Robert Pattinson, best known for shining like a crazy (vampire) diamond in the "Twilight" movies and for being Kristen Stewart's offscreen and onscreen beau, has to deal with a lot of rumors about himself, his love life and his career. And this latest piece of hot gossip is just too crazy not to comment on, even if it turns out to be absolute hogwash.

According to the The Guardian -- who base this report from an article from the Daily Express -- Robert Pattinson is interested in playing Jeff Buckley in an upcoming biopic of the enigmatic singer/songwriter.

Jeffy Buckley, who died in 1997 at the age of 30 after drowning in the Mississippi River, is apparently one of Robert Pattinson's favorite artists. So it's definitely understandable what the attraction is. Besides, everyone from Joaquin Phoenix (Johnny Cash) to Jamie Foxx (Ray Charles) have garnered critical acclaim for playing troubled musicians.

The thing here is that Jeff Buckley remains such an important figure -- a musical legend if not an idol -- to so many people that it might be hard to please everybody in this situation. And this isn't the first time Pattinson has been rumored to play an iconic musician. He was reportedly circling a film biopic of Kurt Cobain, a move which Courtney Love called "stupid." Robert Pattinson later denied he was even thinking about donning Cobain's tattered sweater.

Point is, tread carefully, Edward. This could go really well or it could go really poorly. It's a gamble either way.

Kristen Stewart is about to have a big year, even by Kristen Stewart's standards. Not only will the 20-year-old actress begin to wind down the "Twilight" franchise with the first installment of "Breaking Dawn," she'll also appear in a film adaption of one of the most iconic novels in American literature: "On The Road."

By way of promoting these projects--as well as her intention to do something altruistic with all that "Twilight" cash--Stewart is appearing in the upcoming issue of Vogue. And, frankly, she looks dynamite.

The above shot is one of the outtakes from the Mario Testino-photographed shoot. On first glance, Stewart reminds us of classic Hollywood beauties like Vivien Leigh and Elizabeth Taylor. However, on further review, another face came to mind:

Hey girl! No one woman should have all that Bettie Page swag, Katy Perry. It's only fitting that Kristen Stewart gets to try it on for size.

It would take a a ton of patience and a very steady hand to get a real pumpkin looking exactly like some of our favorite celebs. And we're too busy scaring ourselves with celebrity zombies and getting our lazy people's Lady Gaga and Katy Perry costumes ready to be bothered with scooping out the seeds, tacking on the stencil and beginning to carve, only to end up throwing down the carving tools, trashing the pumpkin altogether and playing video games. Or is that just me?

So we had one of our graphic designers here at MTV get us the next best thing--Photoshopped celebrity pumpkins! From Justin Bieber to Willow Smith, some of these gourds are both trick and treat.

We can see it now--Spencer Pratt as Ichabod Crane and Heidi Montag as The Headless Horseman.  But I can think of a couple reasons why she might need to get her horseman's cape altered a bit (ahem).

The evolution from Snooki to Snooki pumpkin (Snookin?) is a natural one seeing as how the little guidette is already the perfect shade of orange. But it might be hard to find a pumpkin with a pouf growing from the top of it. Wait, does Ed Hardy make pumpkins yet?

OBVIOUSLY Katy Perry's now-signature blue hair and Ken Jeong's dreamy "little tiger snooze" costume were two of the biggest standout style moments from last night's 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Those, and the Jersey Shore" girls and Lindsay Lohan, who had on enough metallics to permanently deprogram all of the metal detectors at LAX. But there were also a handful of beauty trends and quirky details that shouldn't be overlooked.

Nude/Next-To-Nude Lips: Flashy dresses and obviously made-up eyes ruled the Movie Awards red carpet, but bold lips did not. Even Katy Perry followed the "play up ONE thing" rule, offsetting her blue wig with baby pink lips. Audrina Patridge and Stephanie Pratt followed suit, complementing their black-lined eyes with just a trace of neutral gloss. Meanwhile, Jessica Biel took natural glam to even hotter new places.

Pretty Ponytails! Audrina Patridge's ponytail kept her look fresh and not too overly done. Nicky Hilton's loosely braided ponytail looked picture-perfect, and Kristen Stewart's messy-on-purpose ponytail made us fall in love with her all over again.

Katy Perry's Neon Nails: You may have been too busy noticing Katy Perry's other ... assets... like her BLUE WIG, obviously. But look closely, and Katy pulled off two manis in one night! A super-summery neon yellow for the red carpet, and hot pink during her "California Gurls" performance. That's a seasoned showbiz pro for you, nailing every last detail.

Heavy Metals: Christina Aguilera's all about the S&M and freaky-deaky between-the-sheetsies behavior these days. (Don't believe me? Have you seen this?) So her Versace Atelier chain detail dress was the perfect way to say "I may clean up nicely, but I'm still ready to get 'Dirrty.' " And we also loved Audrina Patridge's chained-and-cuffed Giuseppe Zanotti spike heels.
