It's one of this year's most unlikely collaborations, but somehow, someway, rapper Soulja Boy, rock singer-songwriter Andrew W.K. and pop duo Matt & Kim converged on Converse's new Rubber Tracks Studio to record "I'm A Goner," the latest in the company's "Three Artists, One Song" campaign. And it works! Uhh, most random collabo ever?

The song, produced by Matt Johnson of Matt & Kim, doesn't stray too far from the duo's bouncy, cheerful synth-pop roots. Still, it's a bit jarring to hear the guy who told millions how to "Superman dat ho" rhyme next to Matt's nicest-guy-ever voice. Andrew W.K., A.K.A. the guy who joyously encourages you to party on every song, differentiates, eschews yelling for a soulful rasp, playing on the title and promising, "You're never ever gonna find me."

"When Kim and I sat down to write 'I'm A Goner,' we knew we wanted to make a song people can party to," Johnson said in a statement. "Soulja Boy and Andrew W.K.'s lyrics and energy bring a whole new element to the song that we couldn't be more excited about."

The track follows last year's "All Summer," a similarly incongruous collaboration between Kid Cudi, Best Coast's Bethany Cosentino and Vampire Weekend's Rostam Batmanglij.

It may not be the most creative song title ever, but Soulja Boy and Nicki Minaj express their lyrical love for each other on the new single "I Love You," in which the duo share slightly opposing views on the definition of love.

On her verse, Nicki details plans for her wedding with Soulja Boy (so much for her Twitter marriage to Drake), already doling out shmoopy couple nicknames ("I call him SB/He call me Nicki Tell 'Em") and planning the extra addition to the family ("Family Guy/Let's have a little Stewie.") Soulja Boy, for his part, doesn't fare as well, either forgetting most of the theme to his own song in favor of personal boasts or rhyming at a tortoise-like pace that needs some serious speeding up. "Who's that dude hoppin' out the Lamborghini/Got the Gucci and the Prada and the swordfish zucchini," he rhymes. Unless those are all gifts are on his wedding registry, we're not really sure what that has to do with the song. Oh wells. Soulja Boy makes more in one minute than we'll make in five lifetimes.

Over a blippy, vaguely Far East-inspired synth beat, "I Love You" has the distinct feel of two separate, unrelated verses coming together (granted a bit haphazardly), with a closing hook by Bobby V, which makes it just long enough to constitute a song. Still, Nicki Tell 'Em does have a nice ring to it, so maybe there's hope yet.

To borrow a phrase from Soulja Boy, Kim Kardashian is really going 30 thousand 100 million with this music thing. First, as we mentioned earlier today, Kim debuted her new single, "Turn It Up," at TAO in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve, playing it over the club's PA system.

And now we have these Twitpics from the set of Kimmy's first video. The above shot, of an aviator-glasses-rocking Kim, came with the caption, "I know u c me on the video." The line is taken, as one of our commenters pointed out, from Lil' Kim's "Crush On You," but the look seems to be a cross between Lil' Kim and Beyonce in "Video Phone."

It would seem that Kim's "Turn It Up" video will pay homage to more than just Beyoncé. Kardashian also tweeted a photo of herself rocking, in her words, "Bo Derek braids."

This, coupled with her Glamour cover, really gets Kim's 2011 off to a pretty outstanding start, doesn't it. Expect to hear "Turn It Up" pretty soon. The track was recorded with The-Dream and, allegedly, features Kanye West.

Like the Toys"R"Us kid he likely still is, Soulja Boy doesn't want to grow up. As the young man, Deandre Way continues to get older, his music retains a kind of childlike innocence, regardless of what he's rapping about.

After a somewhat tumultuous summer, which included some Twitter hijinks and some awesome songs ("Pretty Boy Swag"), Soulja is prepping his new album, The DeAndre Way, and if his new single, "Speakers Going Hammer," is anything  to go by, he still isn't ready to grow up. In a good way.

Over a beat by Drake favorite, Boi-1da, "Speakers Going Hammer" isn't as musically playful as some of Soulja's earlier work, but it still has a kind of playground chant cadence and effortless appeal.

Check out "Speakers Going Hammer" below. The DeAndre Way is due out next month.

Twitter is a great way to keep up with your friends, keep up with breaking news and keep your pun game tight. But it also has a downside, especially for celebs who insist on using it as a constantly updating, stream-of-consciousness look at the inner workings (or derailings) of their mind.

There really ought to be a squad of Twitter Cops who go can intercept celebs when they're about to make an ill-timed or ill-advised tweet, telling them in a cool, calm voice: "Back away from Twitter, put the BlackBerry down. It's gonna be alright."

So without further ado, here are 5 celebs who might want to think twice before hitting send on their next missive.

