+ Last night was, of course, Grammy night. And MTV News has you covered on all the biggest stories; from the headline making news like Beyonce's and Taylor Swfit's triumphs to the memorable moments like Jamie Foxx's AutoTune mea-culpa to Jay-Z. (MTV News)

+ The night was full of extravagant, dramatic performances that seemed to signal an embracing of theatrical flair from some of pop's biggest names. Check out all the night's amazing live turns from the likes of Lady Gaga, Green Day, Beyonce, Black Eyed Peas, Pink and more. (Idolator)

+ The collective fashion statement made by the women of Grammy night? Nude, dude. Katy Perry, Keri Hilson and Beyonce all wore fleshtones/nude-colored attire. Could they be studying Amber Rose's playbook? (E! Online)

+ But as with any fashion statement, some spoke louder than others. Ladies and gentleman, Cirque Du Pink, in the flesh. (Seriously? OMG! WTF?)

+ Every year, one of the highlights of the Grammy Awards takes place the night before the actual ceremony, at legendary music mogul Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy celebration. It usually features once-in-a-lifetime live collaborations from some of pop's brightest stars. And this year didn't disappoint; Jennifer Hudson serenaded Barbra Streisand while Guns 'N Roses' Slash paired with Black Eyed Peas' Fergie for a rendition of "Sweet Child O' Mine." (Rolling Stone)

+ Speaking of collaborations, we can only hope that the chance meeting of Katy Perry and everyone's favorite Jersey Shore heronine, Snooki, is the beginning of a beautiful friendship (Pop Eater)

Not unlike yesterday's Buzz On artist, Nneka, Debi Nova draws on a diverse musical and cultural background to make a seductive sound all her own.

The Costa Rican singer has been a staple of the Los Angeles music scene for a couple of years now, adding her alluring vocals to tracks from Ricky Martin, Sean Paul and Black Eyed Peas.

She made an intoxicating collaborative EP with the late J. Dilla's brother, Illa J (Sounds Like Love, released last May), before moving on to begin recording solo material in earnest. On her debut solo album, titled Luna Nueva, due out in March, Nova makes what she describes as, "Tropical Soul."

Indeed on songs like "Drummer Boy," the usual beats of R&B and pop are subverted by the energy of Latin rhythms, while "Need 2 Be Loved," shows off her incredibly playful vocal dexterity.

Check out music from Debi Nova at her MySpace, follow her on Twitter at @Debinova and watch her "Sounds Like Love" video with Illa J below. Plus, stay tuned for her "Drummer Boy" video, coming soon!

Like Keanu Reeves invading a colony of surfer-mystic-bank-robbers, Jason Derulo has been making waves (and, in all likelihood, money) (but not from robbing banks). The R&B singer impressed with his video for the single "Whatcha Say," took that song for a live spin on It's On With Alexa Chung and then went out to see America with Lady Gaga on her Monster's Ball tour.

Now Deurlo returns with another video for another catchy slice of R&B-kissed pop, "In My Head." Produced by the Midas-like J.R. Rotem, "In My Head" finds Deurlo crooning over a rockier sound (think Black Eyed Peas' "I Got A Feeling" levels of rock here).

While the song seems to follow Derulo's frank, honest approach to a girl in a club, the video's action takes place in what seems like the nicest convenience store parking lot I've ever seen.

"In My Head" is the second single from Derulo's self-titled debut album, due out this March.

Calling all pop music fanatics and Attention Deficit Disorder sufferers: DJ Earworm has a belated Christmas present for you.

Earworm, a San Francisco-based mashup master has once again taken over 20 of the most popular pop singles of the year and seamlessly sewed them together to highlight the biggest hooks, refrains, and choruses of the year.

