Katy Perry slightly dropped out of the spotlight to go to India, get engaged to Russell Brand and then hit the GRAMMYS wearing little more than a rhinestoned body stocking, but the "Hot N Cold" singer is slowly starting to make her presence felt again. She pops up on the March cover of Nylon, looking awesome in a pink Jeremy Scott raincoat and mini skirt. Back in July we raved about the extremely hard-to-find old-school-style slatted shades that Kanye wears in his "Stronger" video. They're by white-hot U.S. designer Jeremy Scott, by the way, and it took 'Ye MONTHS to track them down in Paris. We spent more time than we should probably admit searching for lookalikes (not even Urban Outfitters had the hook-up!) and we finally found some. And thankfully you don't have to cross the Seine -- or the Atlantic -- to get some knock-offs:
