You know what they say: There's someone out there for everyone. And what if Good Charlotte's Benji Madden's "someone" is... Kathy Griffin? What if, people?!
Benji Madden and Kathy Griffin posed for what looks like an innocent photo at Nylon magazine's "Young Hollywood Issue" party, but we're kind of wondering if there's more than just photo posing going on here. Maybe we're jumping to conclusions, but Kathy Griffin is looking suspiciously happy in this pic (we can spot a wry grin from a mile away). And is it just us or does Benji's face seem to be saying, "I'm so glad to be taking this photo with the love of my life right now." Seriously! Do these two have a secret they're not telling us?!
It's possible that it's our huge crush on Benji Madden that has us looking deeper into this photo than necessary, but stranger things have happened, y'all -- Jay-Z and Gwyneth Paltrow are BFFs, remember?

If you grew up in the '90s, chances are you wanted desperately to compete on the Nickelodeon game show "Family Double Dare." Since the dudes of Good Charlotte never got the chance back in the day, they decided to live out their fantasy and re-create the show (down to the last detail) for their new video "Last Night." Seriously guys, it's Nostalgia City up in here.
Benji Madden and Co. went to great lengths to make their "Family Double Dare" homage look as authentic as possible -- they nailed the on-set advertisements, the "Pie Cam," and they even filmed the clip with a camera from the actual 1990s. And those awful hideous stonewashed jeans? What a find! Also deserving a tip of the hat -- those '90s haircuts. So Zack Morris chic.
But the best part about the "Last Night" video could be the fact that Good Charlotte actually convinced Marc Summers -- yes, THE Marc Summers the original host of "Family Double Dare" -- to not only reprise his role as MC, but to also LIP-SYNCH TO GOOD CHARLOTTE. Umm, can we get "#MarcSummersFTW" trending on Twitter right now, please?

To celebrate the upcoming release of the group's new DVD -- aptly titled Straight To DVD -- All Time Low threw a soiree at the Music Box in Hollywood last night. Lots of the guys' pop-punk pals -- like Mark Hoppus, Pete Wentz and the Madden brothers -- also came to show their support and then were treated to a screening of the DVD.
As far as band DVDs go, this one's definitely entertaining -- albeit a tad long. It features awesome live performances of fan favorites like "Jasey Rae" and "Damned If I Do Ya (Damned If I Don't)," in addition to lots of behind-the-scenes debauchery and a pretty extensive documentary that follows All Time Low's rise to Warped Tour stardom.
Most of All Time Low's parents were also in the hizzouse, which was so sweet. If you glanced over at them during the screening, you could tell that they were filled to the brim with pride -- even when one of their sons was trying to light their fart on fire or threatening to f**k a burrito. It's nice to see a parent's love is truly unconditional.
All Time Low's Straight To DVD will be released on May 25.

Blink-182 is an obvious influence of All Time Low, so it was rad to see Mark Hoppus come out for the event.

Benji Madden, Joel Madden and Pete Wentz cram together for an impromptu photo op. Little-known fact: Wentz's jacket also doubles as a flotation device, in case of an emergency.

It's not a party until Dr.-Dr.-Drama Beats shows up. Yup, that's MTV's own Christopher "Drama" Pfaff from "Rob Dydrek's Fantasy Factory."

When I first heard Good Charlotte's Benji Madden was set to box against former MTV VJ Riki Rachtman, my first thought was, "HUH?" followed by "WTF??" Followed, finally, by "AWESOME." Benji and Riki fought last Friday in Las Vegas, and Benji Madden knocked out the "Headbangers Ball" figurehead in 1 minute and 40 seconds. In other words, Rachtman got served!
If Benji's itching to get back in the ring anytime soon, I can think of plenty of people I'd love to see him go toe-to-toe with, including the following potential human punching bags. More Madden boxing buddies after the jump!

Trace Cyrus: Now that Metro Station is no longer together, Trace has plenty of time to hit the jump and bulk up. Hell, who am I kidding? This guy weighs 90 pounds soaking wet. A fight between him and Madden wouldn't be a civil match -- it'd be an emo bloodbath.

