A couple weeks back we pointed out Katy Perry's elegant, extravagant December Harper's Bazaar cover. Well, Harper's has just released a limited-edition Holiday Fashion version of the issue, where Katy Perry takes extravagance to a whole new level.

Calling to mind Lady Gaga and her infamous face pearls, Katy Perry posed for the limited-edition Harper's Bazaar cover wearing 150 red "Swarovski Elements" crystals on her lips. They look awesome! And they look like a pain in the butt to get on. And probably off too.

Inside the issue, Perry talks about her curves and her fashion sense, stating, "It can be hard to wear those looks because they're best on people who have no curves or thighs. I don't have a Kate Moss body, but I'm very proud and happy with mine."

The new issue of Harper's Bazaar is on sale now. Katy Perry will be performing on "The USO Presents: VH1 Divas Salute the Troops" , which airs Dec. 5 at 9 p.m. ET.

I hope Kristen Stewart isn't the jealous type because her rumored boyfriend, actor Robert Pattinson, is going to be getting pretty cozy with international sex symbols like Angelina Jolie and Kate Moss.

Easy, Bella. Don't have a nuclear meltdown just yet. I only warn you because The Artist Known As Edward Cullen is in the midst of having his likeness molded for Madame Tussauds' famous wax museum. Artists are currently working around the clock to memorialize the Twilight heartthrob, whose figure is expected to be displayed at the museum's Hollywood location amidst stars like Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp.

According to Madame Tussauds' PR rep Liz Edwards, who recently commented on the museum's babelicious new addition, “Robert Pattinson is one of the hottest celebrities in the world, and we have been inundated by requests to make him at Madame Tussauds London. We are delighted that we’ll be able to give fans the chance to to meet their idol and pose for pictures with him. They can even give him a kiss on the cheek, which I’m sure will be a big hit with his female followers!”

Grab your lipstick, girls. Wax RPattz is officially fair game!

Usually I think my job is pretty cool (I've met the Jonas Brothers! Shared a dressing room with Katy Perry and Fall Out Boy!) ... until I realize that Kate Moss gets paid to lay around in lingerie in a swish hotel room and hang out in bed with not one but TWO dudes who are just tossing back a few beers. (Because after you've dated Johnny Depp, it's like how can you settle for just ONE guy?) Then it's like... You win at life, Kate Moss.

Last week, Buzzworthy Bestie Justin Tranter of Semi Precious Weapons had pretty much the BEST week ever! After Kate Moss personally invited him to a Topshop VIP party, where he danced with Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony (I. SWEAR!), he got invited to a Stevie Nicks listening party at Greenhouse in New York, where he MET the legendary woman herself. And if you DON'T know who Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac are, let's both please take a moment to feel sorry for you. Go on... I'll wait...

Okay. Read  what Justin Tranter emailed me about meeting the unparalleled Stevie Nicks!

I get invited to a lot of cool things 'cus I've been pounding the pavement of New York City in four-inch heels for a LONG time. But when I got invited to meet STEVIE NICKS at her Sound Stage Sessions listening party I almost died. She is truly one of my biggest inspirations ever. I have every Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks record and DVD. It's almost an issue! Haha.

I called my girl CariDee English from America's Next Top Model, Marc Jacobs model and actor Jimmy Knehans, and my girls Krista and Jen and said 'We HAVE to go!' Me, Caridee and Jimmy schwerked the red carpet while waiting for the gold dust queen of rock 'n' roll to arrive. She made a grand but VERY loving entrance.

After she took photos and signed some things for charity I got to meet her. She was SO sweet and actually wanted to chat. She told me that I looked gorgeous, and that 'the world is going to want to hear real rock 'n' roll soon, so keep on fighting the good fight. Take whatever comes your way in such a weird time in the industry, economy and world.'

Whoa! Stevie Nicks. F**ing Stevie Nicks! My mom is going to be so mad she wasn't with me!

For the fashion oblivious out there, put DOWN the Lands' End catalog and PAY attention! Topshop -- the British retail authority on fast, fun, and (basically) affordable fashion, the chain adored by stylish sorts of every tax bracket, the must-shop stop for every fashion-forward American tourist visiting London (including Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Emma Roberts, Jennifer Hudson, and Taylor Momsen, and Christina Aguilera's been rumored to have been in talks to design for the store) heretofore scorned by pouty Americans due to geographic undesirability -- IS FINALLY OPEN IN NEW YORK!

Trust me, those of you who still don't know what I'm talking about, Topshop's Stateside opening is a Very Big Deal. So big that KATE MOSS, who's designed for Topshop, showed up to the opening. Jennifer LOPEZ and Marc Anthony toured the store. The City's Olivia Palermo shopped the shoe section at a VIP shopping event last night. DEBBIE HARRY was there! (DEBBIE HARRY, THE ONE WHO WAS IN BLONDIE!!!) Hopeful shoppers lined up outside the store at the crack of dawn today waiting for Topshop's doors to -- FINALLY! -- swing open to the public. And trend-hungry Americans (myself included) jumped out of their lace-up patent Oxfords over the much-delayed, much-heralded opening of the first-ever American Topshop.

People, Topshop is A RELIGION. A cult of quasi couture -- they take your money, but you hand it over willfully. People at work have stopped me in the BATHROOM to ask me what it's like inside -- colorful, loud, shiny, sparkly, stacked. And the shoes. Holy Lady Gaga, the shoes. Friends who live outside of the city (and friends who live here but fear the swarms of shoppers) have called me the "B" word (no, not "baller" -- the one that rhymes with "itch") because I got a chance to step foot inside the hallowed grounds of glam... And, not to rub it in your face even more (but I will), I was even luckier, because I got to go on a Topshop shopping spree with one of my favorite new artists -- and fearless style icon -- Ida Maria.

If you haven't watched Ida Maria's video, "I Like You So Much Better When You’re Naked," catch UP! And if you haven't seen her ignite a stage yet (go for "Oh My God," stay for "Stella"), you NEED to catch her on tour with Glasvegas. But until you pick up the Norwegian glam-rock goddess' new album, Fortress 'Round My Heart, let Ida Maria take you on a tour of New York's favorite new store. Topshop and Ida Maria! Oh my God!

Hotness has never been a prerequisite when it comes to music. Fact: Guitar legend Jimi Hendrix wasn't what many people would conventionally refer to as "a looker," (though he did always look bad-ass), and it wasn't Amy Winehouse's greasy beehive that made us run out and buy her record. 'Course, that doesn't mean we don't have a special soft spot in our hearts for those who combine talent with traffic-stopping good looks.

Allow us to present you with the latest example of hotness + above-average musicality: former underwear model and bona fide hottie, Jamie Burke, who's dated the likes of Kate Moss, Lindsay Lohan, Sienna Miller and Courtney Love (hey, nobody's perfect) and also moonlights as a rock star. You might remember him as the lead singer of Carte Blanche and Bloody Social -- or, more likely, as the face/nipples from that GIANT billboard on Houston Street -- but these days, he's in a new band called (oddly enough) burke, and one of the featured faces, and voices, of ck one...
