1.) Ryan Gosling may be easy on the eyes, but he's pretty bad at Twitter. He admittedly slacks on social media, and he confesses that George Clooney's a hunk in a recent collection of video interviews with MTV's Josh Horowitz. (MTV News)

2.) Shout-out to former MTV Buzzworthy bro Leslie Simon and her newest book "Geek Girls Unite"! Talented ladies (Amy Sedaris, Regina Spektor, Tina Fey) tell funny stories in this newly released collection of tales. (Leslie Simon)

3.) Willow Smith took a break from whipping her hair to tweet the title of her new single, "Fireball." We can't decide which song title would hurt more if it slapped us in the face. (That Grape Juice)

4.) '80s babies are offered an instant pop culture flashback in a video interview with the singing voice of Jem of "Jem and the Holograms." It's truly, truly, truly outrageous. (MTV Geek)

4.) "My Life As Liz" fans may know Liz Lee as a misfit teen figuring out life in Texas. But up-and-coming artist Blood Orange sees her as a muse for their latest "Champagne Toast" video. She stars alongside former MTV host Alexa Chung. (MTV Remote Control)

5) Beyonce admirers can catch a behind-the-scene clip of the singer at a recent L'Oréal Paris commercial shoot. Bey's seen wandering the set in a robe while attempting to speak French. She even dishes on her strict diet -- spoiler alert: It's all fiber. (ONTD)

6) Justin Bieber announced the track listing for his holiday album, Under The Mistletoe, which drops Nov. 1. With Mariah Carey and Busta Rhymes collabos, we're pretty sure Santa's no longer the "it guy" come this holiday season. (Rap-Up)

7) Kelly Rowland can't wait to babysit for her BFFs Beyoncé and Jay-Z when the little one arrives. We're betting she's one of those cool babysitters that lets the kid stay up way too late so "Aunt Kelly" can teach him/her some serious dance moves! (Us Magazine)

9) Annnnd this is how you properly rap Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass"... as a 5-year-old. (BuzzFeed)

10) Taylor Swift recently announced that her next album (due out in 2012) is full of all "sad" songs. Next year's breakups officially have a soundtrack. (PopCrush)

You may know Regina Spektor as either that girl who wrote those songs you love in those commercials (I don't care what it's an ad for, I just want to download that SONG!) for XM Satellite Radio, Yahoo, Vodafone, JCPenney and Estée Lauder; movie trailers for "27 Dresses" and "500 Days Of Summer"; and TV shows like "90210," to name a few. Or she's your all-time favorite artist and musical savior, and you worship at her piano like an altar. If you fall into the former camp, it's because you can barely turn on the TV without hearing one of her quirky, lilting, lovely songs like "Fidelity" or "On The Radio" or her intimate, close-to-chest confessions like "The Call" or "Us." But behind the music you've heard selling perfume or a Katherine Heigl movie or providing musical depth to an episode of "Criminal Minds" is a career artist at the age of just 30, with six inimitable anti-folk, baroque-pop albums, a legion of adoring fans, and a Pandora's box of musical influences that range from the Beatles to the bard singers of her native Russia to the Latin music she heard pumping out of cars on the street once she moved to the Bronx.

In this exclusive interview with Regina Spektor, the pianist poet describes what influences the magic of her intelligently artful, wide-eyed and whimsical, lullaby-like music (and finally confirms my long-standing belief that her hair always looks perfect). Plus, watch her "Eet" video and always-unforgettable "Fidelity" video, and check out MTV's exclusive Regina Spektor photo gallery.

Welcome back, Kate Nash! We've really missed you — and your quirky odes to pumpkins and mouthwash.

After taking three years out, the British pop-maiden is back with a new video for the first single off her new album, My Best Friend Is You, which comes out April 20. The clip is for "Do Wah Doo," a Motown-fueled ditty about unrequited love, which has a growling opening reminiscent of "Your Honor" by Regina Spektor.

In the video, Ms. Nash is a flight attendant on a mod-tastic, '60s-themed plane. Amid showing patrons the emergency exists and refilling coffee, she drools over a fellow steward who seems to have googly eyes for a girl who ain't her. Will she end up turning his head in the right direction or will they encounter a major case of love turbulence? Guess you'll have to watch and see.

