Rumor has it that Obama is coming soon to a school near you to implant a chip in little kids' necks? Wait... what? He just wants to tell kids to like, work hard and stay in school and stuff? Weird.

Still, it's a FACT that everyone love Auto-Tune -- there's even a T-Pain-endorsed Auto-Tune app for your iPhone -- and it's ALSO a fact that people be fuh-reaking out over anything that comes out of O-Town's mouth, so you might as well make it sound cooler in Auto-Tune. Which is exactly what Auto-Tune wizards Evan and Michael of The Gregory Brothers did on It's On With Alexa Chung this past week.

Watch Alexa Chung join the raging debate over health care, armed with a secret weapon: Auto-Tune.

Notebooks out, ladies, because Florida rapper Ace Hood's "The 5" interview is less a Fun Facts Fest, and more a road map to Ace Hood's bedroom. The overall takeaway: Go to Costco and stock up on M&Ms, practice your Madden skills, and remember... well, Ace makes his stance on hats pretty clear.

Ace Hood also discusses his second LP, Ruthless -- the first Ruthless single, "Overtime," is a Rocky-style pump-up jam thanks to that high-energy, epic refrain with Akon and T-Pain, as well as an autobiographical account of a high-school-era Ace. Filmed at Chaminade-Madonna College Prep (which is a SERIOUS name, especially coming from someone who went to boring-ass Benjamin Franklin High) -- the video chronicles aspiring teens and gives a personal nods to high school football, as Ace planned to go pro before an injury altered his path. But as the video illustrates, Ace Hood later visited a Florida radio station and handed over his demo to DJ Khaled, which led to a deal with Khaled's music group, and later with Def Jam.

But back to the topic at hand -- see what Pampers, graphic design, and Jazmine Sullivan have to do with Ace Hood, as he leaves an M&M trail to his bedroom in this brand-new interview.

+ Plastic surgery postergirl Courtney Love is in the studio recording her second solo album with the help of a few of her friends. Does she even remember how to sing? Celebrity Skin was a good Hole album, but we stopped listening right after her lips started looking like Lisa Rinna's. (NME)

+ At last night's CMT Awards, neighborhood sweetheart Taylor Swift took home the coveted Video of the Year award (along with Female Video of the Year) alongside rapper T—Pain (??) for their song "Love Story." Does this girl lose at anything?? We love her! (People)

+ If you're looking for a big break into the heavy metal music video industry, look no further! Glam rock hair band Steel Panther is holding auditions this weekend for their next video, "Community Property." (The Rad Report)

+ Third time's a charm—just ask our leading lady Britney Spears. Is she REALLY getting married to her agent? (Star Magazine)

+ Uh oh.  Nelly Furtado and Timbaland are getting sued by a guy who says their song "Do It" steals directly from a song he had already written. Why did it take the guy three years to figure it out?? (NME)

+ New Kids On The Block just cancelled the Australian leg of their world tour, blaming the economic downturn. OK, so maybe Janet Jackson wasn't lying when she said the same thing. (E! Online)

+ The Black Eyed Peas had good reason to celebrate last night at their record launch party in NYC: Their brand new album The E.N.D. is on track to take the top spot on The Billboard 200 album chart, after selling more than 200,000 copies in its debut week. Hardly the end for the Peas. (Rap-Up.com)

+ And though Jay-Z has declared "The Death of Auto-Tune," the Peas aren't afraid to use it on their songs, albeit theirs is more like a chocolate syrup drizzle rather than a soft serve dip. (MTV News)

+ This just in: Rihanna has officially been served papers by L.A. investigators that force her to testify against Chris Brown in court. (TMZ)

+ We've been talking about Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus for the last three days so we figured why not keep it going? Here's that new single they recorded and just shot a video for together. (Perez Hilton)

+ In case you were wondering, David Archuleta is totally cool with Adam Lambert being gay. Just saying. (Towleroad)

+ The tweet of the day comes from Taylor Swift -- and it's about T-Pain??? (Twitter)

Last time we checked in with Mike Jones, he was housing a sub sandwich in his car. This time he's at the gym, boasting about his epic weight loss. "We finna run to the treadmill now," he says ... and then he does. The once-overweight Southern rapper starts at a brisk walk and builds to a full sprint. This is an all-new Mike Jones.

His physical form in shape, Mike Jones took the same drive, determination and dedication from the gym and brought it into the studio . Released in April, The Voice is a 16-track banger-thon with A-list guest appearances by Lil Wayne, Twista, T-Pain and many more. You might call it Mike Jones' ultimate hip-hop workout.

Now watch below to see how the Swishahouse rapper got into tip-top shape to make your tip-top shake.

Um, first of all, how CUTE is this apple necklace!??! Second of all, HOW much are you (/am I) convinced that apples are the new birds in general? I mean, no offense to birds as a whole, but aren't birds-as-accessories SO 2008? ESPECIALLY swallows and sparrows. I'll give owls a pass for a few more months because they're retro (and because some owls are endangered)... And because Sonny With A Chance actress/ Demi Lovato sidekick Tiffany Thornton -- I dedicated this DELISH apple necklace to her because both she and her character, Tawni, are always adorably accessorized -- is wearing an owl necklace in the photo below. But let's make apples as accessories happen, okay?

