Justin Bieber kisses 6-year-old Avalanna Routh on the cheek.
I can't think of a better way to start Valentine's Day than with this photo of Justin Bieber, an adorable 6-year-old, two cupcakes and a box of Sour Patch Kids. It's like St. Valentine himself ordained this meeting!
The 6-year-old pictured is Avalanna Routh from the Boston area, and she has a very rare form of brain cancer. After a couple of extraordinary samaritans in her community started a campaign to help Avalanna meet her idol, the Biebs flew from L.A. to NYC just to hang out with her in a hotel room for the afternoon. They played Candy Land and ate Sour Patch Kids. Meanwhile, Avalanna snuck in about a million kisses. And it looks like Justin got his own as well.
Justin tweeted last night, "BEST PART OF MY DAY," with a link to the photo, and we really can't stop staring at it! Look how happy she is! And how adorable Justin looks! And where are those cupcakes from because is that a brownie on the one to the right!
We thought this was a nice reminder to tell your loved ones that you're thinking about them today. Or even the people you're so-so about -- maybe just don't talk behind their backs for a few hours. Spread the love!

For those of you who have somehow sidestepped the whole "Skrillex taking over the world" thing, allow us to fill you in. Skrillex is basically to EDM what Kanye and Jay-Z are to hip-hop right now -- HE RULES ALL. And there are many reasons why this is noteworthy. First of all, he's mega-talented. MTV named him the EDM Artist of the Year in 2011, and he's just recently been nominated for five Grammys.
But more important, he started an entire movement (besides EDM): Skrillex hair. The dude basically just has a half-shaved head, but people are OBSESSED. The band Electric Valentine went viral with their song "Girl, You Got Skrillex Hair," there's an entire Tumblr dedicated to "Girls That Look Like Skrillex" and Ke$ha recently took a buzzer to her head, copping the style for herself.
So we thought to ourselves: Skrillex hair for everyone! And with the help of Photoshop, we pasted Skrillex's famous locks on the likes of Beyoncé, Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift, to name a few. Take a look at some of our favorite celebrity Skrillex makeovers below, and check out BUZZWORTHY'S CELEBRITY SKRILLEX MAKEOVERS PHOTO GALLERY for more LOLs.
Sweet, sweet Taylor Swift and your beautiful blonde ringlets. ALL GONE. Get this girl some Skrillex hair (and a giant earplug), and see what kinds of songs she's writing next. Singer-songwriter-dubstep swag.

Justin Bieber's like, the ULTIMATE Renaissance man. He can sing, dance, save lives with his Twitter account, and now he's proving his skateboarding skills. It's official: Bro's perfect.
The "Somebody To Love" singer was snapped shooting us the deuces (or hinting at how many more millions of things he's good at) while taking a skateboarding break from his studio time in Miami. He's been working hard on his new Believe album and even tweeted an update along with some fan devotion: "In the studio writing for #17MILLIONSTRONG !!! #BELIEVE #MUCHLOVE." So wait, not only is he crazy talented, but he's super nice, too? Dude, save some for the rest of us.
Is there anything Justin can't do? Oh, yeah -- vote! Well, at least not until he turns 18 on March 1. After that, we're all screwed. Once this kid's legal, it's going to be absolutely impossible to keep up.

It's easy to forget that Justin Bieber's just a 17-year-old when he's hitting up covers of high-end fashion magazines like V. But he's just a kid and should be allowed to dress like a regular teenage boy from time to time (i.e. like Silent Bob).
The "Somebody To Love" singer may be young, but he's wise beyond his years and knows life's all about balance: spend some time recording his Believe album, sneak in some QT with cover model girlfriend Selena Gomez and, of course, fit in some solid bro bonding. Justin recently tweeted a photo of himself and his amigos fashionably chilling along with the caption, "We're the 3 best friends anyone could have." Anyone want to brainstorm how to become the fourth bro in that pic?
We're just glad Justin makes time to be a "normal" teenager. Being admired by gazillions must get exhausting, and everyone knows the best way to bring you back down to earth is posing for mirror pics with your BFFs on a school night... then sharing them with your 16 million+ Twitter followers.

+ Jack White will release his debut solo album, Blunderbuss, on Apr 24. The single "Love Interruption" was released last night. "I've put off making records under my own name for a long time but these songs feel like they could only be presented under my name," he said. (MTV News)

Yo, Justin Bieber, this is not how you hide from the paps! The Biebs was spotted arriving at Nice Airport in France for the NRJ Music Awards, and the "Somebody To Love" singer looked like he was trying to dodge the photographers who were waiting for him to step off the plane. But Justin, don't pick a bright yellow hat next time you're trying to stay inconspicuous! (Also, who are the Steelers? Sports, LOL.)
Yellow hats are meant for construction workers and that dude that hung out with Curious George. If Justin's entering his "hiding from the paparazzi" phase, what he needs is a year's supply of black beanies. Or maybe some of those Groucho Marx masks. They won't exactly make you blend in and they do give off a little bit of a serial killer vibe, but at least no one can see your face under them? (P.S. We are like, really good at giving advice.)
