As part of MTV's Indie Music Month, we're premiering videos from some of the most exciting artists in the indie music scene. Today, iconoclastic UK singer PJ Harvey gets all pastoral on us with the premiere of "The Colour of the Earth," a comforting video that makes us want to hop in a rental car and get out of this bustling city and on to quieter, greener settings.

We're still torn on which half of the video we like more. In the first bit, Harvey and a group of handsome older gentleman awkwardly figure out what to do with themselves and when to look in the camera while they sing an a capella version of "The Colour of the Earth," a melodic folk tune with production values as lush as the countryside that surrounds them. In the second half, we hear the proper studio version of "The Colour of The Earth" while the camera tours the farm setting, glimpsing shots of chickens, trees and hail-covered ground.

Either way, the video make us want to adopt a British accent, move to the countryside and just write folk songs all day. Sigh.

This week's MTV PUSH Artist of the Week is the incomparable Florence + The Machine. Both on stage and on record, Florence Welch, along with her band, has been mesmerizing listeners with her theatrical, haunting voice and her atmospheric sound.

While some of you may know Florence + The Machine for their punky single "Kiss With A Fist," much of Florence + The Machine's material is more stately and ethereal, reminiscent of Kate Bush and PJ Harvey.

In the interview clip below, Welch actually goes into detail about the origins of her band's intoxicating sound and how they go about producing it.

Florence And The Machine's debut album, Lungs, is out now.

Here we have some new music from the "Eclipse" soundtrack, courtesy of Florence And The Machine's "Heavy In Your Arms."

Regardless of how you feel about "The Twilight Saga," whether you count yourself among the hardest core of hard-core Twi-hards, or you're merely someone who casually passes through Forks whenever the movies drop -- you can't deny that the atmospheric music takes the movies to a whole new level.

As we saw in the parking lot love triangle scene between Bella, Edward and Jacob that debuted on the MTV Movie Awards last night, "Eclipse" is packing some seriously heavy drama. With that in mind, this Florence And The Machine track certainly matches the mood.

Florence And The Machine -- we fell in love with the band back in 2008 -- has been compared to the likes of PJ Harvey and Kate Bush, and "Heavy In Your Arms" totally invokes both of those iconic vocalists. It's pained, sparse and full of soaring vocals, arching over minimal percussion and piano.

I know that this is supposed to be an interview with Shwayze and you're watching it and you're saying, 'I see Shwayze, singer/emcee, performer of the summer breeze of song "Buzzin'." But who invited the Doobie Brothers roadie?'

Well, that's Cisco Adler, who you may remember from such hits as, "I Dated Mischa Barton" or "I Dated Lauren Conrad" or perhaps most notably, "I Am Most Notable For Having Some Naked Pictures Of Myself Wind Up On The Internet."

In truth, Shwayze is both one dude's name and the name of a group (or project) that encompasses said dude and Adler. So...they're like PJ Harvey, I guess.

Cisco and Shwayze are gathered to talk candy, frights and Fall; that's right, it's another episode of "Halloween Horrors." Adler recalls the rough streets of his Hawaii youth while Shwayze admits to being something of a Reese's thief.

If you've ever TiVoed The L Word, listened to The Murmurs or watched those cutesy Yoplait commercials -- you know, where two spoon-wielding thirtysomethings attempt to quantify the awesomeness of their yogurt cups ("Mmm, this is like 'shoe-shopping/catching the bouquet/burning this dress!' good!") -- then you've already seen Leisha Hailey in action, (although she's way hotter in her current role).

These days, the actress (and former k.d. lang dater) is throwing all her efforts back into music, teaming up with keyboardist Camila Grey to create the trance-y, electro-pop duo, Uh Huh Her. And while the twosome's name is an homage to PJ Harvey, their sound is more like a more electro version of Annie Lennox, minus the Bowie-esque androgyny.

So check out their new video, "Not a Love Song," and decide whether Leisha should keep cashing those yogurt royalty checks or pursue music full time. And, see if you can make any sense out of the creepy white unicorn. Personally, the one in Mariah's "Touch My Body" clip is slightly less freaky, but if unicorns are taking the place of yachts as the new cliched video prop, then we'll take 'em.
