Miley Cyrus has caught a lot of flack recently. She's growing up in public, and that can be a tough process. Since the release of her single and video "Can't Be Tamed," we've seen her experimenting with a variety of new looks, saying some provocative stuff and dealing with invasions of privacy (thanks to Perez Hilton).
Miley's working it out, though, is what we're saying. And today, performing in Central Park on "Good Morning America," grown-up Miley may have finally arrived.
Caught between post-childhood and pre-adulthood, it looks like Miley has finally embraced being a young woman. Rocking a vintage David Bowie shirt, studded leather jacket, ripped black jeans and a grip of mix-and-match jewelry, Miley looked ... cool. Still young and fun, but she's totally got an edge.
Milers performed "Can't Be Tamed" as well as "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" with Poison singer Bret Michaels. Check out more pics of Miley on Good Morning America, and watch her "Can't Be Tamed" video and the Poison classic "Every Rose Has Its Thorn."
And don't miss Miley's live album release performance -- watch "Miley Cyrus: Can't Be Tamed World Premiere Live" on Monday, June 21, at 10:30/9:30c on MTV.com.

Cobra Starship might sing a song called "Hot Mess," but when the group walked the blue carpet last night before playing a Ford Fiesta Rooftop Concert to celebrate Internet Week in New York, they looked like the total opposite of a hot mess.
In fact, Cobra Starship looked so swank, so perfectly put together, that we decided they should all collectively share the title of Buzzworthy Style Star Of The Week.
Sure, usually we're skeeved out by denim tuxedos, but Gabe Saporta manages to make it work, Tim Gunn-style. Our favorite Cobra look though has got to be drummer Nate Novarro (far left). Homeboy's rocking those Sebagos like it's his primary source of income. Either way, we love the look of Docksides and rolled-up jeans. It's so Hamptons hipster chic. Curiously, though, Guy Ripley was not in attendance. Weird.
To see more Cobra stylishness, watch their "Hot Mess" video right this very minute.

Usually, we find movie trailers that constantly interrupt our normal television-watching routine annoying -- but we can't seem to get enough of the LOL-fest known as "Get Him To The Greek," starring Jonah Hill and one Russell Brand.
Russell's been zigzagging all over the States pimping the movie, and he just looks more and more handsome at every appearance. That's why it seemed fitting to crown the British funnyman as Buzzworthy's Style Star Of The Week.
Russell was a vision in white as he strolled the red carpet with fiancée Katy Perry at the Los Angeles premiere of "Get Him To The Greek." Then, a couple days later, he reappeared as the man in black during a Meet The Actors event at the Apple Store in Soho. Light vs. dark, good vs. evil -- even when Russell isn't trying, he can't help but be existential AND stylish.
"Get Him To The Greek" opens today. Go see it, or else P. Diddy will sick the Mexican Jonas Brothers on you. Ay dios mio!

When Carrie Underwood performed on the "American Idol" finale this week, we couldn't help but notice the newly engaged country singer appeared absolutely stun-ning in her all-black stage ensemble. From the zipper-detailed White Trash Beautiful bolero to the liquid leggings, Carrie looked like she was ready to kick some ass -- and take some names.
She can steal our happy any day. That's why we hereby bestow the "Before He Cheats" singer our Buzzworthy Style Star Of The Week award. Congrats, Carrie!
Oh, and if we could puhleeze borrow your Sam Edelman Zale boots. (If not, we'll settle for their Zoe booties, inspired by the 2006 Balenciaga version. Plus, they're on sale. Boo-yah!)
Watch Carrie Underwood's video for "Undo It" below. Her album Play On is out now.

Sometimes Taylor Swift looks so pretty, it hurts to look at her "My So-Called Life"-style. The Nashville cutie was extraordinarily beautiful while breezing through Los Angeles over the last couple days so it seems like a no-brainer to award her as Buzzworthy Style Star Of The Week.
First, she showed off her high-style skillz while appearing at BMI's 58th Annual Pop Awards, where she walked away with three awards, including Song Of The Year -- in an Alice + Olivia sequined strapless silk-georgette dress. Perhaps she borrowed the frock from her BFF Selena Gomez. Either way, sharing is caring, so we totally approve.
A few days later, we caught Miss Swift strolling along the streets of L.A. in less formal yet equally adorable attire but questioned her choice of headgear. Truth be told, the crown is kinda growing on us. Click to see what we preordered. Don't hate -- congratulate!

When we saw the Jonas Brothers stroll the red carpet at the 12th Annual Young Hollywood Awards last night, we couldn't help but utter a three-part swoon at how dapper the guys looked. Baby bro Nick Jonas even walked away from the evening with the award for Best Artist Of The Year, which honored his brother-free side project, Nick Jonas And The Administration.
We'd hug you, but we might not want to ever let go.
Brotherly love is always in style, so we can't think of a better way to celebrate the Jo Bros' collective hotness than to award them as this week's Buzzworthy Style Star(s) Of The Week.
Who else is counting down the days until "Camp Rock 2"? Wonder if you can actually see the very moment where Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato fell in love with each other ...

Oh, Christina Aguilera. How we've missed you!
After a brief stint out of the spotlight, Mamaguilera has been a busy little bee. She recently released the S&M-inspired video for "Not Myself Tonight," the first single off her much-anticipated new album Bionic, which we think is oddly reminiscent of Madonna's "Human Nature" clip. (Meanwhile, there's that quiet little situation with Gaga ...)
Plus, Christina was looking completely badass in biker chic while filming her upcoming "VH1 Storytellers" episode in Culver City, California, this week and later looking just as hot in New York City.
And so, to celebrate Christina's return to the charts -- and our hearts -- we're crowning her this week's Buzzworthy Style Star. Perhaps she'll offer up an acceptance speech when she performs at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards on June 6! Fingers crossed!

When Adam Lambert walked the carpet at last weekend's GLAAD Media Awards, he was looking as dapper as ever. With his swank, oversize vintage sunglasses, slim-fitting suit and alligator boots, we had no choice but to pick Glambert as our first-ever Buzzworthy Style Star Of The Week. Congrats, Glambert!
As Christian Siriano would say, "Ferosh!"
