Problem: You've got a bunch of crap you need to carry, but your butt's too busy for a fanny pack... Or... your butt thinks it's too cool for a fanny pack, but your head's smart enough to recognize the liberation of going hands-free.

Solution: The Cap Sac -- a collection of zip-pouched baseball caps that come in the type of '80s bright colors reserved for fanny packs (or go-to Saved By The Bell hangout The Max) but now available for your head. It's the most ridiculous hat to come along since the flamingo hat, and the most practical hat invention since the beer helmet. Check out the Cap Sac, which goes perfectly with your Zack Morris tattoo, and tell me if it's rad or bad.

One of the many, many outfits Katy Perry rocked when she hosted the MTV Europe Music Awards a few weeks ago was a not-so-subtle nod to her boyfriend Russell Brand's favorite soccer (or football for non-Yanks) club, West Ham United.

You can imagine the flutter of hearts felt across London when Hammers fans saw Perry decked out in a claret and blue bustier, thinking to themselves, "Cor blimey, wish my missus would get dolled up like that!" (that was my cockney impersonation, btw).

Well, now your missus (or any other lass) can get their paws on Perry's West Ham lingerie. The club, responding to, "huge demand," have contracted the original designer, Siobhan Dillon, to make a limited run of the outfit, running a measly £300.

West Ham are currently mired in a fight for their Barclay's Premier League survival (that means they're not doing well at playing soccer), so I guess they need all the support they can get (pun, sadly, intended).

Ohhhh Kristen Stewart. Can we talk? You have "such a pretty face," as they say. So WHY the mullet? Por que the fe-mullay? The mullet made an appearance in Paris, Madrid, and the UK, and there's no sign of relenting. I know you're still growing it out after playing Joan Jett in The Runaways... And while I haven't played Joan Jett in a major motion picture, I've been there during that awkward in-betweener growing-out phase. It's THE WORST. It's that past-your-shoulders-but-not-long-enough-for-a-ponytail conundrum. It's annoying on a daily basis. But Kristen, that's what extensions are for. Just ask Jessica Simpson or Paris Hilton. The choppy upper-deck layers and dead-fish bangs are not how a woman lives her "Best Life," as Oprah would say. And like Oprah, I just want what's best for you.  That's all. Don't worry. I'm still seeing New Moon.

Lady Gaga is featured in a compelling "Hansel and Gretel"-inspired photo shoot in the December Arts issue of Vogue. Gaga plays the witch -- a Marc Jacobs-wearing witch -- who lures in actor Andrew Garfield and model Lily Cole who play the story's main characters.

But there was just as much action behind the lens -- Annie Leibovitz's lens -- as there was in front of the camera.

Check out this new behind-the-scenes video footage with Lady Gaga, Annie Leibovitz, and Vogue Creative Director Grace Coddington, who provides insight into the shoot as well as Lady Gaga's big entrance on set: "She turned up completely naked under a white rubber rain coat."

So you're looking to cop Lady Gaga's look from her "Bad Romance" video -- and really, who's not? -- but there's a very good chance you don't have access to stylist Nicola Formichetti or the Haus of Gaga, who created Gaga's looks in the "Bad Romance" video, there's an EXCELLENT chance you shouldn't wear razor blade sunglasses, you maybe can't easily access the 2010 Alexander McQueen Gaga wears in "Bad Romance," and if you have a hairless cat then may God have mercy on your soul.)

Luckily pretty much everyone (save a few New Yorkers in super small apartments) has a bathtub. So get inside of yours to do your creative dress-up thinking. Next, girls, begin by looking no further than your own underwear drawer. Guys, look no further than the nearest girl's underwear drawer! Bras and undies are going to be the key to your look. Think blacks, whites, and red, and then pile on rhinestones and long strands of black beads. (Just don't tell your mom I told you.) Then get crack-a-lackin' on that mascara. The harsher the better.

Okay, next you need white boots. The white boots on the left go up to size 14, so dudes, get on that! But, even better, the white boots on the right have a little Sexy Mrs. Claus cuff -- 'tis almost the season, after all.

Next, an actual attainable-to-real-people product that Gaga wears in "Bad Romance" (one of the few real-people products in "Bad Romance," besides her $99 Heartbeats By Lady Gaga jeweled earbuds) are the white Carrera Champion sunglasses -- you've seen Carreras on Joe Jonas, Kanye West, T.I., and Britney -- Gaga wears toward the end of the video before she blows up the polar bear and the Russian john. And, for serious, Gaga's sunglasses are actually available in stores that real, non-Gaga people shop in. Like Macy's.

Next, nails! Gaga's big into white nails. She's got white nails in her "Bad Romance" video, and she had snow-white nails when she was here at MTV last week. Gwen Stefani's been big into white nails for a minute now and sent her L.A.M.B. models down the runway in Dashing Diva's "Fleet Week" dress white shade. Cop it for eight bucks to cop Gaga's look.

Now there's one final element missing from your "Bad Romance" outfit. And that is...

The Daily Nail -- a blog run a Las Vegas-based woman who's endeavored to paint her nails a different color and style every day -- dipped her tips into white meat yesterday when she painted her nails in honor of bacon. Even if you're a vegetarian, you've got to hand it to The Daily Nail (get it? HAND it to her?) -- her bacon-nail-painting handiwork is impressive. Almost as impressive as the Pepsi product and Doritos nail tribute someone wanted badly enough to turn into a reality. (Check out Pepsi and Doritos nails after the jump.)

Plus, check out more scary nails and All Lacquered Up -- the blog authority on all things nails, polish, and celebrity nails. (Yes, really.)

Katy Perry rode a shoe, wore a dress that may or may not have been attacked by giant mice (or moths), and a bustier that looked see-through. And it's not even midnight. Check out all of 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards host Katy Perry's outrageously awesome outfits from the show, from her gorgeous floral red carpet gown by Marchesa, to her West Ham onesie, her nearly naked flesh-toned bustier, her cabaret costume and more examples of Katy Perry in tulle go so wrong it's so right.

The Accessories Council Excellence (ACE) Awards are a celebration of those who raise awareness of the accessories industry. You know who raises awareness of the accessories industry? Lady Gaga. That's who. Which is why Gaga received a Stylemaker award at last night's awards.

Gaga's basically a walking accessory display, when you think about it. It's just what she chooses to call an accessory -- blood? -- that makes people do double and triple-takes.

Check out Gaga's juxtaposition of wig and lace veil (as well has her patented underwear-as-outerwear move -- those undies are Marc Jacobs, bty the way) in these photos from the ACE Awards. The girl can't help it.
