Soon after singer-songwriter Katy Perry accused her ex of being into dudes JUST because he had a Pete Wentz poster on his wall (watch for it in her "UR So Gay" video), she went and did some same-sex investigating of her own in her new video, "I Kissed a Girl," not to be confused with the overly perky song of the same name (and lady loving concept) by Jill Sobule.

Understandably, this puts Katy in a quandary for two reasons: 1.) she was raised in an ultra-religioso household where even secular music was verboten, which makes the fact that she has a Jesus tat on her wrist even more spectacular, and -- double whoopsies -- 2.) she's got a boyfriend (and interestingly enough, the guy in the video looks a bit like Travis McCoy, whom she apparently used to date. Watch for her Gym Class Heroes' "Cupid's Chokehold" video.)

So, what's a girl to do? Sit on a mound of pink pillows while suggestively stroking a cat before engaging in a pillow fight with chicks in what looks like some high-end Kiki de Montparnasse naughty gear. Let the Sapphic fun begin!

+ Plus: See why Madonna's a Katy Perry fan, and catch Katy on the Warped Tour this summer -- she's doing the entire tour, which is pretty much known for being the new dude guard, so who knows when she'll get a chance to make out with chicks? And, watch some live footage of her showcase performance in NYC. She's even cuter in real life and rocks vintage like she was born 40 years ago. Grr.
