The Trace is that band you bring home to mom. They're badass on the outside, but probably great boyfriends supersweet on the inside. And please forgive me for not opening with a line about how talented The Trace are as musicians, but I got momentarily distracted by THEIR HANDSOME FACES.

Moving on to the tunes: Made up of four dudes from Bethlehem, PA, I'd like to call The Trace a pop-rock band because their songs are hooky enough to be pop tunes and hard-core enough to be rock songs. But there's something else floating around in the mix -- maybe it's the boys' heartfelt lyrics, or maybe it's their supertight harmonies, but The Trace possesses a unique quality that sets them apart from other pop rockers.

It's totally possible that this "quality" is actually the fact that these dudes have shared the stage with like, 10 trillion famous rockers. The Trace have performed alongside Hot Chelle Rae, Boys Like Girls, Yellowcard, The Ready Set, New Found Glory, All Time Low, Iyaz Jason Derulo and Honor Society, to name a few.

But it's not all rock for the boys. Ballads like "All In All" show the boys' softer, dare I say in-touch-with-their-feminine side: "I won't go/Until we're safe and sound/With your taste inside my mouth/Just saying, until this moment leaves/There's no place I'd rather be/Will you stay with me?" Again, this was the kind of band you could bring home to Mom! And Dad probably won't punch them out, either.

The Trace's new album The Trace EP is out now.

Who doesn't love New Found Glory, honestly? These guys are the most chill bros ever -- I know because I just interviewed them! The "Radiosurgery" band recently stopped by MTV to chat about the stuff that YOU wrote in and asked them! And, um, you guys are great interviewers. Nice work! But don't get me fired, kthx.

In our first exclusive video clip, New Found Glory reveal their deepest secrets. For example, they want Beyoncé to cover the 2002 hit "My Friends Over You." Frontman Jordan Pudnik even gives us a little impression of what that might sound like. No offense, Jordan, but I think Bey would actually SLAY that song. The guys also let us in on what song they love that they wish they wrote themselves. Freudian ish, y'all.

In our second video, NFG get a little emo when they let us in on which New Found Glory song is most meaningful for them to play. Guitarist Chad Gilbert tells us, "'Truck Stop Blues.' Well, the chorus says, 'I'll never let this go/I'm in a different state every night...' The biggest sacrifice for us is having to leave our loved ones at home and when we play that song, I feel those lyrics the most." On the count of three (1, 2, 3): AWWWWW! The dudes also open up about their favorite songs on their latest album Radiosurgery, and who's made them super starstruck. (Seriously hilarious story. Watch!)

A month after the release of their seventh album, Radiosurgery, and seven weeks into their "Pop Punk's Not Dead 2" tour, New Found Glory's Jordan Pundik and Chad Gilbert took some time out before their Nov. 1 House Of Blues show in Cleveland to shoot a "Buzzworthy Live" acoustic performance of "Radiosurgery."

Gone are the twists and turns of the band's electric guitars, leaving just a perfect piece of punk-pop that could easily be mistaken for a Ted Leo b-side, Elvis Costello demo or early Green Day cut. Be prepared for it to invade your brain and stay there indefinitely.

+ Watch New Found Glory's Buzzworthy Live acoustic performance of "Radiosurgery," watch the "Radiosurgery" video below, and stay tuned for Buzzworthy's exclusive interviews with New Found Glory.

++ UPDATE: Watch New Found Glory Answer Your Fan Questions! ++

New Found Glory is stopping by MTV HQ, and we need some assistance with our interview -- we want YOU doing the asking! Being that the guys are such good sports, they've agreed to take a few fan questions, and we love them even more for it.

Get out your Anderson Cooper thinking caps and let us know what you need to know. Ask the dudes about their latest studio album, Radiosurgery. Or the weirdest tattoo among them. Or whether they think Beyoncé's having a boy or a girl. Wait, this is your job now, people. Hop to it!

Today we shared our favorite fall albums in Buzzworthy's Fall Music 2011 Preview. The lineup of 29 new albums includes heavy hitters -- Drake's Take Care album, Britney's B In The Mix: The Remixes 2 remix album and Rihanna's untitled sixth studio album, due out this November -- solo efforts from Patrick Stump and Joe Jonas, and small-but-strong up-and-comers like I Fight Dragons and Allstar Weekend.

And now we wanna hear from you! Which new fall album are you most excited about?

Lovatics already sent Demi Lovato's Unbroken to No. 1. Rihanna's personal military will surely rally the troops for her upcoming sixth studio album. Meanwhile Britney Stans are breathing heavy in anticipation of Britney's B In The Mix: The Remixes 2 album. And artists like YelaWolf and J. Cole are releasing their debut albums but already attracted legions of die-hard fans.

