+ Project Runway winner Christian Siriano just launched a new makeup line for Victoria's Secret Beauty and he wants to give you a downtown makeover, and not in the hot-tranny-mess way. (NYMag)

+ Kylie Minogue, touring North America next month, is looking (what'd you say, Christian?) fierce on the cover of Instinct magazine. (We Are Pop Slags)

+ Big Boi is coming out with another solo album, but Andre 3000 fans don't fret. Outkast will also release another album of crazy soon after. (AllHipHop)

+ Hip-hop power couple Ashanti and Nelly called it quits this week. Truly a sad day. Even more sad than Michael Jackson not being buried for the last two months, though that comes in at a close second. (Rap-Up)

+ Just another caaaaaasual travel day for Lady Gaga, wearing nothing more than a g-string onesie. Comfy and caaaasual. (Bossip)

+ Mariah Carey has covered Foreigner's "I Want To Know What Love Is" and is releasing it as the official first single off her forthcoming album "Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel." (Neon Limelight)

+ Seemed like a case of deja vu when Madonna showed up at last night's Costume Institute Gala at The Met looking a hot mess (just like that time she looked like Little Bo Peep on crack -- see above). Her only saving grace this time around was that she had arm candy Jesus Luz with her.  <LICK!> (D Listed)

+ Rihanna, on the other hand, looked fuggin GORGEOUS, even in men's clothing. (MTV News)

+ Maybe if she didn't oversing EVERY. SINGLE. NOTE. then Jennifer Hudson wouldn't be forced to cancel dates on her tour due to throat-related issues. Whatevs. Still LOVE that girl. (Singersroom)

+ Mom's pride and joy Heidi Montag will be posing topless for Playboy as a wedding gift to her husband Spencer Pratt. Personally, I'd have preferred a nice bottle of champers, but that's just me. (Pop On The Pop)

+ In other pertinent world news, Lindsay Lohan is once again defending her weight. (US Magazine)

+ I just CAN'T with these celebrities and their fragrances. Now Nelly??  REALLY?? (Bossip)

Do we really need to outline all the many reasons America's sweetheart Taylor Swift would make the universe's best girlfriend? Is the WWW even BIG enough?

Aside from the fact that she's: gorge, totally talented, a hockey fan, AND Jonas Brothers-approved, we think there are some other importante things to note about why we would totally, truly, madly, deeply love it (IF we were a guy... or into chicks...) and IF Taylor Swift were our girlfriend.

5. We'd Be Fully Famous: So, not to be all "me, me, me," BUT Taylor has been very clear about the fact that she writes honest songs. In the March issue of SELF magazine, she even said: “If you don’t want me to write bad songs about you, then don’t do bad things.” Statistically speaking, chances are we'd do something stupid, Taylor would get mad, and then she'd write a song about us! Yay!

4. The Brothers Jonas: I know Taylor's so over her cell phone split from Joe Jonas, and of course I'd wait until the second or third date to bring it up, but it still would be fun to dish and get the once-and-for-allskies real-deal scoop on what went down Jonas-wise.

3. The Sparkly Guitar: Maybe she'd let us play it! (And don't even front like you're NOT completely obsessed with that thing too!)

2. Horse Play: She could teach us how to ride a horse!

1. DEMI LOVATO! So, if we dated Taylor Swift, we'd obvs have to meet her friends. And that means Demi Lovato! Are you reading this, Taylor? Seriously: We love hockey and horses (and Kings of Leon sometimes too), so let's hang!

Okay. Now we're gonna watch "White Horse" (oh what IS UP, Laguna Beach alum, Stephen Colletti?) and weep into our pillow again.

PS: Watch another classic "Girlfriend" video after the jump! (Spoiler: It's *NSYNC's "Girlfriend" remix, featuring Nelly. Taylor, sorry if this is getting creepy.)

So, I just interviewed Jadakiss -- dude was hilarious, and I'll have the interview for you soon -- but while we were waiting in the green room for the shooter to finish setting up the camera, this song came on the TV, which was playing MTV Jams: "Over And Over" by Nelly, featuring Tim McGraw, which was an unlikely but amazing pairing. It's the smoothest cold-weather throw-back track (all the way back to 2004!) I totally forgot about but am SO glad is now totally on replay in my personal rotation.

Jadakiss turned it up and started singing along, and soon we were joking around about how we'd have that song stuck in our heads "over and over and over" until something else unforgettable comes along to replace it. (Like something off 'Kiss' upcoming album, The Last Kiss, or Jadakiss' "Letter to B.I.G." Shout out to the Coogi sweater!)

Remember that time Heidi Montag "rapped" on TRL and made everyone watching only less uncomfortable than, say, walking in on their parents doing it? So does Nelly, who treated the Hills star's foray into hip-hop diplomatically before he resurrected his classic hit "Hot In Herre" on Total Finale Live later on.

Total Finale Live is halfway over, but the party's barely started backstage. Here's everything you won't see on camera that's happening backstage right now...

