Latest in the long line of hip-hop/R&B songs extolling the virtues of romantic loyalty and steadfast support — going back to LL Cool J's "Around The Way Girl," through Method Man and Mary J. Blige's "You're All I Need" — is T.I. and Keri Hilson's "Got Your Back." And we've got a sneak peek of the video right here.
Produced by DJ Toomp, the track is a buoyant, jumpy little love song about holding it down for the one you love. It's taken from T.I.'s upcoming album, King Uncaged, which is reportedly due out in September.
In this short clip, we see a lot of Keri Hilson and a little of T.I., as the king and Keri trade lines about sticking to each other like glue. There's a suggestion of a storyline going on, involving a guy in jail and a girl waiting for his release, but we'll have to wait for the full-length version to get to the bottom of it.
Check out the sneak peek below, and stay tuned for the full "Got Your Back" video, premiering tomorrow, July 22.

Method Man and Redman fans needed advice, so Meth and Red stopped by Fort Buzzworthy and dropped some knowledge and tips on you about the things you needed knowledge about.
Topics and tips covered include:
+ Male-female relationships. Specifically going beast mode on a dude, making your presence known "quietly, without talking," and showing some ass in a way that it's not being seen.
+ NOT using the term "ballin'," UNLESS it's SPECIFICALLY and absolutely in direct reference to Jim Jones.
+ Eating quiche.
+ Eating a d+++.
+ Eating clean.
+ Cat names.
+ Spitting in people's drinks.
+ Amazing new slang: "No fish sticks." (You got that, Kanye?)
Watch Method Man and Redman help some sad quiche-eating, cat-naming souls out in Buzzworthy's advice-column interview below. Besides Blackout! 2, this interview's the best Meth-and-Red pairing since How High. (No disrespect to Meth's work as Cheese Wagstaff, R.I.P!)

Method Man and Redman's Buzzworthy advice interview is coming up soon, but while we finish it up, I thought I'd share what Meth and Red had to say about living clean and staying in shape.
Now, for those of you wondering how you can look right and tight while you just sit there, blissfully sucking down your third bacon double cheeseburger, maybe you're not aware that Method Man and Redman live completely meat-free. Put this way, Method Man and Redman are to vegetarianism what, let's say, Kanye West is to being a total crybaby. So here are a few tips, courtesy of Method Man and Redman, for going vegetarian:
+ Hit up Whole Foods -- Method Man's a big proponent of the healthy chain's many ready-to-go offerings. Method Man was also quick to call out their fake-meat crumbles and veggie burger selections.
+ Go green: Method Man's all about edamame and emphasized its skin purifying qualities. (I had no idea!)
+ No McDonald's -- Redman's tip for losing weight. (Also a key to being a vegetarian, obviously. Though I hear their iced coffee's the jam.)
Method and Redman answered fitness questions, and Method revealed that Redman, at his absolute fittest, can do 200 pull-ups (!!!). Coming from someone who can't even fake that, like, dead-hang thing, that blew my mind.
Stay tuned for Method Man and Redman's full-length Buzzworthy advice video to get their expert opinions on office flirtation, pursuing shy dudes, quiche, the Mexican Jonas Brothers, and white people using the term "ballin'." (Spoiler: don't.) Now go listen to Blackout 2, and watch your back, Big Breakfast.

So what kind of advice do you need? Wanna know what that clicking sound in your jaw is? Will she say "yes" if you pop the question? Leave your "burning" questions in the comments, and I'll ask Method and Redman when they're here next week.
