Responses to the tragic death of Amy Winehouse have been pouring in from fans of the late singer. In addition to a barrage of fan tributes in the form of flowers and pictures outside Amy's home in London, Winehouse's musician peers have been taking to Twitter to share their thoughts on the untimely passing of this great talent. But, a select few like M.I.A. have chosen to remember Amy through music.

And M.I.A.'s not the only one. The latest of Amy's celebrity pals to hop on the musical tribute bandwagon is none other than super-producer/OutKast member Big Boi. Though it was initially created before her death, in Amy's honor Big Boi leaked a previously unreleased remix of "Tears Dry On Their Own," Amy's classic record off her hit album, Back To Black. Formally called "Tears Dry on Their Own (Organized Noize X Dungeon Family Remix)" Big Boi's urban-tinged take on Amy's retro tune is a bit more stripped down than harmony-filled and energetic original. But given the current circumstances, Big Boi's understated reinterpretation is right on point and still preserves Amy's courageous and soulful vocals.

While nothing can take away the sadness we feel for Amy's premature death, Big Boi's "Tears Dry On Their Own" tribute will certainly help us dry some of the tears we've already shed for Amy.

Hey, you guys remember back in 2003 when OutKast released what was basically a twofer solo album in the form of Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, and it was basically the only music anybody wanted to listen to? Good times.

Well, good times are here again! While we all wait for André 3000 to get to releasing some new material, Big Boi has put together an absolutely awesome solo album called Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son Of Chico Dusty. If you like Speakerboxxx (and, let's be real, you liked Speakerboxxx) then you will like this new album. Done and done.

But! We're actually more geeked on Big Boi's new video, "Shutterbug," off of Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son Of Chico Dusty. The Scott Storch-produced, electro-bass-crazy anthem is pretty much the jam of the summer already, but the Chris Robinson-directed video takes it to a whole new level. Tuxedo-rocking Big Boi (with a puppet band), lady dancers dressed up like extras from "Tron," Big Boi climbing up a mountain of sneakers, a wall of plastic cups, the world's coolest Cadillac ... and more.

Big Boi's album is due out July 6.

So you think you can dance? Maybe you can, but you might want to re-evaluate just how good you think you are after watching the fleet-footed Janelle Monae in her video for "Tightrope," the first single from her upcoming album, The Arch Android.

This dazzling soul singer has us hooked on her brassy voice and fabulous footwork. It's a combination that's prompted her label boss, Diddy, to call her "the female James Brown."

In this Wendy Morgan-directed clip, Monae and some formally outfitted friends stomp and glide, flap their wings and jump on tables. Let's put it this way: Any video where the dancing is so good it makes a guest verse by Big Boi (of Outkast) seem like an afterthought is some two-stepping you have to witness.

Check out the video below and pick up Janelle Monae's new album, The Arch Android, on May 18.