You may remember Catlin Crosby's face from such shows as Malcolm In The Middle, That's So Raven and That '70s Show, but it's her voice that you should really be getting to know. The Hollywood pop princess is so good, she's already worked with Babyface, Robin Thicke and even Beach Boys legend Brian Wilson.

Her self-titled debut album is loaded with the kind of Regina Spektor / Feist-y ditties we've come to expect in the backgrounds of iPod commercials and big-screen teenage romances. In the whimsical video for first single, "Still Have My Heart," Caitlin bops around an animated scratch-paper backdrop, dealing with a string of doofus blind dates, including one with a dentist! And yes, those dates are really Zach Levi, from Chuck, Albert Reed of Dancing With The Stars, House's Jesse Spencer, and Robert Hoffman, from Step Up To The Streets.

Watch this little charmer, keep an eye out for Caitlin Crosby in upcoming Danny DeVito movie, House Broken, and check out Caitlin's side-project site, loveyourflawz.com, where "imperfect is the new perfect."

These days, everyone who's anyone is partying over in the Twitterverse (bonus -- you don't even have to leave your couch!), and celebs are no exception. Also, if you don't know what Twitter is, a.) Seriously?!, and b.) Watch this.

Anyway, we here at Buzzworthy love Twitter because, well, we Tweet! But also, we love Twitter because the sheer entertainment value of following your favorite celeb CANNOT be overlooked. We've laughed, we've cried, we've poked our eyes out (after reading John Mayer's penis-falling-asleep Tweet) and attempted to set our keyboards on fire (ENERGY!). But we always come back for more.

So, herewith is our roundup of our favorite, must-follow celebrities who Twitter.

CLASS A CRAZIES: This group includes the "must-follows" -- the celebrities whose Tweets are so friggin' BANOODLES you simply cannot miss them.
+ Diddy (@iamdiddy) -- If you follow NO ONE else on this list, please, please, please follow Diddy. (LET'S GO, PEOPLE!)
+ MC Hammer (@MCHammer) -- Apparently he was hiding an early adopter in those glittery Hammer pants!
+ Shaqille O'Neill (@THE_REAL_SHAQ) -- Shaq lives in Twitteronia.
+ Snoop Dogg (@snoopdogg) -- His "izzle" talk just slays me every time. Occassionally Tweets while toking.
+ Steve Buscemi (@steve_buscemi) -- He hates penguins!
+ Solange Knowles (@solangeknowles) -- Love Solange, but when is she NOT Twittering. I think she's the sole reason Twitter keeps crashing.
+ Xzibit (@mrxtothaz)
+ Ryan Seacrest (@RyanSeacrest) -- Dude Tweets DURING COMMERCIAL BREAKS of American Idol! HOW IS THAT EVEN ALLOWED?
+ Lily Allen (@lilyroseallen) -- Lily still kinda hates Perez Hilton, and they are FOREVER back-and-forthing forever on Twitter.
+ Heidi Montag (@montagheidi) -- I swear to the Lord, you will S--T when you see how many of Heidi's Tweets are about Jesus!
+ Spencer Pratt (@prattspencer) -- Sometimes he's on the Bible train too, and he once even compared himself to Jesus. Epic.