Gym Class Heroes fans have been waiting three years for a new album after 2008's The Quilt, and Evanescence fans have been waiting HALF A DECADE for the band's third studio album. Blink-182 fans might've thought they'd never see the day that Travis Barker, Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLonge would reunite for their Neighborhoods album, eight years after releasing Blink-182.

So which fall album will you have on repeat all season long? Vote in our fall 2011 album poll. We'll announce the album with the most votes on Tuesday, Oct. 4!

It's officially fall, y'all. Which means pumpkin lattes (unnecessary yet impossible to resist), bowls of free candy (dooon't mind if I do) and a superabundant stream of new albums vying for any remaining space on your iPod. So here at Buzzworthy, our music writers -- Tamar Anitai, Nicole James, Jason Newman, Jenna Rubenstein and Brad Stern -- harvested 29 of our favorite new and upcoming albums into a fall-friendly guide that's easier to digest than those weird brown candy corns.

The fall music forecast calls for dance floor fillers such as Jason Derulo's Future History, Patrick Stump's Soul Punk and Joe Jonas' Fast Life (two highly anticipated solo missions!), with high chances of comebacks like Blink-182's Neighborhoods, Evanescence's self-titled album, Gym Class Heroes' The Papercut Chronicles II and Demi Lovato's Unbroken. Expect new music by overachievers too: Britney released Femme Fatale six month ago, but that's not stopping her from dropping her remix album next month. And Rihanna will debut her sixth studio album almost a year to the day she released her Loud album, which is still riding high on the charts.

So, without further adieu or belaboring, check out Buzzworthy's Fall Music Preview 2011 -- 29 new fall albums on our radar that need to be on yours too! And vote for the fall album you're most excited about!

SAVES THE DAY, Daybreak: Saves The Day's been playing a serious game of musical chairs and contending with a constantly shifting lineup. Case in point? The band's latest album, Daybreak (featuring the title track, which is an 11-minute rock opera), is the first without longtime guitarist David Soloway and their first (and last) with temporary drummer Spencer Peterson. But Daybreak leaves no room for skeptics. There's "1984," an homage to old-school garage rock, and "O," an unassuming ballad that features lead vocalist Chris Conley literally begging to be with his woman (we'll pause for the collective "Awww"). Instant classic. -- Jenna Rubenstein
Standout songs: "1984," "O," "Undress Me"
Release date: Sept. 13

CODY SIMPSON, Coast To Coast: Perhaps best known as Australia's answer to Justin Bieber (start screaming now!), 14-year-old heartthrob Cody Simpson's about to set dozens of young hearts ablaze with the release of his second stateside EP, Coast to Coast, on Sept. 20. Channeling all the best young blond crooners -- from Jesse McCartney to Aaron Carter -- Cody Simpson's bringing straight-up R&B-pop on his latest EP, including his swoon-y springtime single "On My Mind" and his most recent release, the breakup ballad "Not Just You." With album production credits that include Danja, The Messengers and Adele hitmaker Fraser T. Smith, his musical team is more top talent than teenybopper. -- Brad Stern
Standout songs: "On My Mind," "Angel," "Not Just You"
Release date: Sept. 20

DEMI LOVATO, Unbroken: On Unbroken, her third album, Demi Lovato comes clean, inspires and experiments with something totally healthy: musical styles. Though Unbroken reflects her time getting sober and getting healthy after entering rehab in late 2010, Unbroken's both confessional and cathartic. Pulling in Timbaland, Missy Elliott and Iyaz, Demi goes dance-pop on party tracks such as "All Night Long" and "Who's That Boy" (featuring Dev) while going beneath the surface into personal territory, like on her revelatory, Phoenix-rising redemption song, "Skyscraper." Demi's definitely on the right track: Unbroken went to No. 1 within the first HOUR it was released. -- Tamar Anitai
Standout songs: "Skyscraper," "Give Your Heart A Break," "Who's That Boy"
Release date: Sept. 20

New Found Glory is about to release their seventh (SEVENTH!!!) studio album. Last month, we brought you "Radiosurgery," the band's first single off their forthcoming album of the same name. And just the other week (late pass!) New Found Glory released another song off of Radiosurgery. It's called "Dumped." We miiiight know where this one is headed.

