurt on someone else's credit cards, or howling like a she-wolf in the middle of the desert like your name was Alanis Morissette. (Exactly like that, actually.)

PUBLIC DISPLAY OF REJECTION

Alanis Morissette -- "You Oughta Know"
Nothing says "woman scorned" like the wrath of Alanis Morissette and all. that. hair. Her 1995 video, "You Oughta Know," quickly became a b+tchfest manifesto for the maligned and scorned the world over. Thinking of getting "exploratory" in a movie theater? Um, yeah. Don't. Also, learning corner: Flea and Dave Navarro played on the original recording!

BREAK STUFF!

Carrie Underwood -- "Before He Cheats"
If you cheat on Carrie Underwood, you've got an even bigger problem than the major hike in car insurance you're about to experience once you discover she's beat the LIVING S+++ out of your truck. In her 2006 "Before He Cheats" video, Carrie Underwood not only takes aim with a baseball bat, but she also BLOWS THINGS UP WITH HER MIND, bringing new meaning to "smash hit." Ever see Carrie the movie? Coincidence? I think not.
+ Watch "Before He Cheats"

Lily Allen -- "Smile"
Crafty Lily Allen recruits a band of local thugs and no-goodniks to mug her ex -- played by EastEnders' Elliott Jordan -- wreck his place, smash his records, and stuff his shirts in the toilet in her 2006 video, "Smile." Also he gets mugged and a horbs case of the Hershey squirts after Lily spikes his coffee with Ex-Lax. Smooth moves all around!
+ Watch "Smile"

AYO TECHNOLOGY

Justin Timberlake -- "Cry Me A River"
What happens when you cheat on Justin Timberlake? Nothing creepy or anything. Duder just pulls up to your driveway with Timbaland in the car, sneaks into your house when you leave, films himself banging an INCREDIBLY HOT CHICK, and leaves the evidence rolling and ready for you to watch when you step out of the shower. No big deal. (It's extra creepy if you happen to look like Britney Spears. ALSO: Fun fact -- the girl who plays Britney in the video is Lauren Hastings, who dated Shia LaBeouf. She also claimed that Lindsay Lohan stole an $11,000 coat from her.)
+ Watch "Cry Me A River"

Backstreet Boys -- "The Call"
Now pay attention because the Backstreet Boys' 2002 video for "The Call" may confuse people less intelligent than me. In the "The Call" video, one if not ALL of the BSBs are progressively cheating on their girlfriend/s, who MAY or may not have SET UP the guy/s to cheat on them in the first place. Total BSB sting operation! With a girl who may or may not be a transvestite. (Note: that's speculation on my part, but she kinda does look like a drag queen. Which is FINE if she were a tranners, but it'd take the video in a totally different direction.) Anyway, they're all cheating, or it's symbolic cheating or whatever, and the old-school 2002 cell phone (hence the phone sound effects!) becomes THE VESSEL through which the cheating travels. Symbolic BSB girlfriend however PWONES and sets up the whole operation to completely fail, thus flipping the script and using the cell phone and "the call that changed my destiny" as the vehicles that drive the whole sordid affair into the ground. Technology wins, cheaters lose! (Not-so-fun-fact: In 2003, AJ McLean revealed to Oprah that he first tried cocaine the night the "The Call" video was shot.)

MURDER WAS THE CASE

Kanye West -- "Flashing Lights"
Spike Jonze directed Kanye West's 2008 "Flashing Lights" video, which is his most dramatic and definitely his most gruesome to date. While the song and lyrics are haunting, they completely belie the video's drastic measures: Playboy model Rita G shoves Kanye in a car, duct tapes his mouth shut (ahem!), and beats the life out of him with a shovel. All for the leaving the toilet seat up!

Gabe, Ryland, and Alex occupied the Buzzworthy couch today (no, that's not Nate running away in the background -- he and Victoria couldn't make it) to answer your Cobra Starship fan questions. Video of the whole surreal experience will be coming soon, but here's a little teaser to get you in the appropriate mental zone.

+ First, Thai food was ordered.

+ Then, it was noted that several people in the room were wearing boat shoes, so we had to talk about that as well as the deleterious effects of the rain on Jewfros (myself and Gabe + NYC monsoon = unhappy Jews.)

+ Next, Ashley Tisdale was... "discussed."

+ Guy Ripley mentions were made.

+ Gabe Saporta personally applauded Joe Jonas' "Single Ladies" dance.

+ The color purple (the actual color, not the 1982 book by Alice Walker or the 1985 movie starring Whoopie Goldberg) and the term "epic fail" were both deemed DONE. (Sorry, everyone who still uses it. And I probably still will because I'm lazy.)