Like their Los Angeles hometown, it's always 70 degrees in the minds of hair metal band Steel Panther. It's also always approximately 1986.
Steel Panther, formerly Metal Skool, have been working L.A.'s notorious Sunset Strip harder than a stripper in stilettos, and they've accumulated more famous friends than you've got Facebook friends: Kelly Clarkson, Benji Madden, Pink, Avril Lavigne, Linkin Park's M. Shadows, David Cook, and scores of other celebrities have joined them on stage to cover '80s metal classics by Skid Row, Journey's epic "Don't Stop Believin'," and LOTS of Guns N' Roses. (Steel Panther's also responsible for the cover of Aldo Nova's "Fantasy" used as the theme song of Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory.)
Watch Stix Zadinia, Satchel, Michael Starr, and Lexxi Foxxx reveal five never-before-revealed things about Steal Panther -- including the unspeakable, peanut-butter-based things they'd like to your lady area -- in this groundbreaking episode of "The 5." (It's the first one we've ever had to age-restrict! RAWK!)
Like how that felt? Pick up Steel Panther's new album, Feel the Steel when it comes out in November.
+ Plus: Watch "Death to All But Metal" after the jump!

Remember that one episode of The Hills where everyone met up a swish hotel bar and did shots? Wait... let me elaborate -- recall, please, The Hills, Season 3, Episode 6 (air date 9/15/2008, for those of you keeping track), when Audrina organized a super-massive party featuring a performance by The White Tie Affair. (And Justin Bobby NEVER SHOWED, natch.) Nowww it's all coming back, right?
Anyway, The White Tie Affair falls under the tutelage of Audrina at Epic Records, and Audrina herself was on hand on the tres L.A. set of their new-new video, "Candle (Sick and Tired)." Also there: superfan Stephanie Pratt, and Good Charlotte's Joel and Benji Madden, who make quick cameos in the new video. While Total Finale Live was getting live for last time (and tipsy too!) just a few feet away, I got a chance to talk to Joel and Benji Madden about growing up Good Charlotte throughout the years on TRL.
See what the Madden brothers had to say about coming back to the show for the last time and the way the show acted as a social network in the days before Facebook and MySpace even existed (can you IMAGINE?).

We’re just bittersweet DAYS from the real-deal last-ever episode of TRL -- this Sunday, November 16 at 8pm ET. So, here’s everything you need to know about who’s performing and appearing on the star-studded two-hour boo-hoo fest that’ll close the door on TRL forever-ever.
OLD-SCHOOL PLAYERS:
Old enough to remember Carson Daly? (Come on. You’re not THAT young!) Good. because the pioneering TRL host will be back in the house to co-host the night's farewell festivities, along with Damien Fahey. And a parade of co-hosts and VJs, including Lyndsey Rodrigues, Vanessa Minnillo, Dave Holmes, Jesse Camp, Hilarie Burton (Peyton!!), Susie Castillo, La La Vasquez and Quddus (soooo hot! – ed.) will be stopping by to reflect, reminisce, and see how their old dressing rooms held up.
PERFORMERS:
Beyonce/ Sasha FIERCE will be performing live, which is simply unMISSABLE, speaking of which, so is the Backstreet Boys' performance (minus Kevin –- frowny face! It's been too long guys, and you've so shown me the meaning of being lonely!) Anyway, ALSO Ludacris, Snoop Dogg and Nelly will be teaming up for a one-night-only three-way performance, not to be outdone by the monied, the powerful 50 Cent’s live performance or Fall Out Boy’s in-studio performance.
ALSO APPEARING:
Diddy -- the unofficial godfather of TRL -- will make his 37th (and final!!) TRL appearance. A glittering Mariah Carey will be there too, as well Justin Timberlake AND JC Chasez, which is like two-fifths of *NSYNC! Country-pop princess Taylor Swift, the always-glam Hilary Duff, Good Charlotte's Benji and Joel Madden (cordially, I’m sure), Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst, and Korn's Jonathan Davis will all be in the soon-to-be-shuttered TRL studio to give the show the send off it deserves, while Christina Aguilera and Travis Barker will join the party via the magic of satellite, however that works.
+ Too depressed to remember that Total Finale Live is this Sunday, November 16 at 8pm ET? Embed this noise, AND come back heyah to the MTV Buzzworthy blog this Sunday for celebrity interviews, photos, and more behind-the-scenes access to the big TRL farewell.