"United State of Pop" is the second-annual, year-in-music mashup that Earworm has completed. For this year's version he used the Black Eyed Peas' ubiquitous "I Gotta Feeling" as a backing track, and threaded bits and pieces of songs from Kelly Clarkson, Taylor Swift, Jay Sean (this bit is great), Beyonce, Katy Perry, Gaga and many more. Miley Cyrus' "The Climb" and Kings Of Leon's "Use Somebody" are hidden gems, as is Taylor Swift's "You Belong With Me."

To find out all of the tracks sampled in "The United State of Pop 2009: Blame It On The Pop" head over to DJ Earworm's homepage. And check out his jaw-dropping, hook-heavy 2009 mashup below.

Yesterday we featured David Guetta's video, "Sexy Chick." Lest we leave you in a lurch wondering who, exactly, David Guetta is, here's some backstory.

David Guetta is essentially Supreme DJ Overlord of Europe's dance circuit (unofficial title); so while David doesn't have to impress anyone over here, he's been winning over U.S. audiences all summer.

Do I need to ask if you're familiar with Guetta's summer jam, "When Love Takes Over," with vocals by Kelly Rowland? How about the Black Eyed Peas number, "I Gotta Feeling," which Guetta produced and co-wrote? So yeah, whether you knew it or not, your summer's been Guetta-rrific.

DJ Guetta's name may come to the U.S. forefront soon enough, though, thanks to latest album, One Love; Guetta has a ridiculous set of collaborations: Of course there's Kelly Rowland -- as well as a remix of "I Gotta Feeling" -- on the album, but he's also got will.i.am, Estelle, Ne-Yo, Kid Cudi and Akon (on "Sexy Chick.")

A little back story on Guetta? He was born in Paris, and he began remixing vinyls and throwing parties by age 15. Guetta became club king a few years later, DJing blowouts in Paris and Ibiza. His renowned "F*** Me, I'm Famous" party in Cannes actually hosted Guetta's initial meeting with Kelly Rowland -- who was shaking her booty to Guetta's mix 'til the wee hours, until she approached Guetta in the DJ booth for a collabo. So nice when they come to you!

So, that's what you need to know about David Guetta. That, and he DJs parties bigger than your hometown. Now go remix your own version of "Sexy Chick."

Beyonce has just been named Billboard magazine's Woman Of The Year and will be accepting the award at a ceremony to be held later this year in NYC. We smell a J-Lo-style backlash aaaaaaaany moment now (which consequently smells a lot like glitter body paint). (Billboard)

+ Also on the Billboard tip, Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas reveals what it's like to be a part of the pop supergroup that has been making Billboard chart history. (Blogamole)

+ Is Prince truly seeking a job at the White House? Would it then be called the Purple House? (The Tripwire)

+ Reigning '90s R&B supergroup TLC will return to the stage after a more-than seven-year absence, thanks to a little nudge from none other than Justin Timberlake. (Rap-Up)

+ Watch Britney Spears and Russell Brand in their second stint as VMA "lovers." It's kind of cute to see Russell throw himself at Brit so desperately -- story of his life, we're guessing, though we'd TOTALLY hit it. ;) (Buzzworthy)

+ Proving once again to be one of the most formidable forces in pop music, the Black Eyed Peas just set another Billboard record. (NME)

+ Why Courtney Love is Tweeting pictures of herself with a turtle on her head, we don't know. But thank you, Twitter. Thank you. (Pop On The Pop)

+ We've been telling our friends this about Lady Gaga for weeks but no one seemed to believe us. Thank you, Katy Perry, the voice of reason, for setting everyone straight. (PopCrunch)

+ Jordin Sparks has been announced as the opening act for Britney Spears' Circus Tour, as she kicks off the second leg of her North American tour tonight in Ontario. (Britney.com)

+ Jay-Z and his wife (some woman we've never heard of) were out trying to have a peaceful dinner when a pesky pap got all up in their biz, eventually throwing his tripod at one of Jay's bodyguards. Needless to say, that tripod is making for some fine coral off the coast of Croatia (cause you know, it's all tropical and shallow, where coral grows). (Pop On The Pop)

+ Happy Birthday, Demi Lovato! (Twitter)