+ Also discussed: camping, underwear, going peepee in your pants.

Okay. Stay tuned for the video! It's currently in "post." Until then, watch the sneak peek of the "Good Girls Go Bad" video, featuring Leighton Meester. Again.

By watching this video from Tuesday's episode of It's On With Alexa Chung, you hereby consent to being ONE degree closer to MAKING OUT WITH ZAC EFRON. Okay? 'Kay.

Now watch Ashley Tisdale, who MAYBE NEEDS TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND GET HER PULSE CHICCKITY CHECKED because when Alexa asked her if she ever tried to move in on Zac, Ashley ACTUALLY SAID SHE "just never looked at him like that"... So, take a minute and let that sink in. I mean I LOVE The Tiz, but is she cray? She's not cray is she?

Watch Ashley Tisdale talk about making OUT with Zac Efron IN FRONT of her real-life best friend, Vanessa Hudgens. If that doesn't put the AWK in AWKWARD, then I just don't know. Anyway, enjoy being even closer to whatever sort of fantasies may arise from envisioning Ashley Tisdale and Zac Efron kissing while Vanessa Hudgens watches. (Ew. Sicko!)

With the LOOOOONG wait for Ashley Tisdale's "It's Alright, It's Ok" video finally over, and the wait for her next album, Guilty Pleasure ALMOST over, let's look at five fast facts about Ashley's new break-up video, "It's Alright, It's OK," okay? Okay! You may be shocked (shocked!) to discover how many Zac Efron connections are contained in just this one video -- and not just because Ashley's in it. Oh, and there's even a Twilight tie-in too!

1.) In the very beginning of the video, Ashley kicks over a garden gnome. Not only are those things scary, but the first garden gnome was made in the Gräfenroda region of Germany in the mid 1800s. A group of gnomes is referred to as a "donsy." (Jeopardy! question alert!)

2.) In the video, Ashley's cheating ex-boyfriend is played by actor Adam Gregory, who's got another Zac Efron connection besides the fact that he's in "It's Alright, It's OK" with Ashley Tisdale -- he was also in 17 Again. WITH ZAC EFRON. Adam Gregory's also on the new 90210. Who was also on 90210? Kellan Lutz -- hello, Twilight tie-in! Adam Gregory was also in Hannah Montana: The Movie (Miley alert!), and was once in a Chili's commercial, apparently.

3.) Can you handle ANOTHER Zac Efron "It's Alright, It's Okay" connection? Good. The video was filmed in L.A., which is WHERE ZAC EFRON LIVES!

4.) One of the guys Ashley takes those revenge photos with is Brazilian underwear model Edilson Nascimento. He's modeled for Guess, but did I also mention he's an underwear model? Because he is. He DEFINITELY is.

5.) "It's Alright, It's OK" was directed by Scott Speer, who also directed V Factory's "Love Struck" video (ahem), as well as Aly & AJ's "Like Woah." Aly and AJ... WENT TO ZAC EFRON'S BIRTHDAY PARTY in 2008! But, back to Ashley Tisdale -- she and Scott Speer are totally dating! Cute!

I mean can you just LOOK at Ashley Tisdale on the MTV Movie Awards red carpet? Was she not the HOTTEST thing there? Ashley wore a purple leather dress (the SAME one Keke Palmer wore to the 2009 Nickelodeon’s 2009 Kids' Choice Awards! Whoops!), by Norwegian/ New York designer Elise Øverland, who designed costumes for Aerosmith while she was still in design school. Ashley glammed up the already-glam purple dress with Paul & Joe Sister gladiator heels, a very on-trend Balenciaga belt, and a serious snake ring by Loree Rodkin.

Seriously? This look could BE her Guilty Pleasure album art. Anyway, it's clear that I think Ashley perfected the Movie Awards red carpet.

I asked Boys Like Girls to go prom with me and Buzzworthy, but Martin was too busy blogging, and Bryan Donahue and John Keefe were working on Boys Like Girls' new album and getting ready for their summer tour and the mtvU Sunblock Music Festival (Gym Class Heroes, The Academy Is, The Veronicas, and Never Shout Never + four cities + four shows).

Fortunately, Paul DiGiovanni said he'd go to prom with me, but then he stood me up for Lily Allen. Oh well. At least he's dumping me for someone cute... I bet Ashley Tisdale would've gone too.

+ After the jump, see how Paul DiGiovanni and Lily Allen's prom date would go, and watch a bunch of BLG live performances and videos. And check out more celebrity proms too.