+ 10:30-something? WTRL? The show's OVER? I'm off to go get these interviews up for you -- Good Charlotte, TAI's Sisky, Nelly, and more. Read the always-hilarious Jim Cantiello's play-by-play of the show for more!

+ 10:01 Ludacris chills on the couch in the green room and watches 50 Cent perform while Kid Rock looks on, smoking a cigar.

+ 9:58 Just when 50 Cent is finally making his way toward the studio, Kid Rock shows up.  "Ohhhh. I never met this guy before," Kid says.  When the two greet each other, Kid Rock tells 50, "Eminem always tells me I need to meet you when I'm in Detroit."

+ 9:52 Hilary Duff was reminiscing about her first TRL experience -- standing in front of the big window facing Broadway while the fans cheered for her on the street. "I didn't ever want to leave the window!"

+ 9:44 50 Cent and Diddy met each other during a MTV News interview outside of the studio. 50 joked to Diddy about trying to get his spot producing shows at MTV, then they both laughed about who's making the most money.  After Diddy left, 50 had a question for the crowd in the hallway -- "Ok, be honest. Who's cooler? Me or Puff?"

+ 9:34 Justin Timberlake was dancing in his dressing room to Snoop's "Drop It Like It's Hot."

+ 9:27 Snoop Dogg is patiently posing for photo after photo after photo....

+ 9:20 Ludacris is signing a TRL yearbook while JC Chasez chills in the VIP room.

+ 9:16 Teyana Taylor's testing out the TRL photo booth!

+ 9:10 We The Kings are talking shop with Joel and Benji Madden from Good Charlotte.

+ 9:00 The Academy Is ... bassist Adam Siska was the man behind the Pete Wentz mask!

+ 8:45 Snoop Dogg says he thinks they should convert the times square studio in to a club (and he should be made part owner for coming up with the idea). Also, Nelly says he's gonna miss the energy of TRL and seeing the fans and artists coming together in such a way.

+ 8:40 No Pete Wentz, but definitely a man wearing a Pete mask when Fall Out Boy came down to the TRL studio during the show. The guys had just a few minutes to make their rounds before everyone went down to the street for their performance.

+ 8:37 As Justin Timberlake went to his dressing room, Diddy walked out of another room and greeted manager Johnny Wright.

+ 8:35pm Justin Timberlake just came in the TRL studios... one VIP saw him and told her friend, "oh my God. Justin Timberlake is here."

+ 8:27 Benji and Joel Madden were doing an interview at the TRL stage door when Joel's ex, Hilary Duff, walked by within inches! Looked over her shoulder straight-faced and blew by.

Y'all, I'm like sitting here up to my knees in Puffs Plus (the extra-aloe kind), bawlin' like a bambino over the last-ever afternoon episode of TRL, which aired today.

And when the All-American Rejects weren't busy pulling up the floor boards (hey, we're gonna need those for the TRL finale this Sunday!), Damien and Lyndsey counted down the top 10 live performances of TRL's 10-year history.

Chart toppers included a medley of Snoop Dogg classics, Alicia Keys' 2007 performance of "No One," and  Outkast "Hey Ya"-ing on Halloween in 2003.

But it's most fitting that the princess of TRL, Britney Spears, whose 2003 performance of "Me Against the Music," came in at #7, right beneath TRL's crown prince, Justin Timberlake and the rest of consummate TRL boy band *NSYNC, who made it to the #10 spot for their 1998 performance of "Tearin Up My Heart." Meanwhile JT's 2002 solo performance of "Like I Love You" won him the distinguished honor of the #1 top TRL performance ever.

+ Watch Britney, Justin, and *NSYNC's performances, and check out more of the all-time biggest and best live TRL performances. And don't miss Justin himself -- plus JC Chasez (bringing us two steps closer to an *NSYNC revival!), Backstreet Boys, Snoop, Beyonce, Ludacris, Nelly, Diddy, Hilary Duff, Good Charlotte, Taylor Swift, Fall Out Boy, 50 Cent, and more this Sunday, November 16 at 8pm ET on Total Finale Live.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go pull myself together and then go downstairs and loot! (Maybe the photo booth hasn't been swiped yet!) See you Sunday!

We’re just bittersweet DAYS from the real-deal last-ever episode of TRL -- this Sunday, November 16 at 8pm ET. So, here’s everything you need to know about who’s performing and appearing on the star-studded two-hour boo-hoo fest that’ll close the door on TRL forever-ever.

OLD-SCHOOL PLAYERS:
Old enough to remember Carson Daly? (Come on. You’re not THAT young!) Good. because the pioneering TRL host will be back in the house to co-host the night's farewell festivities, along with Damien Fahey. And a parade of co-hosts and VJs, including Lyndsey Rodrigues, Vanessa Minnillo, Dave Holmes, Jesse Camp, Hilarie Burton (Peyton!!), Susie Castillo, La La Vasquez and Quddus (soooo hot! – ed.) will be stopping by to reflect, reminisce, and see how their old dressing rooms held up.