+ In case you missed it, there was TOTAL DRAMS at last night's Much Music Video Awards in Canada. It was QUITE the spectacle: Lady Gaga had her poker face on, and she had a couple of flamethrowers for boobies.  You won't believe it. (Much Music)

+ Later on in the night, after doing an onstage bit with the Jonas Brothers and then being badgered throughout the night relentlessly by Fergie and Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas about saying mean things on his blog, Perez Hilton allegedly got attacked by the Peas' manager (though we're not really sure why beating up Perez Hilton would make anyone feel better). (Associated Press)

+ Meanwhile, back in the States, Beyonce/Sasha Fierce was kicking off the North American leg of her tour to a packed house at NYC's Madison Square Garden. (Socialite Life)

+ Oh. And just one day after Father's Day, Chris Brown struck a plea deal by pleading guilty to beating the crap out Rihanna back in February. A little probation and some community service? Sure. Why not? (MTV News)

+ This mom hates her life right now: (as if the Universal Music Group needs any more money), a Minnesota mother of two was just ordered by a federal jury to pay $1.92 million to several record labels for illegally sharing 24 songs online. It's like it's 2001 ALL. OVER. AGAIN. (NY Times)

+ Madonna recently doled out some unsolicited career advice to Adam Lambert: "Keep your eyes on the prize." In Madonna's case, prizes are small children in Africa. (E! Online)

+ And as we all pretty much assumed, Amy Winehouse filed papers to permanently park her bony ass in St. Lucia. Do we care?? (NME)

+ The Black Eyed Peas had good reason to celebrate last night at their record launch party in NYC: Their brand new album The E.N.D. is on track to take the top spot on The Billboard 200 album chart, after selling more than 200,000 copies in its debut week. Hardly the end for the Peas. (Rap-Up.com)

+ And though Jay-Z has declared "The Death of Auto-Tune," the Peas aren't afraid to use it on their songs, albeit theirs is more like a chocolate syrup drizzle rather than a soft serve dip. (MTV News)

+ This just in: Rihanna has officially been served papers by L.A. investigators that force her to testify against Chris Brown in court. (TMZ)

+ We've been talking about Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus for the last three days so we figured why not keep it going? Here's that new single they recorded and just shot a video for together. (Perez Hilton)

+ In case you were wondering, David Archuleta is totally cool with Adam Lambert being gay. Just saying. (Towleroad)

+ The tweet of the day comes from Taylor Swift -- and it's about T-Pain??? (Twitter)

+ Tuesday LOLz: 75-year old CNN dinosaur Larry King was out grabbing a sandwich at an L.A. deli when he mistook Gwen Stefani for Christina Aguilera (and only realized his mistake after he asked for an autograph for his son and saw that the signature wasn't right). FAIL! (PopCrunch)

+ Katy Perry (who is reportedly back together with boyfriend Travis McCoy) is a hard-working woman with curves, and she ain't hawking shoes to pay the bills. For now, anyway. Hey -- something's gotta pay for her fashion obsession! (Star Magazine)

+ While we're on the K.P. tip, holy GOD does Ms. Perry make me want to take a cold shower after seeing her in the new issue of Complex magazine. Must. Print. These. Immediately. (Complex)

+ The Black Eyed Peas have been releasing track previews from their upcoming album The E.N.D., and the latest (which just happens to be the second off the album), "I Got A Feeling," sounds like it will be the summer anthem of 2009. (Neon Limelight)

+ Weezer lead singer Rivers Cuomo says to get ready for your very own Weezer-branded "Snuggie." Do you think he's really serious?! (The Tripwire)

+ If it's hard for you to believe that 25-year old Mandy Moore was recently married to singer Ryan Adams, then you're not the only one who's getting used to it. (People)

+ FInally, former Wilco (who Mandy Moore namechecked in a recent Buzzworthy video interview) band member Jay Bennett  passed away in his sleep this past weekend. (MTV News)