FAMOUS BUT KINDA BORING: This group is dependable though almost never shocking. But they're all famous, so they've usually got somewhat interesting things to say. Just don't expect ALL CAPS Diddy rants or Lily Allen vs. Perez Hilton feuds):
+ Britney Spears (@britneyspears) -- Sometimes Britney's team posts for her, but this is still a good one.
+ Selena Gomez (@selenagomez) -- Yay, Selena!
+ Demi Lovato (@ddlovato) -- Demi and Selena leave each other little Twitter notes. 'Scute!
+ Taylor Swift (@taylorswift13) -- W00t Taylor! Predictably, Taylor Swift's Tweets are sweet.
+ Dave Matthews (@davejmatthews)
+ Soulja Boy Tell 'Em (@souljaboytellem) -- Mostly Soulja wants you to click on shiz for him and make him more famous. Soulja Boy also Tweets his beef with 50 Cent. (That was one of the weirdest sentences I've ever typed.)
+ Dave Navarro (@davenavarro6767) -- Tweets about being bored and playing video games. Fair enough, we say!
+ John Mayer (@johncmayer) -- He's become a bit of a mad Twitterer lately, and I'm actually a little tempted to move him to the above category. He once Tweeted about his penis falling asleep.
+ Sara Bareilles (@SaraBareilles) -- Sara Bareilles really needs to Twitter more.
+ Mark Hoppus (@markhoppus) -- He's been Tweeting about blink's new album a lot.
+ A Cursive Memory (@acursivememory) -- They really need to Tweet more.
+ Simon Curtis (@simoncurtis) -- Yay! We LOVE Simon Curtis! Posts fun pix of his trips.
+ Regina Spektor (@reginaspektor)
+ Liam Gallagher (@liamgallagher) -- Surprisingly, this feed is not so crazy. Bummer.
+ LeAnn Rimes (@leannrimes)
+ DJ AM (@DJ_AM)
+ REM (@remhq)
+ Duran Duran (@duranduran) -- Yes, they ARE still around!
+ Nick Cannon (@nickcannon4real) -- Mr. Mariah Carey is livin' large in the Twitterverse too.
+ William Beckett (@billbeckett)
+ Bjork (@bjork) -- Hers are crappy, unfortunately.
+ Four Year Strong (@fys)
+ Janelle Monae (@janellemonae)
+ Katy Perry (@katyperry) -- More exciting IRL than on Twitter. Oh wells.
+ Lady Gaga (@ladygaga) -- Ditto. Lady Gaga's Twitter sorta reeks of label Tweeting.
+ Ingrid Michaelson (@ingridmusic) -- Hers are cool and make me wanna hang out with her even more than I already do.
+ Cinema Bizarre (@cinemabizarre) -- Lady Gaga's German tourmates are also Twittering!

More celebrities on Twitter after the jump!

When you think depressing, lovelorn lyrics and melancholy Regina Spektor-y lullabies, the words "romantic comedy" don't necessarily come to mind. Fortunately for sensual songstress Erin McCarley, soul-crushing rejection just happens to be the basis for information age-y new flick, He's Just Not That Into You.

Check out McCarley's new video, "Love, Save The Empty," and watch for scenes from the SATC-inspired film, where gorgeous Hollywood stars (like Scarlett Johansson and Drew Barrymore) pretend to be hopelessly undateable. Sure, it's momentarily jarring, unrealistic, and borderline offensive. But one look at Jennifer Aniston and, suddenly, it all makes sense.

If you're expecting Charlotte Sometimes' latest single "How I Could Just Kill A Man" to be a cover of the Cypress Hill song, then you're in for a surprise.

While the 20-year-old singer-songwriter from Jersey did look to the early '90s hip-hop hit for inspiration, it wasn't for its musical composition. Album producer S*A*M (Sam Hollander) asked her to write a song based strictly on the title and what resulted was a sweet, decidedly un-gangsta tune about heartbreak (fans of Regina Spektor take note).

In this exclusive Buzzworthy interview, Charlotte Sometimes talks about her stage name, the first song she ever wrote, and finding herself through music.

+ Plus, check out exclusive photos of Charlotte Sometimes in the MTV studio.

yael_naim.jpg

Yael Naim is a little Cat Power, slightly Feist, vaguely Regina Spektor and a bit Beirut. And the Parisian/Israeli singer-songwriter is also currently the biggest little artist you haven't heard of but probably know.

Like Feist, Yael Naim became an Apple darling when Steve Jobs himself selected her lovely, lilting single, "New Soul" to helm the TV spot for the MacBook Air (that name always makes us think of old-school Jordans or something) -- trust us, you've seen that commercial and heard that song. That ubiquitous commercial spot also earned her a top 10 spot on the Billboard Hot 100, (apparently Apple's got "impact!"), and now she's planning a U.S. tour to coincide with the release of her first U.S. album this March.

regina_spektor.jpg

The only thing better than one wild-haired, cherry-lipped Regina Spektor is a dozen Regina Spektor doppelgangers. Of course, there can be and only is one Soviet-born, Bronx-raised parlor-pop piano chanteuse who cut her teeth touring with The Strokes, whose dad runs her MySpace profile and who writes quirky yet astute prescriptions for better living like "Maybe you should just drink a lot less coffee, and never ever watch the ten o'clock news. Maybe you should kiss someone nice, or lick a rock, or both," like in "Ghost of Corporate Future." [typo fixed] Read more...
