+ After teasing fans with clues via Facebook and Twitter about her upcoming album title, Rihanna finally revealed the name: Talk That Talk. (Just Jared)

+ Where's the beef? Jay-Z says there isn't any between he and Lil Wayne, though the pair seemed to diss each other on songs from their latest albums. "That's sport, that's rap music," Jay said. "Nothing is going to change but the participants." (MTV News)

Taylor Momsen, we get it -- you're a rebel! You shot to fame via your portrayal of Jenny Humphrey on "Gossip Girl" where the mean producer man curtailed your inner badass. So now that you're on your own as part of your band The Pretty Reckless, everything you do must be super dope and super rebellious all the time. We've all been there.

This past weekend at Lollapalooza, Taylor took out her anger on a poor crew member who allowed her to shave his head (!). Examining this shot a bit more closely, we see a few pertinent things: First, even with her signature eyeliner-overload look, Taylor is still really, really pretty. Second, the dude whose head she's shaving actually seems extremely calm given the circumstances. Maybe he's thrilled to be getting a free haircut. I mean, it's what, 100 degrees outside? Who needs all that sweat blanket hair anyway?

Clearly, we're looking at a win-win situation all around. Taylor Momsen's found yet another way to show the world she's not as sweet as her Little J character, and a hardworking crew member gets a complimentary new 'do. Teamwork!

Taylor Momsen was spotted leaving a nightclub in London after her band The Pretty Reckless finished up a gig, and whaddya know, she's actually smiling! The usually solemn singer was looking pretty happy on Monday night, and not even fake happy. We think she's actually releasing endorphins and feeling pleasure or something!

Don't get too concerned though -- the Taylor Momsen we know and love has got to be in there somewhere. After all, she's still pants-less. We're pretty sure Taylor owns zero-point-zero articles of clothing that cover her bottom half, but we totally get it -- if my legs were a mile and half long, I'd probably be pants-less all the time too. Grocery store? Pants-less. Post office? Pants-less. Alligator wrestling? Well, maybe some shorts or something.

Ahh, prom. The night when everyone looks pretty, poses for awkward photos, and tries to dance non-suggestively in a high school gymnasium. That, or they sit at home applying oatmeal face masks and rewatching old "Daria" episodes. Potato/ potahto!

Since prom is just around the corner if not right about nowskies for most of America's high schoolers, we sent some of our Buzzworthy besties to popstar prom (with a little help of Photoshop), and the photos are ADORABLE! ridiculous!

For example, as you can see above, IRL besties Katy Perry and Rihanna attended our Buzzworthy prom together, and  Rihanna looks amazing in a powder blue tuxedo (because we all know Rihanna can kill it in a tuxedo). And we're pretty sure we've seen Katy in this exact ensemble before. Funky, yet traditional. Well played, ladies.

If you ask us, Selena Gomez's shoes were a little dowdy, but how can you hate on that when you can just SEE how happy she is to be at prom with her date, Justin Bieber, who ALWAYS looks good dressed up! Awww!

The Pretty Reckless' Taylor Momsen won Prom Queen! And look how absolutely thrilled she is to be receiving such an honor! Don't let that pink dress fool you -- she's got fishnets on underneath. And maybe if that corsage was a bloody skull she would have smiled for this pic? Probably not.

We snapped a photo of Lady Gaga taking a break from dancing with her date -- a life-size jar of wasabi mayo wearing a monocle. They showed up to prom in an ALF parade float, and something tells us they spiked the punch. Tsk tsk, Lady!

We hadn't really seen or heard from Taylor Momsen recently, so we thought it might be an appropriate time to check in! And we were right! Here we have Taylor Momsen, looking like a combination of Elvira, Mistress Of The Dark and Glen Danzig's little sister.

Momsen can be seen above, strolling through the night in Montreal. Never one to overdo it with layers, we have to offer some concern for Momsen's nearly bare-thighed confrontation with the Canadian winter; that cannot be warm enough, girl.

Taylor was in Montreal, playing some gigs with her band, The Pretty Reckless. It's been a kind of "evil" trip through Canada for Taylor, as she was spotted rocking a rather profane T-shirt in support of Satan while playing in Toronto. Man, kids today!

So it was just announced that "Gossip Girl"'s Taylor Momsen has been replaced by Kelly Osbourne as the face of Madonna and daughter Lourdes' fashion line, Material Girl.

Madge obviously still has a soft spot for blondes with edge--duh! she was the original--but Tay-Tay's bad behavior (the actress and The Pretty Reckless frontwoman has reportedly been suspended from "Gossip Girl")  is rumored to have contributed to the switch.

But, we totally love Kelly Osbourne! She's adorable, she seems down to earth, she has a healthy appreciation for fashion and isn't afraid to do it HER way. AND she has a British accent. We know Madonna is charmed by the Queen’s English! Congrats, Kelly! We look forward to seeing you in this major coup of a role.