But more on the apple necklace, which has a vintage vibe but isn't old -- it's from Curations with Stefani Greenfield, and it's made of little stones and also comes in white and turquoise. Also, it's about three inches wide, so it's no joke (got that, T-Pain?).

Get it for $68 at HSN.com. (Yes, really.)

It's not football season, but Ace Hood's ready for some football, and let me tell you, people, "Overtime"'s not just about football. That's just a metaphor. A metaphor for total effing balls-to-the-wall hustling and not just sitting around on your ass and expecting those paper stacks to walk their way into your bank account while you sit around and play Xbox. (Unless you're already famous, in which case, you can totally sit around and play XBox while you accumulate bills.)

"Overtime" chronicles the unbridled, unfettered, hustle-'til-it-hurts grind and determination it takes to make the team -- whether it's JV or the pros. And if you're familiar with Ace Hood's own story, then you know that injury kept him from going pro, and fearless hustle got his music into DJ Khaled's hands. And the rest is history -- and the reason you're watching Ace Hood's latest video, starring Akon, a hatless T-Pain, and DJ Khaled. Directed by Gil Green (Lil Wayne's "Lollipop," Akon's "Beautiful" video), "Overtime" was shot at Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory School in Hollywood, Florida and features some of the school's actual football players in the video.

Watch it now. Do work.

+  You know it's a slow news day when we're blogging about new pics of Anna Faris. (Hollywoodtuna)

+ We don't care who this dress was designed for. All we're saying is Beyonce looks a little crazy in it. (Us Magazine)

+ Lil' Kim took a break from shakin' her tush on Dancing With The Stars to shoot a video for her T-Pain collabo 'Download.' (Rap-Up)

+ Justin Timberlake ain't losin' no sleep over no music he ain't makin'. (Entertainment Weekly)

+ Robert Pattinson stinks!  And we ain't just talkin' about his acting chops! (MTV News)

+ On the bright side, Taylor Lautner looks so squeaky clean, it hurts. (Just Jared Jr)

+ Congrats on going platinum, Brit Brit! We've come a long way from barefoot gas station stops and Cheetos binging.  RIght? (Gabby Babble)

First of all, if you don't know who The Lonely Island is, I truly feel bad for you. Go watch "Nintendo Cartoon Hour" right this second. It's one of the biggest and best LOLs on the Internet, new or old, and it's actually worth the 2:55 minutes of your valuable Internet-memeing time. When you're done with that, you then need to listen to The Lonely Island's new comedy/ R&B booty jam album Incredibad.

But back to the four of you who don't know who The Lonely Island is, even though you probably do. They're Akiva Schaffer, Andy Samberg, and Jorma Taccone (you've seen him in Gnarls Barkley's "Who's Gonna Save My Soul" video), and they're the comedy writer/performer/ beat-makers behind some of your favorite segments on Saturday Night Live, including, but not limited to "Lazy Sunday" (AKA, the FUNNIEST VIRAL VIDEO EVER... until they created "D--k In A Box" (it won an Emmy!). Remember "Natalie's Rap," featuring a potty-mouthed Natalie Portman dropping rhymes about doing lines and dumping deuces in shoes? They did that too. And, chances are you've also feasted on the fruits of  "J--z In My Pants" and "I'm On A Boat."

Chances are also that you knew all of that and that you already own Incredibad, The Lonely Island's musical debut, which features all of the aforementioned songs as well as an amazing gem about Santana (Carlos, not Juelz) champagne, and cameos by Norah Jones, Jack Black, E-40, T-Pain (more on him in a bit), and unofficial fourth Lonely Islander, Justin Timberlake.

Some more Lonely Island background for those of you just now emerging from your voluntary coma: You've seen Andy Samberg on Saturday Night Live and in Hot Rod, but Akiva Schaeffer and Jorma Taccone write for SNL too, and they're pretty much living the normal guy-BFF dream, since they met in junior high days, spent bro time listening to incredibly bad/ great R&B jams and dreaming of the day Santana would finally make an adult beverage. Eventually they started making comedy videos (again, seriously, watch "Nintendo Cartoon Hour") under the name The Lonely Island. After a few aborted attempts at their own comedy series (thanks FOX... er... and MTV...), they eventually caught the eye of Lorne Michaels, who brought them aboard the SNL mothership, which is how they winded up on a boat... with T-Pain. Who's actually Jewish, it turns out. (Welcome to the tribe, Faheem!)

Recently, Andy, Akiva, and Jorma stopped by Fort Buzzworthy to share four more things you didn't know about Incredibad (five, really, but I already up and spoiled one).

After the jump, hear more secrets of Incredibad straight from the mouths of The Lonely Island in this exclusive MTV Buzzworthy video.