1.) Tameka "Tiny" Cottle: T.I.'s longtime girlfriend and now wife usually tweets pretty innocuous stuff, like, "On the plane headed 2 Vega$$$." But she might want to think twice about tweeting after she and her on-probation husband get busted on drug possession charges. Tiny! You got the right to remain silent! Exercise it!

2.) 50 Cent: Curtis' tweets have been super entertaining, if occasionally a little aggro. But last time I checked, a couple of bullet holes and a few platinum albums do not equal a law degree. So with that in mind, Fiddy, maybe don't advise Tiny to take the blame for her husband?

3.) Paris Hilton: The tweets may lie, but TMZ, in this case, does not. The other night, Paris Hilton was somehow in bed, watching "Family Guy." I say "somehow," because she was simultaneously being arrested for drug possession in Vegas. This could be a classic example of what happens when you have your assistants tweet for you but don't mention to them that you've been arrested. Paris has since used Twitter to proclaim her innocence.

4.) Chris Brown: Subtly throwing shots at his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna? Check. Getting into beef with Soulja Boy? Check. Ranting at music retailers? Check. Chris Brown and Twitter need couples therapy.

5.) Lindsay Lohan: Sadly, Lindsay's Twitter account might be a rather accurate representation of where she's at her in life, literally and figuratively. In the course of three tweets, a prerehab Lohan alerted people to a fashion website, thanked someone for assisting her in her fight against draconian child labor practices and took a shot at her father. She's been pretty mellow since getting out of rehab. Let's hope it stays that way (for her sake).

...And for the record, the celebrity who should NEVER take a Twitter break is Kanye West. Obvz.

Years after "Crank That," Soulja Boy Tell 'Em keeps showing off his superpowers. Initially dismissed by some as a gimmicky, one-hit wonder, the Atlanta rapper, who's 20 years young today, has defied the skeptics and kept the hits coming, making or appearing on anthems such as "Yahh," "Turn My Swag On" and Roscoe Dash's "All The Way Turnt Up."

The secret to Soulja Boy Tell 'Em's success? It's the way he subtlety evolves while retaining the core qualities (charisma + swagger) that make him such a likable figure in the first place. Case in point: these exclusive MTV photos and the new song "First Day Of School."

The MTV photos show Soulja Boy growing comfortably into young manhood while still having a lot of fun. And wearing RIDICULOUSLY over-the-top accessories. Meanwhile, "First Day Of School" a deliriously pretty, piano-driven track about dressing fresh, shows his evolution as a songwriter.

Check out new Soulja Boy Tell 'Em pics and listen to "First Day Of School." You know what time it is.

If I told you that Soulja Boy and Justin Bieber had teamed up for a song I bet the following would happen: First, your head would explode. Then, after months of rehabilitation and therapy, you'd think, 'Man, this Soulja-Bieber collabo is likely swagtastic."

Right? I mean Soulja Boy hops up out his bed, and turns his swag on. That's like his every day. And Bieber! Bieber had an actual swagger coach. So there's a lot of swagger going on here, right?

Wrong! Oh, it's got a dope beat that struts a little. But with the kinda emo keyboard melody and Bieber's sad-boy chorus, this song has more in common with Owl City than it does "Turn My Swag On."

Which is just fine, really. The song is pretty delightful and shows off Bieber's undeniable charm (he can make a verse about who is going to pay the bill on a date sound great). It's just that Bieber sounds so ... bummed.

Check out the track below.

Finally, a dance movement that we can actually see ourselves participating in. Jerking looks sooo trying. "Voguing" looks ridiculous and complicated. And we could never get behind the "Superman" part of Soulja Boy's "Crank That Soulja Boy." But this new move, courtesy of L.A. youngsters Cali Swag District, seems simple enough.

Basically, it looks like a combination of Hurricane Chris' "Halle Berry" and Digital Underground's "Humpty Dance." It's simple, slow and looks fun enough.

A little about Cali Swag District: The group is obsessed with skating and BMX as much as it's into hip-hop and look fetching in gingham. Plus, the vibe is more Karmaloop than any kind of hard-core rap clique, so it stands to reason that it's bringing us what could be the latest dance craze.

Check out Cali Swag District's "Teach Me How To Dougie" video, along with "Halle Berry" and "The Humpty Dance," below.

"All The Way Turn Up," sounds great in the club, on headphones, sung out loud in the shower...pretty much anywhere. It's an anthem you likely hear all summer long, so get used to it. But who is this Roscoe Dash who is doing the turning? That's where "The 5" comes in.

In this episode we meet the faux-hawked MC Roscoe Dash who, along with Soulja Boy, brought "All The Way Turnt Up" into our lives. The Atlanta MC talks about his distinctive faux-hawk cut and the valiant sacrifices he made on the set of the "All The Way..." video in the name of haircut trendsetting. He also talks about the laborious task of coming up with his stage name (it's a reference to a character from "The Incredibles") and outs himself as an Xbox addict and "Twitter head."

Check out the interview below.