"Dumped" is a cheeky, energetic, pop/punk record that's reminiscent of earlier NFG. The guitars are tight, the drums are pounding and the song's message speaks to exactly what you'd expect -- all the totally s***ty crap and hindsight that comes with a breakup. In guitarist Chad Gilbert's own words: "'Dumped' is one of the most straightforward songs on the album. It's kind of saying that you realize after everything went down that you're better off without the person, but you don't like it because you went through so much crap and now the relationship is over." Lyrically, the band nails it too as they so eloquently describe the unique brand of torture that accompanies a bad breakup: "You always knew that you could have me/Or just about anyone/And now I'm stuck here with a mouth full of regret."

Wait, doesn't anyone wanna sing about being happy for your ex that they've moved on to a good place? Can't we be thankful that we once loved and learned from one another?! OK, yeah, screw that.

New Found Glory's already released six studio albums, and here comes another. We know seven is a lucky number and all, but aren't these dudes tired? Guess we'll find out because today they released "Radiosurgery," the first single off of NFG's seventh studio album. After a quick listen, it sounds like New Found Glory's still got it. In fact, they don't sound a day over three albums old!

"Radiosurgery" is a perfect pop-rock song that documents that classic breakup dilemma that I like to call "I can't effing stop thinking about your stupid face and it's making me really angry." Of course the band puts it more eloquently: "My head is like a traffic jam/I can't stop crashing into bad..../I find it hard to breathe, yeah to breathe/I can't get your face outta my head/It makes my brain hurt/I need radiosurgery."

If New Found Glory's vivid lyrics weren't enough to drive home the true meaning of "Radiosurgery," the boys took to their website to elaborate. "There are certain things in life that are extremely hard to get over. No matter how hard or long you go trying to forget, it's always there somewhere in your mind. Some things can be so heavy that they torment and enter every thought, making you feel semi-insane. If our thoughts were like tumors we could have them removed. Using RADIOSURGERY."

Thanks, New Found Glory -- a new song and a new word for us to incorporate into our next sentence. Here's mine: "I wish I could use RADIOSURGERY to make myself forget about the double cheeseburger with fries I ate for dinner last night." Your turn.

Paramore's off and running on the Honda Civic Tour, and frontwoman Hayley Williams just sent us her second tour blog from the road, and she's got nothing but love for the bands she's touring with. Read her first blog update here, and check out Posted.mtv.com for more photos, videos, blog posts and updates from Paramore.

Hey there. Blog No. 2 comin' at ya.

Couldn't really decide what I wanted to write about today. Then I realized that it's my blog so I can pretty much say whatever I want, right? It might seem like the easy route, but I have decided on sharing the wealth that is the Honda Civic Tour with all of you. And I will exploit the likeness of all our friends on tour with us at the moment.

In my personal opinion, this is one of the most diverse and credible lineups we've ever been a part of. There's something for everyone. So, I'll get down to it, and maybe you'll find some good music you can get into.

First up, as direct support, we brought along my favorite female artists on the scene. Canada's own Tegan and Sara. Their new album, "Sainthood," is my favorite of their six albums. (Listen to the song "The Ocean," it's so good it'll make you cry.) That's right, SIX albums. They've been doing their thing for something like 12 years now and are still producing incredible music. And the show they put on isn't even worth trying to explain in text form. I finally got to catch a show when they were in Nashville at The Ryman Auditorium. Watching them live turned me into an even bigger fan. Honestly, though, one of the greatest things about them -- to me, anyways -- is how they carry themselves both on and off the stage. It's not particularly easy being a woman in the industry (as we discussed in my last post) but to be two gay women in the industry seems to be a whole other thing. I'm sure they've faced many more judgments and wacky criticisms than I have. I respect their composure, their intelligence, their wit ... and I look up to them a lot. We're so proud to have them on the tour with us. If you're coming to a show, don't miss them! Get there and pay attention! Considering they've been around for twice as many years as we have, it's about time that everyone hears about this band.

You've probably heard their song "Walking With A Ghost," but check out their new video for a new song "On Directing."

Second on the bill, is my favorite pop punk band of all time. Ladies and gents, we have New Found Glory. Their seventh and latest album, Not Without A Fight, features them doing what they do best, which is playing frustratingly catchy songs with as much balls as you can imagine. From the southern part of Florida, they started out as a bunch of misfits and ended up taking over such giants as MTV. Even headlined the very tour we're all out on now. I think what I love most about them is how massive they were able to get without losing their heads. The same dudes who have a "retired" hit video from TRL (remember that show?) also play secret shows in their hometown of Coral Springs, Florida, and release EPs and vinyl on the very cool and influential hard-core label Bridge 9 Records. To me, that's what it means to make it. To be able to go to the top and still create art the way you want to create it. Hopefully, when we've been around as long as NFG have -- what, 13 years now? -- we'll be able to look back and see that we've done the same.

If you liked their video for "My Friends Over You," you have to see their new video for "Truck Stop Blues."
