Kim Stolz and her friends are on a road trip to talk to real girls about the real things every girl goes through... like her period. And today, they're stopping by the MTV VMA tour at Six Flags to talk to rocker Just Kait.

Every girl gets it, so why not talk about it? See what happens when Kim and Kait get into some real talk in the form of girl talk, and see why Kait isn't afraid to talk about her period, even when she's the only girl on tour. As Kait herself says, "It's not something to be ashamed to talk about."

Watch Kim and Kait take the embarrassment out of talking about periods. And vote below to decide what you want Kim and Kait to talk about next!

The live chat with Just Kait and Honor Society may be over. Their guitars might be packed up. Yet it will remain NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY AND JUST KAIT MTV DAY in our hearts for quite some time. On Friday, April 23, Honor Society and Just Kait made an extra-special stop on their Here Comes Trouble tour to chat and play live from New York on MTV.com. We streamed the whole event right here and had a blast. We hope you did, too.

The night started with a spirited, angsty set by Just Kait, who performed "Heart Shaped Bruise," "Girls World" and "Sick." Honor Society followed with its own brand of pop, rock and funk that included hits like "Two Rebels," "Where Are You Now" and "Don't Close The Book" (which featured the guest vocals of Just Kait and opener Ashlyne Huff). Check out more photos from the show here.

Want more tidbits from the evening? Read through an archive of the live chat below and make sure to stay dialed into Buzzworthy next week: We'll announce when you can see videos of performances by Just Kait and Honor Society.

Want even more? See Just Kait and Honor Society live on the "Here Comes Trouble" tour.

There are three things that make up Honor Society's preshow ritual.

1.) First, and most important, the guys like to engage in a group prayer. Gotta give thanks!

2.) Push-ups. Mainly Jason Rosen's. Followed by stretching. Connective tissue is delicate! (Know your histopathology.)  So always follow up push-ups by stretching. Like Jason Rosen.

3.) YELLING! Also, see: Andrew Lee. Yell like a monkey.

Watch Honor Society prep for a show in another exclusive tour diary video. And you're just one day away from Honor Society and Just Kait's live performance on MTV.com. Chat live with Honor Society and Just Kait at 8 p.m. ET, then watch their live performance starting at 8:30 p.m. ET. See you there. No duh.

+ CHAT WITH HONOR SOCIETY AND JUST KAIT & WATCH THEIR PERFORMANCES HERE ON FRIDAY, APRIL 23 AT 8PM!

How busy is Honor Society on their "Here Comes Trouble" tour with Just Kait? VERY busy. Just take a look at their latest tour video below, shot on their tour stop in Milwaukee. That's just one single day in their lives. Early wake-ups (boooo!). Soundchecks. Early-morning appearances. Visting a children's hospital (because these guys are the sweetness). Singing the national anthem. More soundchecking. And THEN a show. It's enough to rattle your pretty little mind and wonder how Honor Society does more in a day than you probably do in a week.

BUT. Honor Society's not SO busy that they can't stop by MTV.com in New York City this Friday, April 23 for a live performance with Just Kait.

Chat live on the MTV Buzzworthy Blog with Honor Society and Just Kait before their MTV.com live performance, and then watch them perform live! It all happens here on the MTV Buzzworthy Blog on Friday, April 23 at 8PM ET! Chat live with Honor Society and Just Kait at 8PM ET, and then watch their live performance starting at 8:30.

When MTV's original movie Turn The Beat Around premieres this Friday, February 26 at 10 PM EST, you'll probably notice that some familiar dance jams have been given a musical makeover by bands like Just Kait (who covers Donna Summer's "Hot Stuff") , Jeffree Star (who takes a stab at Donna Summer's "Bad Girls") and Sing It Loud (who tackle "Get Down Tonight" by KC And The Sunshine Band).

"We really wanted to do a song that was out of our element," explains Sing It Loud frontman Pat Brown of the band's decision to bring in 'da noise, bring in 'da funk. "Anyone that listens to our music would know that 'Get Down Tonight' isn't our 'style,' but we wanted to record it so it was almost identical to the original—with the exception of my voice. It was one of the more fun experiences I've ever had in a recording setting. It's fun to do something different!"

Indubitably. In fact, this Minneapolis-based, pop-rock quartet happens to be besties with more than a couple bands on the Turn The Beat Around soundtrack (like Star, Millionaires, who get freaky with Chic's "Le Freak," and Cobra Starship, who recorded the movie's title track), thanks to numerous summers touring together on the Vans Warped Tour.

So, if push came to well-choreographed shove, who would Brown like to grab for a slow dance and why?

"Shakira. My answer is self-explanatory."
