Not only is Gretchen Bleiler easy on the eyes, but she's also pretty maniacal on the halfpipe! Maybe you've seen her tear it up at the X Games or the Winter Dew Tour Superpipe or this tiny international sporting competition called the Vancouver Winter Olympics? Yeah, no big deal, right?
We were wondering what gets Bleiler hyped up before she's about to drop in the pipe, and she was happy to provide us with a bitchin' playlist. "I like a good mix of genres, and it's all about the beat of the song that fires me up or grounds me," explains Bleiler. "I love songs with a lot of confidence."
Included on her personal MP3 device are the tracks "It's Bigger Than Hip-Hop" by Dead Prez, "Your Voice" by Stiffed, "Session" by The Offspring, "Hurricane" by Bob Dylan, "Watch Out Now" by Beatnuts and "Da Booty" by A Tribe Called Quest.
We couldn't think of a more diverse list of tuneage. For more songs that meet Bleiler's stamp of shredding approval, check out the clips below.
Oh, and if you're interested in having Bleiler be your mentor for a radtastic summer internship, hoof it over to Old Spice Adventure for the skinny!

The All-American Rejects' new video, "Gives You Hell," (did you see them tearing the set apart on the last-ever afternoon episode of TRL yesterday?) takes all of the most glorious aspects of pop-punk and pop-rock videos of the late '90s and early oughts and parlays them into a nostalgia-packed, fun-filled hatefest with the added benefit of a shirtless Tyson Ritter. (W00t!!1!)
Suburban streets, retro decor, blindingly bright color treatments, the band role playing, sporting bad hair and throwing stuff at the neighbors? Is this blink-182's "First Date" meets Lit's "My Own Worst Enemy" meets The Offspring's "Pretty Fly For a White Guy", with a little Weezer thrown in for good measure (because that chorus definitely echoes "Beverly Hills" and "Say It Ain't So.")
I still love the '90s!

If Tokio Hotel's brand-spankin' new tour poster isn't both big cinema and the sweetest thing since Tropical Skittles, then I just don't know what.
Side note: did you know there are chocolate Skittles? I, for one, do not approve. I like to keep my chocolate confections and my fruity confections SEPARATED, thank you very much. And with that, The Offspring's "Come Out & Play (Keep 'Em Separated)" video -- a stretch? Sure, but a classic freak-out track nevertheless.