PERFORMERS:
Beyonce/ Sasha FIERCE will be performing live, which is simply unMISSABLE, speaking of which, so is the Backstreet Boys' performance (minus Kevin –- frowny face! It's been too long guys, and you've so shown me the meaning of being lonely!) Anyway, ALSO Ludacris, Snoop Dogg and Nelly will be teaming up for a one-night-only three-way performance, not to be outdone by the monied, the powerful 50 Cent’s live performance or Fall Out Boy’s in-studio performance.

ALSO APPEARING:
Diddy -- the unofficial godfather of TRL -- will make his 37th (and final!!) TRL appearance. A glittering Mariah Carey will be there too, as well Justin Timberlake AND JC Chasez, which is like two-fifths of *NSYNC! Country-pop princess Taylor Swift, the always-glam Hilary Duff, Good Charlotte's Benji and Joel Madden (cordially, I’m sure), Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst, and Korn's Jonathan Davis will all be in the soon-to-be-shuttered TRL studio to give the show the send off it deserves, while Christina Aguilera and Travis Barker will join the party via the magic of satellite, however that works.

+ Too depressed to remember that Total Finale Live is this Sunday, November 16 at 8pm ET? Embed this noise, AND come back heyah to the MTV Buzzworthy blog this Sunday for celebrity interviews, photos, and more behind-the-scenes access to the big TRL farewell.

[UPDATE: An earlier version of this post incorrectly indicated that Kevin Richardson would be on hand as part of Total Finale Live. Buzzworthy apologizes for any confusion this misinformation may have caused.]

Wake up, Backstreet fans! In less than a month from now, Backstreet Boys -- the band that's synonymous with O.G. TRL, stark-raving mad fans, lockstep dance moves and synchronized sultry stares — will return to TRL!

Way before the Jonas Brothers bit us with their lil "Lovebug" and had all of Times Square "Burnin' Up," Backstreet Boys laid down the law of love, imploring girls around the world to "Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)."

And on the bittersweet TRL finale on Sunday, November 16, Backstreet Boys will perform live again on the TRL stage, one last time before the TRL lights go dark forever. (Sniff!)

Also, don't miss performances by Fall Out Boy, Beyonce, and Ludacris, and appearances by Mariah Carey, Nelly, Snoop Dogg, Benji and Joel Madden, Fred Durst, Jonathan Davis of Korn and more!

Carson Daly himself will be there, along with Damien, Lyndsey, and a motley crew of TRL and old-school MTV alum -- like Quddus -- will be stopping by.

Check out two classic Backstreet Boys videos and watch more BSB videos here -- Backstreet's (almost) back, y'all!

UPDATE: The entire show is now available online. What are you waiting for??

Whether you're an old-school head (think Eric B & Rakim, Run DMC, Sugar Hill Gang) a recent convert (think: Eminem, 50 Cent, Weezy) or just a big-time Tracy Morgan fan (Think: "Brian Fellows' Safari Planet"), you're not gonna want to miss tonight's 2008 VH1 Hip Hop Honors.

Here, we've rounded up the best behind-the-scenes dirt, backstage photos and red carpet reportage to get you your most readiest for the big night. Here's a few reasons you'll want to tune in tonight at 10pm:

+ Tracy Morgan's hosting, and he's not afraid to give it up for the most powerful woman in politics: Tina Fey.

+ Gym Class Heroes' Travis McCoy is heading up the backstage interviews, and you won't wanna miss him reminiscing with Busta Rhymes over Slick Rick's jewels.

+ This year's honorees are some of the biggest names in hip-hop: Cypress Hill, De La Soul, Naughty By Nature, Slick Rick and Too $hort. Yahurd?

+ The performances are gonna be HOT. We're talking Kid Rock, Lil Jon, Cee-Lo, Fat Joe, Flavor Flav, Wyclef Jean and much, much more.

+ There's nothing like seeing history in the making. Find out which of this year's moments will join Nelly and Ciara's tribute to LL Cool J as one of the best moments in Hip Hop Honors' history.

+ The guys from Naughty by Nature have so many skillz they can even kick it a cappella. Hip-hop hooray!

+ You'll get to see Gym Class Heroes, Busta Rhymes, De La Soul and Bun B showing off their favorite hip hop moves. (We still say the Running Man's timeless).

+ Even the rehearsals are dope. From the Public Enemy runthrough to Travis McCoy's Cypress Hill tribute, all we can say is BRING IT.

+ And speaking of Cypress Hill, you'll want to hear why they had a police escort in Illinois. Plus find out how De La Soul passes the time when they're on the road.

+ The spontaneous infomercials. Despite his apparent lack of coordination, we're thinking Katy Perry's boyfriend might've missed his calling.

+ It's all about the style. Special shout-outs to Cee-Lo for his shiny, velour spacesuit and Biz Markie's for his 45-pound bling... thing.

PLUS, get even more prepped with videos from some of tonight's top performers and honorees. We've been waiting All Summer Long for such a Vivrant Thing, and now Something's Gotta Give before we Get Low and go Insane in the Brain. So check out hits from Cypress Hill, Naughty By Nature, Busta Rhymes and Lil Jon and try not to go loco. Like we did just there.
